Old building in baroque style and was a pleasant stay.

ATTENTION: I do not recommend booking at this hotel. 1 — rooms have no ventilation, open the window amd you'll be greated by the smell of rottened garbage. You won't be able to sleep due to lack of oxygen. 2 — breakfast is not worth 6.9 euros, it's barely anything. 3 — first night the bathroom smelled really bad and the second we found a worm on one of our pillows. 4 — security measures are really bad, we left the luggage in the luggage room, the key was at the door and left unmonitored, anyone had access to it. 5 — the location of the hotel is very bad and the pictures online portrayed something different. 6 — the staff although they're nice, don't speak any languages other than German and lack common hotel etiquette.

Underground car park is 300 metres but 5 minutes away by car. Would be nice if you could see this on the website. I find the price expensive for that. Hotel itself is okay for the price.

+ Location: 7-8 Minutes from Central Station + Rooms: Photo, all neat, simple but Solidly furnished + price performance: Nice Reception, medium size TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi + Bathroom handsome with Shower.
If everything fits, if it is spontaneous again, :) CONTRA — NO Power outlet in the Immediate bed (about 30-40cm away)

Too bad I have to give such a rating, but as a woman I would never stay there again. The area is definitely not suitable. The hotel was OK and the staff friendly. But: No woman advised to go out there alone at night, just check with Google what the road is.

If one does not want to sleep outside under Arab world, for overnight fits.

Very dissatisfied. So Schelchte services no card but key to the room hotel 3sterne?! No insulation wall therefore always disturbance from the neighborhood. Good location only. On the other, if man has paid incorrectly with the Visa card you get only 1% refund of the total amount! This is totally messy… anyway we changed the hotel due to the height amount. A real pity for a 3 star hotel. Never again and nothing to recommend. Away from this hotel.

A small 3 star hotel in 5min from Berlin's central and FlixBus train station. The reception is OK, the rooms although rustic are clean and the Wi-Fi is not bad at all. Breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Zinmergröße and the area where you don't feel safe and it is very noisy.

Best times already behind it politely accommodating yes but the rooms should be made by reason again for what they can not the area not one of the we call it more normal areas in Hamburg.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price and the very convenient location, it is a very short walk from the Hamburg hbf. I made a reservation very last minute and still got great service.

Central placement, small rooms and not exciting breakfast.

It's a very quiet place. Even so. That the street is noisy. Clean laundry and good plumbing. Very tasty breakfasts. An acceptable price. I recommend it to everyone.

I finally found a pair of Birkenstocks that fit me. Gefilte fish. Crazy. I'm in Hamburg, accidentally by way of Berlin, recovering from my love affair with Amsterdam. And trying to wiggle my way up to the Faroe Islands. If I get hi enough up on this planet, maybe I'll gain some perspective.

Hotel in a somewhat dodgy area. Nice rooms but not very comfortable but warm and dry.

Overall a decent hotel. No major complaints. The reception was very nice and helpful. They have a nearby grage where you can safely park your car for 12 euros a night. The room was nice and tidy, 2 big windows which can open all the way, bathroom with toilet and small shower. Location is in the middle of the city which is very nice, street is quite noisy at night. Overall a nice hotel for it's price.

Please take the negative reviews below with a grain of salt. The hotel is fine, with great and friendly personnel, small but clean rooms and a great shower. Sometimes it can be a bit smelly but when you open the window for a bit it is gone. The neighbourhood is busy and very mixed, which makes for an interesting environment. If you use your head, you will be fine. There are a lot of small restaurants and cafes on the hotel's street, so you will not starve. All in all, please do not be scared by the negative reviews below and see the place for yourself. It's decently priced and close to the city centre.

I implore you, if you are visiting Hamburg, do not stay at this hotel, or any hotel near here. The area is seedy and not safe. My wife and I stayed here for one day recently, as it seemed the perfect area to explore Hamburg from. It's close to the train and only a short walk to the central areas of the city. However, upon returning to the hotel to rest up before venturing out again later (at approximately 15:30), we saw a man get attacked with a knife directly in front of the hotel. There are also strip clubs on the street and open prostitution. The area that this hotel is in just is not safe (look east of the train station for a safer area). The hotel itself was fine, and has instituted safety measures, such as needing to be buzzed in to the hotel, not admitting guests who aren't signed up to stay, and making guests deliver their key to the front desk when they leave, so that they can help control who comes and goes. The room itself is clean. However, if you don't feel safe when taking a step outside of your hotel, there's not much the hotel itself can do about that.

I'm directly in front of the accommodation (about 23 hours) booked. The staff was very friendly. I have a single room booked but they had none. You have me a double room for only€ 3. I have the night during sleep, really enjoyed it :)

For Fußballtouren and Kegelclubs very well. Also for city breaks optimally because is located in the centre of Hamburg. Breakfast includes all the trimmings. Staff very friendly, only the drinks at the reception to be a bit expensive. The only thing that bothered is tucked away as the other Hotels on the same road also. For about 85 € double room reasonable price. For families traveling is not as ideal because of the quarter.

Actually, we had the sister hotel "Terminus" busy, but were unfortunately in this deported. A bad exchange! 1. Equipment: tiny little room with more than just uncomfortable mattresses, a bathroom, by barely could turn around. 2. A stinky Smoking rooms, instead of the desired non-Smoking rooms. 3. A right unfriendly, little informative staff, you with any question disturbing seemed. A shame for a Hotel that is ideal for Städteurlauber is located! 4. An Elevator that's only after 20 levels to achieve, and then only in each Halbetage holds, is hardly a help in the transportation of heavy Hegenstände or for people in need. Never again.
