We had a great Easter weekend at the estate, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the setting is beautiful.
We enjoyed the breakfast very much with local products and homemade.
We were delighted with our stay and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel 😊

Very good gourmet restaurant on the heights of Etretat. Original and refined atmosphere and decoration, good food and attentive service! We'll be back!

A very welcoming staff, very friendly, hotel services worthy of the stars, an excellent breakfast prepared by an admirable cook, bravo! in an exceptional setting, brazier, swimming pool, spa, a glass roof with fireplace … finally we loved it, we ended the stay with the gourmet meal, it was a delight of flavors. Thank you all for this little paradise.

Beautiful house decorated with taste and intelligence, friendly and attentive service, abundant breakfast and served with a good morning mood that feels good … The restaurant deserves its star even if I found the cuisine a little too uncluttered and the price of the wines unreasonable. Above all, do not hesitate to choose a spacious room at the risk of ending up in a doll's room, charming by the way, but cramped and accessible by an impassable staircase. With a ray of sunshine we will come back with pleasure. 🙂

A superb romantic stay at the Dungeon. A very nice hotel full of charm and a very nice and available staff. The small welcome snack is a very nice attention and the escape game in the hotel, a little extra that we enjoyed. A breakfast at the top very varied (pancake, pancake, scrambled egg, cold cuts, etc. ) Thank you for the little attention for our pacs anniversary. We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again for this stay. I highly recommend the Dungeon.

A clever alloy between coziness and luxury. Multiple comfortable corners in the interior patio under the huge veranda covering the courtyard of the Keep. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Tailor-made reception. The view of the hollow needle is spectacular especially in the evening, illuminated on the sea.

The patio is top, the place is very quiet. We're close to the city centre while we're quiet.

We had a great time at this hotel. The spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms.
The bedding is good.
Our room had a steam room, which was a treat.
The evening meal was succulent, the flavors wonderful. A little confusing for the uninitiated like us. But it was a great experience
To finish the breakfast was excellent.

Booking impossible via a smartbox we were offered. On the site, everything is free (subject to acceptance of the establishment). In practice, everything is refused. After a phone call to the receipt, they admit to refusing the boxes every Saturday and also have a smartbox quota (in my opinion very low). So even if it's free via a booking site, even if the booking price is less than the value of the box, they refuse. Outrageous.

Gorgeous location, decoration and amazing view.

We had a great time at the St Clair estate. Everything was perfect except that the rooms would need a little refreshment although they remain comfortable. Apart from that the welcome was perfect and benevolent, the restaurant of rare quality with products from the garden of the estate, in short a beautiful experience that we hope to try again soon. I highly recommend.

Very disappointing hotel service. We booked a "great comfort" room at a rate of €300 per night with breakfast and described as such on the "GRAND CONFORT" reservation – our large comfort rooms, large and with beautiful sea views. No sea view for us, only on the cars that arrive at the hotel. It was quite hot this weekend, but no air conditioning in the room and even heating in the bathroom without being able to stop the radiator, nor mini-bar to put at least a bottle of water cool. A bathtub that was in the process of dismantling, the pool of the establishment that was really dirty, as well as the surroundings (cigarette butts on the floor, stained mattresses). We informed the same day a staff member, regarding the misleading description of the room, but no change possible. I expressed my disappointment at the time of payment, and icing on the cake, no commercial gesture was done to us, we were only told "the description is wrong on the reservation" see worse, I was offered "delayed check-out" while we left at 12:30 and that it was indicated in the room "room invoiced from 13H". When I asked how much to raise this delayed check-out, the receptionist did not want to answer. Really anything. However, we wanted to make a discount for the next time, which I refused because we will not return. This hotel does not deserve to be classified in the "charming hotels" that we used to frequent.

A green we in an awesome bucolic setting less than 2 hours from Paris. A little break in love that does good!
Everything is: cosy room, fireplace, nice bar, cocktails, fine restaurant but not staid, top breakfast! I recommend and already plan to go back;-)

Nice garden and hotel, very quiet and close to the center. Ask for a sea view. No lift and thus some stairs to go if you are not on the ground floor. We did not try the restaurant as we did not appreciate the lights, a bit too dark for us and services looked a bit messy and slow. The room (confort) was nice but TV was in a cupboard where we also store our coats. A bit weird… But overall a very nice residence.

Very nice setting. Charming room but full of unnecessary stuff making it difficult to move around. Disappointing food. Nice presentation and adequate portions for large set menu, but dishes either too salty or too creamy, lacking finesse altogether. Get another chef, I would say.

Domain to the overlooking quiet on the magnificent cliffs of etretat, pleasant and friendly, in a beautiful park. Home smiling and attentive to customer, comfortable rooms at will and the background music accompanies smoothly the moment of peace we spend in the field. Note the breakfast buffet, particularly provided and products fresh and varied. Excellent stay.

Beautiful weekend in love in a very nice area.
We stayed in the area Sunday evening, after enjoying the cliffs of Etretat.
The field is very good, in height, in the quiet. Very close to the city centre. Arrival delights when you see the Dungeon, the pool and patio. The staff is very welcoming, available.
We stayed in room Major, small outbuilding to the quiet, with spa bath, corresponding to our waiting. Full of history, the decoration allows us to immerse ourselves in the history of the House and the area.
The restaurant to dine in a very pleasant setting allowed us to.
A romantic weekend, meeting our expectations, as it was a surprise.
I highly recommend and will return with great pleasure to discover the other rooms.

The Dungeon: a peaceful place and out of time. A tasty vegetable. A delicate restaurant. Tasting of the prisoner Apple in the softness of the living room. Peaceful night in the turret. Here time has suspended its flight and that is very good.

with a restaurant with a good French cuisine. Ideally located to enjoy the view of Etretat and its cliffs. A room we was attributed to the DRC to facilitate access with our little piece of 3 months.

In short, hospitality is too fancy for my taste and the prices are also very chic. Indeed, the budget 15-€30 does not reflect the truth. I paid my glass of wine, a little less of ten euros, of course, it was very good, or so I felt forced it was good considering the price.
In summary, the restaurant is good, but too expensive for the result.
