Used to, I often go to there for the cleanliness, the comfort, the calm, good mood, the team is awesome and adorable short good time, thank you ;-)

Stayed 1 to 2 weeks a month for a whole year (then student alternating). No complaints. Ready and spacious dwellings. Kitchen and convenient storage. The room was very nice A few minutes walk to the shopping center Les docks. Perfect for a business stay (accessible and protected parking). The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. A bit far from the center on foot (unless vehicle).

Affordable price and excellent mattress. Nice breakfast. And affordable fare.

I had to stay on the Haven on a professional trip, and let myself be tempted by reviews, favorable stars…
Arriving in room 316, total disappointment!
The cleanliness of this room was really not at the appointment:-Carpet on the floor (obsolete of use) — tasks and hair on the bed and in the wardrobe-shower cabin with a large lack of maintenance-cooking Plan, covered with grease…
In short disappointed I listened to my stay in these places, from two weeks to five nights!
I would not recommend this property to my loved ones for sure!

Very good experience, the staff there is nice and professional.
The hotel is quiet and with a nice terrace. We enjoy the coffee in the sun with the birds ' songs.

The hotel as at home close to the city centre and 2 steps from the commercial centre of the Vauban docks while staying calm.

Comfortable and clean, in a perfect setting if you want to go shopping.

Spacious rooms but reception shabby. We had made a reservation for 5 nights from the 18th march and on arrival we were given a handwritten indicating that there was availability only for two nights. The three remaining nights of the reservation was passed on to the hotel Ibis… It is very limited as process! we have been presented with a fait accompli without possibility to cancel. The Ibis hotel is far away from the docks and there is no possibility of restoration, as in an apartment except to have a half pension which has not been proposed! Tax paid twice to top it off. While not recommended, despite the location as the management will remain the same.

Stay at the end of the year holidays. Clean and quiet establishment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well placed. Good value for money. This is the second year we are staying here and it will not be the last. As a tourism professional, we recommend.

Average geographical location because a bit far from the Center but close to the train station.
The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The person at the front desk is very welcoming and professional.
The Studio is clean, well equipped and large enough.
A good address to remember.
On the other hand, the parking inside the hotel is paying, you will have to make a choice: pay or leave your vehicle in the street.

Good hotel with very functional rooms with kitchenette, my only caveat was the shower; since it couldn't maintain a medium temperature, one second it was freezing and the next scolding…

Very good accommodation. Safe and quiet area.

Good rooms handy for shops and town. Wind thumps windows and doors though. On site parking. Shower a bit iffy on temperature control.

Good apartments where to spend few nights in a road trip. Quality of the kitchen is quite low though. The rest is ok.

There was kind of electricity or other noise in my room, so I slept really badly. Trying to find someone to fix this problem but no sleep at night. I complained to the front desk but I was told well late that there was a marked in the lift phone number! After-sales service: 0.
