We stayed for a short trip in this hotel. Es is very clean, has a great location and above all the kids will feel very comfortable there as well as any fur nose. Our dog felt very comfortable.
to complain about. It is only that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which makes it difficult on hot days, that rooms can cool down and sleep well. Maybe you can retrofit something.

Pleasant large room, at least in the 10 floor. Leisure facilities very good food, also good in the half Board. The panoramic restaurant, we had to be very long on a bite of food, wait about 45 min. Otherwise, all good and recommended.

Are totally thrilled. Children had a lot of fun, and the adults also come at their expense. Children 3 to come next week with grandma again (. Time) and we devinitiv too! Nice staff, in spite of the hustle and bustle of`s. Happy to return.

The hotel was clean and huge. The outdoor activity places and the beach bar at the Lübbe-Lake were wonderful. People were relaxed and friendly: staff and visitors. Half-board was many and varied, very fresh and tasty. The bathroom and especially the shower in the classic room were extraordinary tiny. The mattress in the bed was unfortunately worn out and so we slept in a kind of mattress-hole which was quite uncomfortable.

Cleanliness was top.

On the beach maybe changing room or sometimes a beach party would be great
But otherwise equipment and flair. Really great.

The staff at the reception very unfriendly stood three behind the counter, and talked, after 10 minutes we were asked if we were standing and I said yes and then the lady referred me. Quote my colleague is also still free. But the colleague couldn't help me either. You often had to wait a long time on the elevator. Room super except for the bathroom very small, otherwise very clean and tidy. Eat super the rest of the staff in the dining room also very friendly for children everything and many different offers to keep the kids busy.

As always, we were very satisfied. There are always little things: Eternal waiting for the elevator. For this we were able to enjoy a great view on the 11th floor and were booked into the suite to our surprise. We do not want to complain about this :-). Happy to return. The staff friendly and helpful. There's nothing to complain about. They are doing their best. The fact that some guests do not behave and smoke at night in the room by the open window, the smoke moves into the other rooms,. You can't do anything about it. Perhaps it would be helpful to refer to a strict smoking ban in the room again for such guests clearly AND to fine them if necessary. It is certainly not too much to go to the door. Especially at such temperatures, when only some cooling is to be expected at night. Otherwise, thank you very much, until the next time.

We stayed with our 4-year-old son, our dog and our grandparents in the hotel. The service was very good, the offer offered for children and adults is great. Even in bad weather you won't get bored. The food was good and the staff always very friendly.
There are only prints for the small rooms (especially the bathrooms are very small) and the fact that a holiday with a dog makes little sense here. On the one hand it is very expensive with 10-15€ per day and on the other hand you are not allowed to take it to the beach. The designated dog beach did not deserve its name either.

We did a short trip over the weekend with our 4-year-old son. So for children and family it is really highly recommended, especially much for children is offered. It's also all affordable, so price performance is perfect. In the hotel you can also swim in the indoor pool, if you do not want to go into the lake, otherwise many playgrounds, canoe rental, great beach with beach bar, even a cinema in the house and and and. So we were really positively surprised and very satisfied!

Small note nevertheless: in the restaurants and the bar are clearly not enough waiters, one waits sometimes quite long and has the feeling they are slightly overwhelmed with so many guests, but friendly were definitely all :)

I was here as a holiday guest. I liked the whole facility. I stayed in a double room with a shower. However, the shower cubicle was extremely small. The house is highly recommended for singles as well as for families. The offers of the house are very varied. Everyone finds something here. The path to the lake is very good and you have a wonderful view. For dinner, you will find a very wide selection here. However, you shouldn't be very late to eat. Then it can happen that the warm food has already cooled noticeably. But I would certainly like to go to Templin in this hotel again.

For individual travellers, the hotel is not recommended, at least when it is busy.
It may be different for families with children.
I had asked for a quiet room, but my room was just above the bar area — 315 — where it was very noisy for a very long time and therefore sleeping was not to be thought of. There was no obligation at the reception when checking in, nor when checking out, although normal operation was available.
You can expect this even with a 3-star house.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Corresponds to the category. Checking in is a bit slow. As a result, long queues can form. Especially when tour groups arrive.

The hotel is outwardly not very impressive however the rooms are very modern furnished with an AEG sound facility and a very large Samsung TV. The outdoor area is very nice and large. You can really enjoy the time.

A hotel that in style and structure strongly resembles a retirement home with mass handling. The buffet has great kitchen quality. The one star is only available for the location and sports on offer of the hotel.

A very clean hotel, unfortunately "plate, " but well upgraded with the wall design. The leisure facilities are extensive, the facilities make a modern and well-groomed impression. In bad weather, you can also deal well indoors. There is a large modern pool as well as a sauna. What really impressed me was the food. The buffet was very extensive, the hot dishes fresh and delicious. They seem to be preparing a lot of fresh ones there! I haven't experienced such a good kitchen often yet. Keep it up!

Very friendly, delicious food and just right for sporty families.
After a very friendly welcome, despite check-in stress. I was amazed at the "usual" prepayment, but the room overlooking the lake is clean and genuine I. O. Equipped with TV, Wi-Fi very constant, mini stereo system, kettle for tea and coffee capsule machine. Everything absolutely o. K.
A little questionable is the very small bathtub with glass partition for showering, the handholds are absolutely necessary because there is a really acute risk of slipping. Otherwise everything was clean and well maintained.
The Panorama restaurant is highly recommended. I ate asparagus with sauce-Hollandais and potatoes. Super Tasty. The drinks are always the same as they must be, but the very special here is besides the good food and delicious cakes the exceptionally nice and very much sought after guests service staff. Friendly, funny and professional, the guest is the most important here and we have felt very comfortable here. Flexible and fast and always with a smile. Respect and heartfelt thanks.
The hotel's facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, children's playgrounds, mini golf course, archery, bicycle and Kettcar lending station, nearby beach and much more is a dream for those who do something with children and do not have to travel by car. To want. Hiking — and bicycle routes and signposted runs close by, everything is there.

The hotel is always worth the trip. We have been in the Maple Seehotel temple for the 8th time now. And it wasn't the last time. The hotel offers a good service, especially for families. In addition, the lake and the forest with the best recreational facilities are located at the hotel. We come in autumn, when the foliage turns, again.

The hotel is well suited for families with children because of the varied Aktivitätenangebots. The swimming pool in the house and the proximity to the spa are good. The price-performance ratio is very good overall.

I have been to Ahorn Hotels several times and have been very satisfied again and again. Keep doing it. I am always amazed at what you have created from the stock (objects from GDR times). Very nice staff.

Unfortunately the pool was broken but a quick solution was found with the Spa temple.

The best one was the gentleman of active team of the sadly Sunday and Monday 11.2.2018 and 12.02.2018 Vacation had. I suggest it for the employee of the month.

I was the third time with a grandchild here.
It was wonderful again, unfortunately my grandson did not use the many great offers for children, but the great swimming pool extensively. Unfortunately it could not be used for the last 2 days due to technical problems otherwise the HP again super, everything very clean and the staff very friendly. I'll be back.

Nice location on the lake. Room comfortable with really big TV. Very clean. Many leisure activities, boredom does not come up. Unfortunately too long time needed for check-in as only 2 employees and counter. Room is only available from 3pm, therefore half day gone. Swimming pool was closed due to an accident, for which received vouchers for the nearby spa. Super!

The general impression was good. Rooms were clean and tidy, nice sized TV. Unfortunately the connecting door to the night bar room was not immediately closed and the light in the sleeping area did not really work and we had to return to the reception.
Waiters were overwhelmed at the rock night, one got after long waiting what or one cared for themselves.
We have to praise the food which tasted good and offered a very rich selection.

The hotel is quiet and nicely located in the forest. Room OK, bathroom relatively small. Staff very friendly and eager. Overall a nice stay. We would love to come back.

Who wants to spend a relaxing holiday with children is well advised with this hotel. For the little ones there is a lot to be offered. No matter what the weather is. You can do enough in your house or outside. The children can enjoy themselves indoors and outdoors and the parents can also relax a bit. You can do a lot of sports. The area is inviting.
The staff and service is very good. Even when eating, the children are also thought of. The Maple Seehotel is a quiet conscience for families to recommend further.

The stay was very relaxing and exciting too. The staff and service were not left to be desired. There was a lot to experience on the very family friendly facility. We are already looking forward to the next time.

We felt very comfortable as every time. Were already, except in the adult hotel, in all maple hotels, we enjoyed everywhere. The temple is of all the most beautiful and best, followed by Friedrichroda, then Altenberg and ultimately upper Wiesental-to set a sequence. All in all we are satisfied every time around. But one thing is still important to us:
We would like to express a special praise to all those involved who were on the night of 7. To 8.10 have tried so hard! We had never experienced such a thing, but always felt safe and well cared for. Thank you very much.

This place is an interesting hotel. It is old, but they are slowly renovating the rooms. The staff is nice but seem to be over run. The food leaves alot to be desired. The double rooms comes with a small fridge and a small safe. Alot to do at the hotel, pool, game area, bar, smoking room, bowling, bike rentals, kids are, mini golf, etc… Rooms come with a 50in Samsung TV. Wi-Fi is spotty throughout the building and unsecured.

I am now for the third Time with my daughter here and we are as always amazed. Only the room prices are for a Three-star Hotel, a little expensive and the shower in the Classic room Comfort a bit cramped. Thus, we choose the next time you visit the panorama room. Who is stronger, can take a shower to Distress in the swimming pool to the drawn paths. The rooms are illuminated from the outside until 22 PM, and is at a short evening Enter quite helpful. Otherwise, neither the Service, the Breakfast and evening buffet still left the entertainment to your choice of options. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: — Very clean and comfortable facilities in general and room in particular — Close to the lake's beach and to the forest — Nice garden and playground — Indoor pool is fun Cons: — Dinner is of extremely low quality. Food is constantly reused from breakfasts. — Drinks are NOT included in dinner and one have to buy everything (even water). You are not allowed to bring water with you — Breakfast provides fair variety but of LOW quality.

Unfortunately I must give a bad review here. Arrival in a sandy parking lot for €6 and €7 in the season where the own car after 2 days looks like after a rally. It should go to here also rather muddy to rainy seasons. The lobby crowded of people waiting with überforderderten staff, to observe unfortunately no exception but every day. The elevators as unclean and especially slow and uncoordinated. It really needs some! 6 min. Of the 10. Up in the lobby. Constantly keeps the elevator or start up again! The rooms are super, if not as among friends, falls the door off the hinges, or the shower goes on strike. The leisure offer is very good. There is cinema, sports pub, mini golf, swimming pool, DART, air hockey, football pitch, playground, sun loungers, Tobeland, but also broken, cheap darts and a kicker where one throws in money and nothing happens. Only on demand, it was that the machine is broken. The money was refundable however. Half-board was flawed for the price and standard reminded more of FDGB. The gravy gave the impression of a finished sauce tasting, of flour and the children have spurned the tomato sauce to the noodles at the children's buffet. We found also strange pale sausages in the hot holding tank that were barely Brown. On the children's buffet, Fertigbulletten were from the wholesale market. For this price, this is not aktzeptabel. Felt is here all together and put down.

First, we want to highlight the friendliness of the staff. They were really friendly and always helpful. Also the idea of the hotel with leisure facilities is super. Unfortunately we found at risk, the safety of our child but in the Indoor playground partly because ceiling tiles were damaged or not installed fixed in the ceiling. Somehow a little paint missing on the walls. A beautiful mural would have work this space not so bleak. Also on the first playground outside, the end of the slide was so high, that all children face in the sand are shot. Also, the food was not at all satisfactory. We had initially booked half board, but cancelled it right on the first evening after dinner. The really hot meals were partly cold. Then even 11 euros were due for three drinks. At breakfast the next morning, we had already reduced our expectations. But the rolls like rubber and created the illusion of the day before, we simply went into the city and have breakfast there. The quality of the food could not convince us unfortunately. We are aware that the price for accommodation and food was relatively inexpensive, but I pay like a few euros more, if then the food is true.

Taking meal at the restaurant, 90% of the tables are reserved, so an individual can
ill find a place!
My suggestion — free tables also with a card to mark as at the reserved tables!
Indoor swimming pool and sauna CHIPS for input is a great solution!

All in all it is a very nice hotel. During our stay we not liked, that it has accommodated the footballers with the tourists together. It was a terrible noise at night on the aisles. Such events would have to be accommodated in a range of extra so that the night's sleep of vacationers is not disturbed.
Another proposal would still bring a door between Hall and rooms, keep such crash in the borders.

What personally did not like me, was me the remembered the "mass processing in the dining room" DDR typical dining room charm or as a youth hostel. I was in the last round at 19 30 pm for dinner. I was there something rather and the buffet was very lean. Much was already gone and not filled. The room was full. A relaxed meal was not possible.
That would stop me to stay a few days longer. The rooms are very nice. My neighbor must have slept well. It was good to hear his regular snoring.
For a short trip with the great nature ring rum, you can recommend it.

On the whole, we were satisfied. However, we missed the Lake. And we have introduced more small and idyllic hotel. At one time, we were faced with a huge building. We were only there one night, therefore we can not tell much. In any case, breakfast was top — huge selection. Even a small Kinderbuffett :-)

For a Three Start Hotel we were not expecting so many nice things. Staff is very professional and very friendly. All facilities with good maintenance. Pool, Sauna and common areas. Internet was working all the time and no additional cost (Super) Spielplatz was very nice. Wonderfull location close to the lake. Fantastic. For sure I would reccomend the hotel. One small reccomendation: Improve the cleaning in the garden where the spielplatz is located.

We did three days short break in their house. On the whole, we were satisfied. Recommend I would house only with restrictions. The House is very large with long corridors. Unfortunately, the doors with a seal are provided. Therefore they shoot at the close, what is very disturbing.
The hotel is very nice for families with children. But also very loud. I have taken at time of booking, unfortunately not. The leisure offer is huge. Minigolf about swimming in the hotel's own indoor swimming pool sauna, wellness and entertainment. Everything is. It can take care of everything for everyone. That is quite clear.
Yet what can improve the service. It takes some very long until it is served at dinner. The problem can be found as well as in other areas, for example in the bar or in the panoramic restaurant. What is actually much more unpleasant, is that the tables fast enough once again cleared are. So you can either find no space. Or at a table contact must be located still dirty dishes. This is only time actually not dramatic. It gets annoying when you have to stand still, the dirty dishes from the guests on the table in the bar after more than two hours. We changed the place then at some point it is. But if a little work on the service, you can increase the quality of the House with security.
Positive is I noticed, that the staff is eager to serve the guests. I think that it's easy to understaffed for the size of the House.

Ein großes Hotel mit viel Durchlauf. Trotzdem wird alles bemerkenswert flexibel und unaufgeregt bewerkstelligt. Typisierend ist die Vielfältigkeit der Möglichkeiten den Aufenthalt sehr kurzweilig zu gestalten. Auch das Aussenterrain ist höchst attraktiv und vielgestaltig und grenzt sehr schön an einem See mit eigenen grossen Badestrand. Langeweile hat hier Hausverbot!

Tolle Lage, direkt am Lübbesee, Stadtbahn und doch ruhig, barierefrei, kinderfreundlich, Freizeitorientiert mit eigenem Kino, Schwimmbad 25x12x2 m, Sauna, Fitness, Spielmöglichkeiten für klein und groß, für drinnen und draußen und bei jedem Wetter, gute Verpflegung, gemütliche Zimmer und freundliches Personal, ÖPNV direkt vor dem Hotel. Kurz: Einfach rundum klasse!

We were the first time in the panorama restaurant in Templin and were pleasantly surprised.
A very cosy atmosphere. The staff was always friendly and very helpful! Not to forget the food:
Variety, fresh, very tasty, and the price-performance agreed ratio also!
In all a very well-achieved evening.

Although I had a small discount it was totally not worth my money! Absolutely not suitable for young people! Ugly from the outside and the rooms are too small. Very thin door with slot underneath the ground, I feel as I'd sleep half in the hallway. The dinner was well — something of everything. After 21: 00 you can eat no more. Both the "panoramic restaurant" entered as the normal restaurant where the dinner was held. The panorama is probably only as restaurant, because it is in the 12! Is stock and 2 Windows you have, through this on an ugly meadow with forest behind it look. — even of the delivery service (on the Internet only 1 found! ) goes only until 10: 00. When we tried to call the front desk, the telephone did not and we had to move the bed, what a bed should be actually were but 2 pushed-together single beds that constantly apart slipped, first before to connect the phone. When we eat then asked of Mr said that there is no room service, we should come down. But you can do any of these pre-packed sandwiches. Also, you've been 1.5 hours before'm run off. In the afternoon, we wanted to make something in Templin, but unfortunately there was nothing in the village, except that we morning visiting the Spa. In any case, that was the first and last visit to this hotel. The Internet didn't work by the way also with me, nor with my friend.

This was a really nice hotel for the price. It's in a great location and the staff are quite friendly. However, don't expect 5 star comfort here, and don't expect the staff to speak English. Still, I would definitely stay here again, but maybe in the summer when Templin really comes to life.
