Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience both with the preparation and with the visit with a group of 50 people.
Presented menu only warm menu. Proposal for the supplement was rejected rigorously.
The agreed room also did not provide.
Too bad that such a thing harms an otherwise recommended restaurant.

Very good value for price. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Nice service. And even gluten free bread for breakfast. Stayed only one night.

— Cleanliness (the rooms in the hotel were not really clean, room 1 had sand in the whole room on the floor and toilet was not properly cleaned, then let us give a 2nd room, that then had dog hair everywhere, even on the beds. So nothing for allergy sufferers)
— Kindness (have said goodbye several times after checking out and the whole thing without reaction, so it was already at check-in. )
— have a beer garden, where we were not served that evening (18.00 o'clock), as one was only served inside (which at 25 degrees)
— Unfortunately this hotel is not child-friendly either, our daughter 10 was not even noticed by the staff
— Prices set relatively high in the restaurant, for the fact that everything else around is not so great.

For us as a family it was the first and last time in this hotel.

Looking for an open restaurant (Mondays had many rest days), we found the beer garden of the "Ochsen" around 6.30 p. M. Despite the somewhat excessive prices on the menu display, my wife and I decided to stop looking, but to have dinner here. Many tables were already occupied, some were free, including a table of two. When I asked politely for a table for two, I was told by the waiter: "We are full, I can't do anything for you! "
No sorry, no apology, no reference to a table that might become vacant later. Nothing like that! We were so perplexed to be handled in this way that we sneaked away like watered poodles.
In hindsight the best thing that could happen to us, because in a nearby Turkish restaurant we were served so courteously and friendly that it was also worth a good tip.

But room 112, very loud! Couldn't fall asleep.

A truly traditional shop. Over several generations in family hands. Tradition and modernity meet in an unusual but skilful way. The kitchen is fenome. Balanced and always tasty. Value is placed on freshness. The range of dishes covers the whole range, from freshly caught trout, wild dishes, to the ones ' dishes. A palate across the board.
Plus a professional and very friendly staff. Even the boss is present.
It. Worth it in any case, stop in here.

Enjoyed our short stay in Blaubeuren as part of our trip back to Italy.
Great dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast to start the day.
We had a spacious family room which seemed to be fresh and recently refurbished — super work!

Friendly service room has everything it needs very nice shower and a very good restaurant at the hotel. Especially the breakfast buffet is absolute top just perfect.

The rooms are a little dated and could be modernized. At least that's true for the room I was in. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast are good. The staff is friendly.

Solid and Tasty Inn, very good service, many classics of the Swabian cuisine at a very high level and good value for money! The Onion roast is a dream! Also the noodles! The salad very fresh.

The clean rooms have been renovated, but the prices are quite spartan. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet varied. The boss, on the other hand, is very uninterested and unfriendly when other hotel guests in the full frenzy in the hallway are sleeping in the room door block.

Modern hotel in a traditional Rieghaus in the middle of the pretty little town of Blaubeuren. We slept very well. Nevertheless the hotel is located in the city centre, it was quiet.

Was as a business traveller there, the automatic door to the kitchen was open and throughout the house smelt it penetrative after deep fryer and food… Dinner was good. Room O. K. Price-Performance O. K.

I was eating here yesterday. Also close to the kitchen, the staff is very friendly here. The food also deserves its price. We had 3 different dishes and none had anything to complain about. We all did not complete the portion, although we are good eaters. Food is certainly a matter of taste, but it is all all around.

Service good, adequate choice of dishes, quality OK.
Only the Rahmsößchen did not completely correspond to my ideas regarding taste and colouring. As if there had been some tomato paste in it?

Nice hotel in the center of Blaubeuren. We had a queen in the new part of the hotel. Good, firm beds, nice shower with a pump for shampoo/shower gel. There was quite a bit of noise on the street at night. Breakfast was extensive and good. There is limited parking so we had to park in the second row and leave the key at the reception. Our car was moved at some point to let another car out. However the car seat was moved forward and not moved back into the original position. Don't forget to walk to the Blautopf, a very clear and blue pond about 7 minutes from the hotel.

Comfortable hotel with excellent food and friendly, helpful staff.

We have been there for three ningts, every thing is perfec, staff, situation, and the romos, there are superior or clasical, both are very clean, the breakfast is perfect, every thing you need they make the posible to satisfy. It is a good point to visit this área, one day we went to Lego and other day to Fussen to see the castle. Specially I recommend the restaurant, great the meat, the ratatoui, etc. We were a group of 14 spaniard, and it was everything perfect, Thanks for this nice holidays.

Very nice restaurant and hotel. Staff The small town of Blaubeuren is full of beautiful half-timbered houses and beautiful walks. A most enjoyable stopover!

Clean and nice hotel, our room and bathroom were spacious and we stayed with three children. Breakfast is good. Staff is kind but a bit cold. We didn't try the restaurant.

Quality of the ingredients was very good. Fabulous beef. Taste and preparation, however, was not sufficient for me. Ambience and furnishings are anything but child friendly. However, the staff was very nice.

Very nice hotel, cute little good rooms. Very home feeling. Small duvet but that seems to be in all Germany. Lovley breakfast!

Very nice rooms (in new building). Booked 2 rooms, for us and the kids, but for some reason these were no at the same floor which was not convenient with 2 kids, and which I don't understand as they were booked together. Also strange each room had to payed separately! We arrived on Sunday 16/08 but on Sunday the restaurant AND the very nice bar are closed wich I didn't understand. Therefore we had to eat elsewhere. (Opposite hotel Zum Löwen: see my review) So can't give actual comment on the Ochsen restaurant. Last year however we had dinner there and that was very good. And we enjoyed the bar then. But in view of last experience I would probably not go there again. Certainly not on a Sunday.

Can the speaker do not understand. Were to eat there. Kitchen is GREAT, good beer, Service alert and friendly, the chef and owner came to the table and asked how the food was. Cheese Gnocchi, handmade with fresh salad in sage Butter… A dream! Only to recommend. Unfortunately, the Hotel was at the time fully booked!

The beautiful, as quietly confirmed the room was on the street side. The hotel bar was unfortunately only for smokers. For the Appetizer (Wildmaultäschle) was the green salad in the warm mushroom sauce. The dumplings consisted of green indefinable mass and the Wildschweinrücken was well done and very dry. Cared, we were only by the obviously untrained personnel with the appropriate level — so, for example, was the missing knife in the food of the Hauptgangs plugged in and so served. The innkeepers unfortunately we weren't able to get to know.

The modern Comfort rooms are just great. The Breakfast was always excellent. Parking in the courtyard available. Very friendly and nice owners, and appropriate staff.

Our room in the new building was bright, modern, and had plenty of room. It has us, as well as the Breakfast, well liked.

Very good: location, staff, food, cleanliness.

Very tasty food to celebrate the confi next year in the hotel.

Great kitchen, not cheap but worth its price! Hotel pleasant, clean, quiet. Absolute Recommendation.
