Super good place for vacation.

Beautifully located with a view of the Rhine. Very good cuisine. Service with potential for improvement in terms of attention and waiting time between the courses. The reception is very friendly and professional.

The hotel boasts a unique location on the Münsterberg mountain and wonderful views of the Rhine and Vosges Mountains. The cuisine and the service were excellent and rounded off the beautiful ambience excellently.

Room goes so everything is very old! Bath a disaster very small toilet is not usable for large people! What was really good was the breakfast all you can think of. Except for the coffee cruel but that's a matter of taste. For 99€ per night far too expensive. Again, I'm not going to check in there.

Catastrophic hotel! Booking was requested on 24.5. Confirmation came on 8.6. (Arrival was the 11.6. )
Rooms are old, without refrigerator, small TV, bad Wifi, hardly any mobile phone reception with T-mobile.
Urine stains on the lobrille on the day of arrival!
Breakfast is okay, but that's the only positive point.
The shower has mouldy stains everywhere.

I advise everyone to stay here even one night!

Actually nice location, but the service here is more than bad. You have to look for operation yourself; After 10 min. Wait although almost nothing was going on service force brought to the table — quickly served after that no more — we would have liked to have consumed more but you obviously don't need that there.

To pay again independently the staff wanted otherwise we would still be sitting there today — and yes some table decoration would have been nice too; 50m further down the competition, it works out perfectly — so it won't be anything with us anymore.

Without praise and without infamy. Old Style rooms. No Air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Rooms to the Rhine side beautiful with relatively new furniture but it muffles.
Either it is not ventilated or something evaporates.
Even worse, however, is the poor hygiene.
The bathroom was not cleaned during our 3-day stay.
Dirty towels lying on the floor were simply hung up again. We had to order new towels at the reception!
Few operators and also the reception were tried and friendly but others, most, operators were extremely unkind and patchy when desired.
The kitchen was changeable. The half-board menu was fine.
Dishes from the card mostly bad.
The hotel is a large mass touring hotel (new cyclists come from the Rhine bike path every day) = only mass, no class!
Only profit counts!
1x and never again! This hotel doesn't have to do!
Better book a smaller quality hotel!

Years of the old hotel, which would have to be brought to Fordermann urgently. Air conditioning of the conference room was broken, Wi-Fi did not work, empty soap dispensers on the room, poorly cleaned toilet — and this at hefty prices for the rooms. Breakfast must be paid extra — is not possible. The only bright spot was the friendly staff at the bar.

Establishment very well located in a very quiet area laden with history and a view on the Rhine and Breisach… magnificent.

Quality Hotel with a wonderful view of the Rhein. The breakfast is very plentiful and the restaurant offers excellent dishes. We had a very good stay in Breisach.

We had a nice stay in their hotel a super good and nice service from eating that a star chef wouldn't have brought any better either we were particularly thrilled overall a best-worth warm greeting Herbert bauer.

Rooms are large enough and clean. Breakfast is top.

Stylish hotel building from the 70s, timeless, modern but also newly furnished. The staff tried his best despite being under occupation what one feels. Breakfast is great, with great views. Good menu and fair prices. But. Dirty seats from the previous day, crumbs in the seats, crockery stays long, Buffett is partially only replenished, in the outside area there are cigarettes in the plant crates, weeds, no or little flowers.

Nice and actually quiet is the location of the hotel and the maid has cleaned very cleanly.
The reception is moderate and you have to actively seek information. The décor has come in the years and instead of eg. The heating to mend is simply a plastic harness placed. Due to the open design of the hotel the noise of the music and the other guests is loudly double door in the room. The breakfast is clear and no longer looked dewy. The staff is friendly but moderately motivated. In the bar to get a drink or a second coffee for breakfast needs patience.

Were to eat menu front… The chef has done an outstanding job and understands his craft! We had a great evening. The service staff was also very attentive and did not let our children get out of the peace! Great.

Very friendly staff, good food, nicely located hotel, room OK but need renovation. Overall, however, recommended.

Rooms are clean the breakfast is plentiful and good just a little late could be starting from clock 6:30 start solid Hotel.

We were only guests in the restaurant, no overnight stay. The food was, depending on the dish, okay (steak) to bland (fish, wild). The service was unfortunately largely incompetent and had a lack of training as well as a deposition of the basic etiquette. Especially with the aspect that the restaurant is priced high.

Solidly equipped. Wonderful view over the Rhine on the procedure. I felt very comfortable here. Place and landscape naturally speak for themselves.

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a scenic location in lovely town.

Location and view are top. Unfortunately, the dismantling of staff and inventory led to very unpleasant situations. E. G. Defective coffee machine — Lauer filter coffee; Headcount reduction — 2, 5 hrs. For a 3-course menu; etc.

Not stayed but has a fantastic view.

Food service (new years eve) insufficiently. Chief staff handling catastrophic (reception). Rooms would be good. Hotel would need renovation. Environment could be maintained in the winter.

In need of renovation, poor heating in the whole hotel. The line but does not accept the criticism, pity because what's better than second chance to improve. We no longer come under this management.

The views of the Rhine was great. Only don't forget room for a non-smoker to questions if you are non-smoking. The staff was very friendly. This food is good. The path up the mountain to the hotel is somewhat tedious.

All in all we were very happy.
However the shower head should be decalcified once again so again, water can get through.
Also, it is important that you all guests tells that the dressing rooms in the swimming pool area to change and not to turn off the bags are designed.

An attractive House with great features — as single room — the price-performance ratio is good. Unfortunately, I can click the full star number: the balcony is ideal, but unfortunately other guests as a "Resort" used by is to early morning already the first cigarette to rauchen… da does not remain a significant smell, shame!
During my next visit I will gladly waive a balcony.
The staff is very attentive and professional. Worth highlighting is the location and the hotel is perfectly sound-proofed. A good place for the town of Breisach.

The location of the hotel is unique, but it's even better if you have a room with a view on the Rhine. The Hotel invites you to come in, very friendly and helpful as is the staff, not only at the reception. In the room you feel comfortable and has everything you could need. Everything is clean and well maintained. The Restaurant is not cozy ambiance, but the competence and the friendliness of the staff compensated for the deficit. The food is tasty, the buffet Breakfast, plenty of covered and of very good quality. Only the Spa area seems to be the stepchild of the house: The beautiful swimming pool is too cold and unloving. We have our 5-day stay enjoyed and would love to come back.

Friendly Rezeptzionistin. Good food, nicely presented and friendly served. Room easily aging. Tedious: No Mobile reception in the room 2. Floor; Wi-Fi is also not! (LAN is in place; if you only iPhone/iPad or similar, is the use of the but nothing. Here would be an improvement urgently e. G. By placing a Wi-Fi box in the LAN connector can be plugged and a Wi-Fi Spot for the room. ).

The location is very good. Beautiful view of the Rhine and France. The staff very friendly. Unfortunately, it was the outdoor area on a day to 22:30 closed and the Bar. This was not expected. But otherwise recommended.

Lovely hotel, missed Wi-Fi or just a working guest pc, and rooms a bit worn out BUT a beautiful view, nice restaurant — great food! and a cute town. Absolute value for money :-).

Very us friendly helpful staff. We have always felt in good hands. The location of the hotel is beautiful, the Breakfast is not very large, but excellent products. We would again at any time in the Best Western Hotel am Münster stay.
