Such a beautiful comfortable Hotel. The Location is in the middle of the Station. The Staff very friendly. Recommended.

Update V/2018 still — the Restaurant very considerable; Only Criticism: The Fruits on the Cheesecake not very ripe and actually dispensable … Particularly attentive Service (Thank you, Mrs May) — still worth a Detour! Yes, they are still — the almost perfect Places:) Get Out of the ICE, in the Hotel — friendly welcomed, comfortably accommodated, with Bar/Café/Restaurant at a high Level. Alas, jaaaah:)

Super value for money this place has a super location neat and clean rooms crazy fast Wifi.

Very good Hotel. The Location of the Hotel is great, centrally located and therefore all places are easily accessible. The Room Equipment is also good. Very good Insulation of the Windows, therefore it remains quiet in the Rooms. The Choice of Food at Breakfast is very wide. The Staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Very good location, beautiful and quiet rooms. The staff is excellent from the reception, through valet service to service at the top breakfast and in the bar. The prices are therefore absolutely reasonable.

Great hotel in Berlin directly at the Central station and as the name suggests already in the immediate vicinity of the Chancellery. The décor is elegant to luxurious, all clean and there is a great Fühstücksbuffet.

I stayed in the hotel in the summer of 2017 and felt very comfortable right off the bat. The room was very well equipped and I had a great view. I was very pleasantly surprised that in the room you could not perceive any outside noise despite construction site, sightseeing tour place, train station etc. The breakfast is more than plentiful and definitely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and very professional. The location and connection of the hotel is really great. With this great experience I will always book this hotel again at my Berlin visit.

Very nice hotel comfortable modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was immense. Only complaint was limited quantity of tea available in the room and it was packaged in excessive plastic.

Very convenient, immediately adjacent to the central station, which makes it easily reachable from anywhere. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Helpful and welcoming staff.

Great hotel. Class room and the sauna is the hit. We had a little problem with the light. Was immediately fixed and the next day we had a very personal apology including voucher for the bar.

Beautiful, design, well located facing the Bundestag and the Kanzleramt, this recent hotel has everything from a Palace. But he suffers from a well-known disease in Germany: an infects food! Have you ever ordered room service at €50, you see arriving a beautiful trolley, you salivating by imagining you put on this cheeseburger which you dreamed from the airport, then in the end, the wagon ends relegated to the corner of the room, only the bread basket having been emptied. I had already had a bad feeling when the room service employee did not ask me what the meat should be cooking. I was quite surprised to find that they were able to change the rubber meat. Ahhhh, Deutsche Qualität!

I was in the summer of 2017 in the Hotel and I immediately felt very comfortable. The room was very well equipped and I had a view a super. I was very pleasantly surprised that you could perceive in the rooms, no external noise despite construction site, Sightseeing Tour, place, train station, etc. The Breakfast is more than plentiful and very tasty. The staff was without exception very, very friendly, courteous, and very professional. The location and connections of the hotel is really great. Realistically I would give this place a 3.5. The location is very convenient next to berlin hauptbanhof station. The hotel rooms look very nice. However the Wi-Fi would not work well in our room, regardless of the strong signal. Air conditioning also worked poorly; we had it set at the lowest temperature and most powerful setting and our room was still very hot. We had a suite with multiple beds for 3 people and yet the bathroom had a very large window into the rest if the room, that was directly with the shower but there was no way to cover the window. Did not try the breakfast here as it was 25 euros and I could get food elsewhere for much cheaper.

Goods for 3 days at this great located hotel. It's all wonderfully accessible on foot, train or bus.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We only had one night in Berlin, and as we are using the train to travel around Germany, the Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt is a great location being a very short walk from the Berlin HBF. The hotel is excellent, modern clean rooms, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean, friendly, well equipped and to me the best placed hotel in Berlin. Adjacent to the central rail station, river walks, Teirgarten park, Reichstag etc. Breakfasts will not be bettered and well worth paying for. We asked for a room with a river view and they obliged, it was lovely.

Great location and excellent rooms, the Wi-Fi could be a little faster at times, but in the meantime the mobile phone also works for the most part well in the hotel. So you can also work in the hotel room. Breakfast is rich and fresh.

The prices are therefore absolutely reasonable. Despite the good connections through the train station directly opposite and the central location it is very quiet in the hotel.

The Hotel is close by the Berlin Main Station, so it convenient to get there by train. From the main station you can easily get everywhere by the public transport. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Depending on the room category you choose, you have a nice view of the Reichstag. The rooms have a modern interior and are very clean. The hotel offers a comprehensive and tasty breakfast. There is almost everything you can wish for a breakfast. In the 7th floor is a SPA area with a modern gym, several saunas and a Turkish bath. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool, but you can book beauty and/or relaxing treatments in the SPA area. We enjoyed our stay allot. It's usually very pricey, but it's worth it. We were lucky and were able to profit from a special offer.

The hotel is very well located right next to Berlin's central station. It is right in the center of the new business district. It is also a 10-minute walk from the Reichtag and 15 minutes from Bradenburg. The service is perfect, a very good breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious and modern. Coffee machine, kettle and tea.

Charming hotel two steps from the station Hauptbahnhof in Berlin. We went by booking with Expedia. Rooms beautiful and spacious, we enjoyed the breakfast service. The Spa on the seventh floor is really a treat, I recommend to go there in the evening to enjoy the view of the illuminated city!

Perfect location and facilities. 100% recommended. Next to the central station, allowing you to move to all the sites 3 min from the hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi, a chestnut, like the spa. The room was very comfortable. The beds, either the mattress, but the insufferable pillows, and the duvets, put together two beds to make it look like a marriage and left two individual quilts. They did not have shower slippers in the rooms, they had to go barefoot. For the price, we expected more.

Great staff and warm hospitality. If you're going to tour Berlin, I would highly recommend staying there! Centrally located and right next to the central train station.

Very loving and friendly relationship with the guest. Here you really are the king of guest. The Breakfast was every day very tasty and it was even short before Breakfast end. The money for the rooms is justified. Very very clean and tidy large rooms. Was very Nice will come again.

We were very impressed. From the super friendly staff who were always very helpful, right up to the Top position. The Wellness area is after a long tour of the city, and is just right. If you in the Evening in a super beautiful room with comfortable bed to sleep you can look forward to a super delicious Breakfast. We will definitely come back again.

This is a very, very good hotel with nice and caring staff. The beds is excellent, if you want a nice calm sleep and wake Up full of energy. You have to try the bar at the hotel, its also in the Michelin guide.

Fantastic hotel! An upgrade to a Suite is always very nice too. Not sure what to do with 3 sinks though :)

Clean, new, good conference services. Food was similar day after day for both lunch and dinner and if you are there for 3 days of conferences you get bored and want to go out to eat!

Very nice Hotel with amazing breakfast. You need to get a rate with breakfast included as they charge pricy 25 Euro for it. Only down is the gym area which opens as late as 6:30.

Good location close to Berlin central station. Fresh and clean rooms and facilities. Very good continental breakfast with almost everything you can imagine for breakfast. On the bad side was the slow unstable Wi-Fi.

Super Hotel, perfect location.

I traveled to Berlin to see my friend. I was familiar with this place. Bvd. Dvstm the Hotel Chef is very nice and amazing. I hope to visit again this place.

It is a well located hotel next to the Berlin Central Station and 10 minutes from the parliament. The rooms contain everything you could need and the breakfast did not lack anything.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner in mid — August this year. It's our first time to Germany, we are so glad and feeling very lucky we booked such a great hotel. The room is modern and very clean. It had electronic blind and ver modern bathroom. The hotel services are twice a day. They even make your bed in the afternoon and get the bed ready for the night to sleep. The detail of the service is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offered us a room with the view and it's so wonderful. The location of the hotel is 3 mins walk to the Berlin Central Station and many historical buildings and sites around the hotel within walkable distance. If next time we come to Berlin again, we definitely will stay at this hotel. I hold no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Very Modern furnished, the Hotel Is very Well located with a Beautiful view. Rooms are Angled a bit, but you find your way quickly.

Very clean and comfortable room which was in great shape (garpet, walls, furniture, washroom etc). Room was also very quiet even it was close to elevators and on 2nd floor. Personnel was also very nice and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotel experience I have had.

Spacious and fairly clean rooms with all the amenities. In the Morning, with views of the bend of the spree, the diverse Breakfast buffet to taste. In the chic Wellness area with views of the river Spree is the perfect place to relax. The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful, only the Breakfast we had to wait both days to long until we see the first coffee got. Highly recommend Absolutely.

I only was a guest during the day attending a conference. All the staff was very kind and helpful but I think the hotel was not prepared for all the people at the event. It was very crowded. The restrooms often out of soap or towels. The food on the first day empty very fast and later sometimes cold. I only can imagine how much work it is to host a big event so it was quite good. And I also don't know if the event agency is responsible for all the bad things but it definitely makes me think less of the hotel especially considering you pay a lot for a room.

Location great, facilities good, very clean, hotel staff friendly. Across the street at the train station, there's lots of restaurants, across the street is the bus station. Room provided very good coffee. Delicious and in sufficient quantity for self-help Breakfast although you need 25 euros, but after you eat will be full until dinner, didn't need to feed again.

Super chic decor. A highly professional Service. However, the situation is not really my case. Was there on a 2Tages Seminar and want to in the evenings just to walk to get something to eat. It was in the main train station. Conclusion: for Business Trips great. Private vacation would not be the first choice.

Very nice, spacious room in 5. Floor with a super view towards the East and the Chancellery had. The bathroom was also very spacious. Wellness area on the 7th OG dimensioned very nice and sufficiently large. For my taste the beds were a bit too soft. The mattresses could be replaced, since there was supposedly only one degree of hardness. Pillows 80x80. Small it was, but they were all in the house, so that we got as Alternative a neck support pillow. Internet connection was free, but it broke constantly. Up on the bed and the Internet it was a perfect Hotel. Although I must admit that I am not to be disturbed soft bed, contrary to expectations (or to resist apprehension). Since I have back problems, I had to Wake up quite scared with pain, which was fortunately not the case. The Breakfast was excellent. So far, I had only a Hotel, where it was even better (Westin Leipzig). We will be back.

We had to suspend really absolutely nothing. With the train came out of the station and into a really wonderful Hotel! The Spa is absolutely great! Great saunas, very clean. The room is a real dream! Location is just perfect to get around from there in the whole of Berlin and discover all of it. The Breakfast was so tasty and fresh everything. Very much selection! At any time, I can fully recommend!

A really beautiful Hotel with the best location to all the sights. The staff and the Service were perfect and left no wishes open. The room was very nicely designed and is really up in the corners clean cleaned. Breakfast/Bar/gym etc were also very nice and offer a great selection of (really for everyone). I can only each on a Berlin holiday, think about, and a Hotel search Steigenberger recommend the Chancellor's office. You have to really have a thought to anything and can really focus on his vacation. On my next visit to Berlin my girlfriend and I are going to go back to the Steigenberger Hotel! Thanks for the great time :D.
