Hello and good day unfortunately I can only give one star for the following reasons

1 we sat outside on terrace with us were about five others that means we were a maximum of 6 people.
When the waitress came and asked what it might be I ordered a starter the service denied and said it was not because the second appetizer I also wanted to order was also not as we summarize dissenter of 4 appetizers two were not there.
I ordered a main course and something to drink waiting about 20 minutes.
after Emptying my first drink, I wasn't given any further attention and I certainly sat there for 20 minutes without a waiter coming and asking if I wanted something else to drink.
I ordered an extra portion of fries and then also a glass of water extra portion of fries with ketchup of the ketchup was unfortunately forgotten and I had to wait again very long my glass of water came only after I had eaten my fries.

2 the room décor is very nice the only thing that has disturbed is an annoying toilet flush in German said a defective toilet flush that has been running all night.

At the service above all waiting times and also the service that she looks after the guests and also asks if there is still something to drink should be worked on just as little on the repair of the rooms.

It is a pity, however, that I can only make one point about this.

We stayed for a week at the country hotel Felchow and I have to say always like. It may be a bit more remote, but the area is just nice to relax and up to the Oder/Neisse bike path it's not far away. There is always something going on in the villages around in the summer and the distillery nearby is recommended. The food in the hotel is very tasty and the service is very friendly. The boss is always going to have a chat and always friendly. We liked it. M. And R.

Very nice staff and centrally located. For cycling about 9 km to the Oderdeich with some slopes. Otherwise, the hotel is recommended.

Family-run hotel with an appealing level.

For the 90 birthday of my friend's grandfather, we were here recently.
Provided and were completed coffee drinking, dinner, bed and breakfast in a round of 15 people.
Positive: neat appearance inside and out, ample parking facilities, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.
To the coffee table there were tin cakes, a cheese cream pie and a chocolate pie. I tried only the tin cake, a Kirschstreusel cake, which reminded me of dry DDR baked goods just before the store closing. The cheese cream cake was okay, but no revelation.
Before dinner a nice walk with glorious sun and frosty degrees. The landscape a dream… Brandenburg level.
For dinner there were three dishes that were good, but unfortunately not in the kind of Loving country inn cuisine, as you instinctively probably always expected.
If you already take the mixed vegetables from the freezer, which is completely okay, you can also do some butter and add some parsley. Not a big act, but do something.
The rooms are furnished in a typical Landhotel style, who likes to sleep on hard spring mattresses, is well bedded here. :-) Cleanliness good…
For breakfast an acceptable offer… Warm, except for coffee and boiled eggs, however, did not exist. The coffee-vending machine did not know how to use the young employee (who was just her third day). Therefore there was no latte macchiato, which would also have cost extra.

Christmas brunch was very good. Service very friendly price performance is good The atmosphere is just slightly tightly graded.

Nice hotel comfortable furnished.

We were on the Oderradweg on the road and for a night out guests in the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and a secure bike garage there is also. The rooms were Hotel Standard and are clean and ok. Quality of the restaurant at dinner was rather average and the service was in the evening, a little confused. It has the lush and very tasty Breakfast buffet is compensated.
