All was good. There was Wi-Fi, but no internet:)

For a three-star hotel, it was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly, also rebooking went smoothly and breakfast was also very good. The overall impression was very positive.

Good accomodation, but I will not return on summer. No air conditioned, it's not good with 35° during the day. No mini-bar in the room (not a problem with fresh temperature but on summer it means water always hot! )

Clean, light, modern room. But very small. The room has no safe, minibar (fridge) and air conditioning. That is, to cool beer and wine there is nowhere and nowhere to put bought to wine cheese. And at night it is quite stuffy without the condom (now July, it is hot in Berlin). Breakfasts from 7 to 10.30. Monotonous but hearty. The bar-restaurant itself is very comfortable, looks expensive. There is no elevator, on the third floor on foot.

Very nice staff and good breakfast.
Also very centrally located. You can reach alexander square within a maximum of 10 minutes and good bars and restaurants in the area on foot.

The 5 stars are more than deserved! I've been there several times and I can't complain. There everyone is really very friendly and accommodating. Room and breakfast also very good. On my first visit, I felt directly welcome. I will always like to be there. The next visit is already on the agenda.

Small but oho — absolutely top in the sense of the 3-star category.
One notices that it seems to be the essence of a family business: In an ideal size, so that one gets the impression that one of the employees is even personally concerned about the well-being of the guest.
Breakfast is neat and varied and the rooms are reasonably large. One thing is particularly — and therefore written praise for the cleaner: This cleanliness is rarely found even in 5Stern hotels. Perfect — high praise.
The only small shortcoming has to do with a slightly elevated noise level at night: The multi-lane Frankfurt avenue is very close and if the rooms are not facing in the courtyard, then you can hear the cars again and again (of course this has to do with it. That we very much like to sleep with the open window — in closed condition you end up with nothing) All in all — High recommendation with the best price-/3, 3.

Friendly staff, confy and clean room. Main problem was the internet connection. Too slow.

We were only guests for breakfast and loved it.
Everything fresh, all delicious, very diverse.

Have been there a few times, price/performance is OK if you do not have to book at high price dates in Berlin! Room and breakfast are sufficient for us. Parking for local illiterate difficult for this very central location.

Great for the location, located 100 meters from the Metro stop which in a few minutes takes you to Alexander Platz. And 500 meters from the train station that connects to the airport.
For the rest comfortable room. Only bad note forces the staff. Very cold and grumpy some.

Loved it near to bars, transport, clean sheets, clean rooms, tidy and above all quiet place, felt like home. New furniture without any smell of use. Nice.

Old decor in our room. U5 currently undergoing repair so you need to use the Sbahn which is a tiring walk after a long day exploring.

It's an ok hotel. Near the public transportation and near a good neighbourhood with restaurants and bars. The hotel has an ok service and it's clean but the mattresses are too soft. Has an ok breakfast and it's quiet at night.

I had horrible experience in this hotel. We checked in the hotel on July 31, 2013 for one night and extended our stay for one more night on Aug 1, 2013. As we had to leave early on Aug 2, 2013 as we had flight to catch, we cleared up hotel balances on Aug 1, 2013 itself. On Aug 2, 2013 early morning we left the hotel and since there was nobody at reception we left the key at reception counter as told to us by the receptionist the day before. We happily moved on to our trip. Now While I am checking my credit card statement I can see 250 Euro (Rs. 20900 around) charge made by the hotel for no services availed by me. I asked for the reason and hotel replied to me that its for the damage I caused to their mattress by urinating on that (how lame is that), I am a professional CPA, I have my reputation, how can I do such things and they are lying on my face. My credit card company is not willing to take up this on their own since they say its between me and merchant. So in all these people FUCKED ME UP with such exorbitant penalty for staying in their hotel. I am still following up with them. I wish God give them good conscience to do good with the people and not spoil their day. I am still hoping.

Nice pension for the price, not far from the center. Good breakfast buffet too.
