Well located, very friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was very good. A Nespresso coffee machine is included in the price.

Unfortunately a smoking hotel, already at the entrance the scent strikes you. Even in the rooms it still smells of old smoke after three days, a pity. Breakfast with good choice; Beds great, rooms otherwise with some dusty charm, old-looking carpeted flooring. Bathroom is functional. Cleanliness is perfectly fine.
Perfect location near central station, yet no noise of trains. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Very good location not far from the main train station. PERSONAL very nice. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are fitted with old furniture. But the rooms are clean. Bathrooms could be renovated. But there is nothing great to complain about.

A little bit of the décor in the years hotel, which is very clean and organized. Also the breakfast is positively worth mentioning. There is also no fault with the service.

Once in a while I was at the hotel senator. Especially during the fair times I got a more affordable Übernachtungsmoglichkeit. I had, among other things, A room with a balcony and a view of the city. In particular, I appreciate the friendliness and expertise of the staff at the reception and in the breakfast room. My special thanks for that! And for Papaya — nowhere did I have that in Germany at the breakfast buffet. A start to the day with a cozy breakfast in the Winter Garden with city views — I can only recommend warmest.

The hotel is very centrally located, the rooms are tidy and also spacious. The staff is very friendly, it is clean and tidy everywhere. There is also an underground car park, the driveway is somewhat hidden behind the building. The breakfast buffet is very neat.

Always go to the senator when I'm in Hamburg on business. Very nice staff. Comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and very central location.

Very central location and very quiet rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet very varied and staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior design appears dated but was in perfect conditon, almost a time capsule of the early 90ies.

Everything clean, very kompetentetes staff and a quiet room in the 5 floor. Because we travel by train which is close to the Hbf, important for us. Approx. 5 min walk a very good value.
(Sparkling wine) Breakfast plentiful tasty and it was put up again.
Next to the hotel, a supermarket is if even the toothbrush has been forgotten.
Therefore like again!
If we schedule a HH trip again we will try to get a room in the Senate anyway.
