We had booked the Panorama room over the weekend. We were very enthusiastic, very generous, new bathroom, everything picobello clean and the view of the lake and the beautiful garden just fantastic.

Beautiful guesthouse in a fantastic location, the only one with stairs to the lake, very nice sunbathing lawn with separated seats (2 loungers, small table and 2 chairs), super breakfast buffet… Top price / performance, highly recommended!

We had very bad experience with this Pension. We booked a 2 person room without balcony, but it was an attic room with 2 small windows. It was very warm there. The shower faucet was not working well, when you put it on, it was very cold and after a few minutes it became very hot, I almost burn myself! As I brought this under the attention of the owner, she said she could not found anything. We wanted to cancel our 3 night stay but it was a difficult discussion with the owner. We left and payed more than the 1 night stay. If you want to stay here don't take the attic rooms, to warm en too small for the price.

If you want to experience a relaxing holiday, pension Hubertus is in good hands. The location of the guesthouse is simply fairytale. The friendliness of the hosts is very good. The breakfast is good and tasty. You just feel comfortable there.

Very well managed families, full delicious breakfast since there is nothing missing. Good location for many hikes.

5 * stars plus, picturesquely and idyllic situated, we had our room overlooking Lake Thum surrounded by mountains, simply a dream, indescribably great location and so quiet. You didn't promise too much with your page and photos, that's the same way we found it. The complex very well maintained, with sun loungers to let your mind wander. The reception is just so friendly, cordial, personal and trusting. Great clean rooms, breakfast rich and fresh with everything your heart desires. Great hosts. Very dear greeting to Dirk and everything good for your offspring. We were certainly not the last time with you and can only recommend you to anyone who needs a break from everyday life. Thanks also for the tip with the Porsche Museum, for us car fanatics an absolute highlight. A thousand thanks for staying with you!

Although we were only here one night as a guest, we felt very Comfortable. Very nice directly on the Thumsee located. Clean rooms and a great Breakfast. Thank you dear Dirk, we will be back.

Very clean rooms, the food is prepared by the chef personally and tastes very good. Staff was always nice and child friendly. If you have any questions about Berchtesgaden and other excursion destinations, we were always on hand to help and advise you. ' Top for the price! … Keep it up.

Great hotel! This is absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything about this place is stunning, and best thing is the price is very reasonable.

For the second Time, we were now already in the house Hubertus am Thumsee. And it will surely not be the last Time! The magnificent scenery, the friendly atmosphere and last but not least, the friendly reception by the host to have us both times, the holiday a memorable one. The rooms are very well equipped and very clean. Both Breakfast and dinner are excellent! The house is located directly above the shores of the lake, is by a spacious sun terrace, and a huge, beautifully landscaped lawn surrounded. Despite the beautiful location in nature is both with your own car, as public transport quickly in Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg or at the Königssee. We would love to come again!

Picturesquely located at the Thumsee, surrounded by mountains, is the Pension Hubertus. Here, you can, far away from the troubled tourist centers, spend a relaxing holiday. Despite the beautiful and peaceful location within a few minutes ' drive from various worthwhile destinations. Also a Bus that runs to the Thumsee. We (family with 2 children) were in July 2014 for 8 days here. The Hotel is in the typical Bavarian style and in good condition. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. To eat there is a common room and a sun terrace available. This can, of course, also outside of the meal times used to be. The house and the sun terraces are about 50 m above the lake, so that here a unique Panorama, consisting of lake, mountains, meadows and woods. A few steps down loads a lovingly landscaped lawn with privacy from plants and bushes to Rest. Also badminton, Etc. It is possible here. My own little place to swim in the very clean Thumsee (drinking water quality) rounds the Whole thing off. The bottom of the lake but it is very soft, partly rocky: who is somewhat sensitive, you should have a few Schwimmschuhe pack ;o) The Pension is family-run. We were always friendly sorrowful, the rich Breakfast and rich dinner have ever tasted. In between, you can ice-cream and delicious home-baked cakes to eat. We have our stay very enjoyed and be sure to come back.

I have seven days over the Easter holidays spent here and it has me very good: The food was excellent, the family is super nice and the surroundings of the guest house is simply stunning and all at an absolutely fair price. I will definitely come back.

Hi, the Hotel is simply superb, full of cozy and the people there are polite, accommodating and just super nice. You feel really at home!
