You place an order, we bring you your drinks, and you have to get angry to be served an hour later. They forget one of the people. We were four. Not complicated yet. The fourth person is served a quarter of an hour after, always insisting on being served.
The House hamburger cold and not cooked.
The casserole with the fish. A little empty. You really have to have a little hunger.
A waiter spills fries. They passed 20 times next door, no one picked up.
It's a shame, a tourist-simpleton catch! We understand better why then visitors come with their picnic.

Bad food, bad service. Short bad. Too big they can not manage the service. Very very expensive for the quality. If you come to Étretat do not eat down. Tourist catch who can not inquire on the spot.

Little shabby place. Lights are not enough in the room. No room service available. Breakfast is also not up to the mark according to the cost. But good location, very near to the beach. No Wi-Fi at all. Staffs are not English speaking.

Spaghetti from the sea… how to say… Bland, peppery, parched dish, dried shrimp mussels like salmon ditto! Even the cream was "curd" shameful for the exorbitant price! Nature Omelet really nature! Tasteless and Bland! Frozen fries… for the exorbitant prices and the quality of the meals, go your way! Disappointing we didn't even want to test the desserts, I'm forced to put a star to publish but it costs me.

We were just here to drink a cocktail. For 7. €90 There was a finished cocktail that tasted more than bad. The ingredients weren't even right.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Booking a Trio room good reception, my worries smell of toilet in the room, bed without headboard and no night table, not very clean bath tub a lot of mold on the wall and on the contour of the bathtub, shower head not very clean, dry dirty hair, and underside of sink that leak and dirty, toilet trash room.
And the night noise problem with the outside ventilation of the restore, and narrow staircase not suitable for handicapped person and stroller.

I find that for 190 euros the two nights the room and cleanliness is not suitable for the price!

I found the correct service as well as the welcome. The food on the other hand leaves to be desired. The mussels are cooked in a sauce that is not good and the fries are frozen. The quantity is correct too.

The place is a cozy place, it has very traditional dishes like the potatoes au gratin or saucers with melted cheese and delicatessen, it is a pleasant place different dishes and good decoration, very close to the beaches of the landing of Normandy In addition there is a Hotel Service.

Seldom eaten such a bad pizza. It was just a frozen pizza that was made lukewarm once. And then for 17.20. Unbelievable bad.

The only reason I gave one star is because I can't give zero. The worst place I have ever visited in France.

Really, really bad experience. We had a late lunch, so the restaurant was far from full (1 or 2 other tables). The trouble started when we asked if we could remove one of the ingredients of their pizzas on the menu. The answer was a blunt no. Talk about friendly. I asked if they were made on the spot, I get yes as an answer. So leaving out 1 ingredient shouldn't be a problem?! Only when I threatened (in French) to leave the restaurant the waiter wanted to ask the kitchen. Food was bland, but not horrible either. When we asked for the check the second surprise came. They overcharged us for 4 virgin mojitos, claiming they cost as much as the ones with alcohol (which the menu clearly states otherwise). Only after 10 minutes discussion in English with the in laws they changed the check, to once again overcharge us with a completely fictional price. So I stepped in and had to tell them off in French, and only then they admitted to another fault. In my opinion this is no fault but a deliberate attempt to overcharge non suspecting customers. For shame.

Zero pointed! In the middle of a sunny summer day, a month of August. After waiting 25 minutes for us to take our order and this despite the fact that the servers pass and go back in front and despite being challenged and unable to take orders at the bar, we decided to leave like other people (3 tables In all and 10 lost customers). Before leaving I still went to report that they had just lost a dozen customers but it didn't seem to worry them. A man who was in the process of settling his note even lamented the attitude of the waiters.

Attractive but not very warm staff. Consumption is very expensive (a diabolo = 4, 20 euros) while we are not in a palace or a 4 star. We had waffles and a pancake. The chocolate waffle sauce was industrial. The compote of the pancake apples was so sweet that I felt crystals. The whole thing was served cold. In conclusion, extremely disappointed. Value for money zero.

In city center, has pleasant staff. Good for a quick pint or an espresso.

A good restaurent. Etretataise Pizza is a good one I like it :) don't hesitate.

Lovely little dinner… At first I thought the french just can't do cheese properly (like the dutch…) but I admit to have fallen in love with that Camembert-Omelette you see… Even though the weather was nasty that second weekend of January the small dinner we had at Les Deux Augustins fitted very well into a surprisingly overall overwhelming handball weekend.

Restaurant tested this afternoon, 45 minutes of waiting for a kitchen not to the height of the frame. Moreover, the service lacks a smile. A little bit catches a tourist and a card surprising for an institution to be called norman in the menu, sauerkraut, pizza, hamburger…

Not tried the hotel but only in the restaurant, it looks like one more trap to tourist. Expensive for what you eat. A shame because the. Frame is nice.

Picturesque and good located. Is saved by the restaurant but the hotel calls for reforms and deep cleaning with changes of carpeting and walls with emergency.

Catch-a tourist, do not go there. The exterior look is attractive, but in entering it we had to deal with a staff that makes the mouth, no smile, or hello, the waitress does not retain the order. 16€ for an unfortunate sweet potato, drizzled in cheese, poorly heated with 3 mini slices of cold chicken. Parents, do not rely on the team to warm your baby's bottle, you have a microwave available hidden in the back : get on with it. And the icing on the cake, these small placards that remind us of an article of the law on… the wearing of the full veil…

Attention : avoid at all cost! The investment in the tables does not comply with the order to arrive (because a lot of waiting to be placed, and surprisingly full of empty tables…). Over a half hour waiting for the dishes, while others went after us were already served! And when we remarked to the waitress (a petite brunette with glasses) these dysfunctions, the answers are far from being worthy of a proper service and are very aggressive : "it's going to happen, if you are not patient… ", etc… The home more than poor and rude does not even want to stay more! A shame for such a pretty town!

Of course, the cuisine is simple and the prices a tad high, but these are the only criticisms that I can make this restaurant — I do not know the hotel. The beer was good, as is the mussels and fries. The dessert was very correct. As for the service it was efficient and very friendly.

Slow Service and waitress unpleasant, no adjustment on the dishes. Narrow Tables, we eat each other. Patties dry with products that don't seem fresh. It seems that this restaurant only works in the performance and yet it is because there was nothing else available.

The dilapidation of the House, no effort to update the décor. But the worst odour of the water room, fallen, joints of earthenware flooring used and yellowed by time. The room with dirty walls, bad bedding, the carpet with holes for cigarettes, the luminaire shaped umbrella yellowed and covered with dirt and dust… Etc… But the worst is to have find a condom with a stuck on it chewing gum wrapper. The restaurant, the dishes are dirty, the service sucks, forget to give bread, when we call, we are asked to wait 2 minutes, which is enough to forget us completely. The dishes are of poor quality and very skinny. On the bar, it is not better, is the wrong command. Avoid absolutely, but in view of available housing and tourism, they don't will certainly not worried.

Never go in this restored!
Potato a € 17 attention for that price you have 2 slices of melted roblochon 3 sheets of salads with please cold Bacon!

My pizza looks rather has a lousy quiche rather than a pizza… Very little embellished, it's on I'll still be hungry on the way out of here. It is overcooked, the egg is cooked hard, rather than flowing for the spread on the pizza, capers first prize are bland, as the goat in the cake too cooked for my wife, pesto to replace the tomato sauce, the chicken does not taste either, actually fortunately there's Emmentaler on pizza… It's the only good thing… For 16, €90 pizza, I think just a sandwich from the city to the next intersection would have me much less disappointed!

We went to this restaurant because we found it in a guide (little smart) l. The home and decoration are very correct

Finally the pizza are fine pies (puff pastry), with the preparation of cheese, three olives and 4 pieces of tomato which is exorbitant for 14, €90!
Mussels Marinières without Navy… Too cooked, or softened without onions or parsley juice.

Very bad service. We ordered an omelet and it was not even properly cooked. The center was raw and the borders were carbonized. The server was always touching his nose. 10 euros for 2 spoiled eggs. The biggest disappointment in the city.

Service: one has the impression of piss them off! And dishes: coquillesssss and crunchy of ham in the omelet for us and our son Norman potatoes so-called with Camembert cheese melted on it but just a thin strip on the top and no taste of cheese… Almost € 5 for 33cl of coca… So yuck! And left without finishing… A € 63 3 dishes and 3 drinks it's expensive!

I took an ocean salad for a twenty euros. The salmon was of very poor quality, Super salty, the lawyer not wall and bathed the salad in dressing acid and industrial.

Room very very simple: No wardrobe, just about the boards without hanging or door. Very questionable cleanliness of the room: stained carpet, tasks and shots on the walls, paint again for emergency as well as in the stairwell leading to the different rooms. Dust. Hangings stained and bested rings. Bedding comfortable limit. By against, a pillow (while it is a room for 2) and coverage at an additional cost. Bathroom with WC in the same State as the room: carpet stained… uninviting plumbing dull and white dry limestone, traces of water dried on the glass of the shower! Positive point: the water was hot. Price of breakfast: a bit pricey for 9 €50 in an old style room super decorated objects in copper, dust free and more! Baguettes and croissants at will is true but Jam (1 way) and choco in small capsules of plastic. For dinner: we had red fries, salad without dressing and had to claim missing drinks halfway through our meal. Value: passable.

Worst experience ever. Never experienced a service of this bad quality in entire France. Order didn't came for one hour and they even hadn't started to prepare the main plates. We had to leave for catching a bus and they didn't even said sorry. Rudeness is redefined here people. Avoid this place.

G taken from your g lia such to seafood. Served very little cream with 5 molds disappointing. My companion to taken a pizza House they dry the paw is laminated. The addition was salted for what we had. Really disappointing.

10 square meter room is a bit small for two people, but it's too clean and well located in the city center! 200 metres from the sea and quiet next to the shops! The TV has only 8 channels to see, too old. But the price quality is already good, we was going on 3 nights pleasant, no noise from neighbor.

Only restaurant opened in the city at the moment where I went. Friendly, warm atmosphere and nice decoration! The mussels were great and good fries.

ETRETAT crossing we walked by chance in the hotel.
We had a nice time. The dishes are simple but good quality.
The staff is very friendly and the dialogue not difficult to maintain.
The atmosphere is that of a brewery where the world goes in and out all the time (even in the middle of the day). The price is right, that practice in the area.
We are pleased with our meal in this place.

A nice and a good value dishes. Is not the large kitchen but does not pretend to be. For a restaurant to lunch that's fine. We were served very quickly. The staff was very friendly.

Very nice restaurant, we had a good evening, dinner is pretty good, dishes are good, staff is a l look, expensive dinner, but we will return.

We are stumbled upon this restaurant and we had a great hunger. By so me and my friends ordered a potato and a plate of cold cuts each. Do not rely on the photo. The potato really is giant! So that in the end, the plate of cold cuts, it has struggled to finish.

After a nice welcome from the servers, we tried a potato with a supplement of charcuterie, a surprising dish.
And then, surprise, we saw happened a big potato well-stocked and superbly well presented.
And frankly, we had some difficulty arriving at the end of this hearty dish.
All of this, drink included, at a price really very reasonable.
This simple but really good and enjoyable meal has been one of our good times at Etretat.
