The value for money! Extra! 50 euro a very nice room seemingly quiet! just the street to cross tomorrow morning to take my TGV! very clean and modern! the very nice receptionist and pro! I'll be back! I wait in the morning for breakfast!

Certainly for the price you could not expect better, but still, it's small and a little dilapidated
I put 2 stars because the welcome is welcoming and reasonably priced

Not recommended, not free. Broken furniture, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It's depressing. They made us wait 2 hours because they were cleaning it. Please note that the photos at the property have nothing to do with reality. Smells like moisture. We complained, we were slamming the room for a much worse one. Do not choose this accommodation will certainly be disappointed. I don't know how they're ashamed to post those pictures.

A very limited hotel! That said at 50 euro a room you can't expect a palace! But hey when it is no longer EU this but it is true that it's very gloomy 1 star is already too.

For the price it is great! Kitchen worked fine and the bed was confortable. I would not suggest more then two nights though. Again this review is with the price in mind, as I paid 30 a night.

Mediocre yet cheap place to stay in Le Havre. The hotel itself looks like it is going to be demolished soon. The room was fine and clean, yet some obvious damages could be spotted. A fan or airconditioning would be a great addition to the room. The hotel lobby is in the hotel left of the entrance, B&B hotel. Staff here is friendly and helpful. A cheaper parking ticket can be bought for one of the public parking garages. Near the hotel are multiple bakeries.

Very well placed but frankly too rundown on several points except the sleeping and the bathroom.

First of all I do not understand how they get the authorisation to function. Company reserved this because it was cheap but when you arrive here your head explodes when you see where you arrived. Dirty walls, dirty windows, dirty kitchen. Everything is old. I don't think that they improved something in the last 10 years. The doors from the rooms are from wood and look like they are from the second world war. Everything you do in the room can be heard on the hallway, you can't have a decent conversation without being heard by other people. The best thing is the kitchen, I added some photos with the dishes from my room. Everything with this hotel is wrong, the management of the hotel doesn't care at all, too bad because is located so good near Gare du Havre.

Attention to the photos misleading! A star like the one they have. A sense of insecurity in the building, a room where one lives on the bed for lack of space, a nice increase of sewer all night. Happiness in a pure state.

A very nice welcome that hides however the rest, in order:-The doing of duty presented itself in a new building, beautiful, and once the key ressus, have to go in the building next door or the entrance seems a bit exceed by the temp.
-Rundown elevator.
-almost non-existent sound insulation because we hear seagulls like other users who walk, talk, or flush.
-Tapestry that hides the cracks leaking water and I pass.
In short, I personally would not go back.

Room a little small but clean, decent bedding, nice welcome and very good value for money.

Everything is average, it's clean but there was an unpleasant smell of sewers in the room.

Very good reception, but disappointed for the rest. Room Attic ++ No passage with huge wardrobe, no bedside table, no bedside lamp, plastic mattress protector and too small. 2 Beds 80 instead of bed 160 promised. Aging and Dirty Lino. Flee the 5th floor, that's the excuse I was found.

Hotel in front of Le Havre train station. Very close to everything. Carrefour market. Restoration of all kinds. Indian Chinese Turkish French … small studio very nice with kitchenette Micro wave electric TV table Wi-Fi. The people are very friendly and friendly. Have a nice stay.

Good reception and nice but the rooms are old and poorly equipped (no wardrobe or coat rack, no bedside table, pale lighting, cross ground, etc. ).

A great welcome, staff SiMpA. Well thought out rooms although for Appart'hotel it lacks a few utensils. A big advantage is that we are in front of the station of the blows we are close to everything but for the rooms overlooking the train station a lot of noise at night.

Photo false dilapidated place, human excrement near door room, floors in uneven lenolium, bad odor and plants not according to… We are in 6, not a couple with fisime, paid, unfortunately, and exited after 10 minutes… Strange that places so they also have similar reviews… by complaint… I'll try to claim refund.

Own, rather quiet and hotel for a rate has three more than respectable! Mac do, pool, port and ocean has a few stations.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms are refurbished but it's still a fast fact: clean but little functional.

The "illustrations" of visible rooms-apartments on the site of the hotel are not photos rooms. You'll realize if you are going to visit places.
Apartment for 4 booked 2 months in advance we were changed the day before by 2 adjacent apartments for 2 people without any commercial gesture. The floor had not been washed, Toaster, microwave and microwave shelf were all sticky fat, the plates had not been cleaned on the side for a long time back and stuck. The condition of the apartment was very rundown (tap of the kitchenette that was more, wobbly closet doors, paper torn walls, floor in very bad condition, ties broken curtains, the bottom of the toilet completely black from Tartar, mold in the shower). On the 2 apartments, we only had 2 hangers (the same those provided when you buy a T-shirt at the supermarket) to hang our 4 winter coats. There wasn't that 3 polar blankets for 3 beds and a cover of Click — Clack as a comforter on the bed and the pillows were as fine as cigarette paper. What a pity that I can not post the pictures I took. Nevertheless, toilet, sink and bathtub were cleaned.
The general disrepair was much less annoying than the State of dirt: soil, tableware, accessories, surfaces. The household had never been done thoroughly. Only the most visible things must be done in a hurry not too often, hence sticky surfaces everywhere.

Very very nice smell and acceuille draw.
