Absolutely stunning views & fab place to stay. Fantastic large rooms.

Beautiful views from the rooms.

Exceptional location, in a green setting just a stone's throw from the city centre of Chamonix.
The apartments are spacious and pleasant, well insulated, but sometimes deserve a few small renovations and amenities: bathroom, old-fashioned lounge furniture etc.
The residence is equipped with a nice heated indoor pool and the staff are lovely.
We'll be back!

Fabulous location. Building a little old, but very well maintained.

The room in spacious and the view is spectacular. The internet is subpar, getting less than 1 MB per second download speeds, making it good for email, but not much else. Hopefully you won't need it however as there is so much to do and see in the town. The town is a few minutes walk away. Great location.

Hotel with apartments. The rooms are large, with a kitchen, bedroom, living room. A separate bathroom with a bathroom and a very spacious balcony with wonderful views of the Savua Valley and the Alps (and Mont Blanc in particular). There are chairs and a table on the balcony. Breakfasts are not included (but the option is — 11 euros adult, 8 — child), given that it is an apartment, and the kitchen has a microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso) and stove, it is not particularly necessary, especially since if you are a little late for breakfast, and the staff has not left yet. Coffee with a croissant is organized for free. The staff are exceptionally friendly and sincerely willing to help — arrange a transfer. Book a restaurant, tell everything and tell everything, the same bathrobes for the pool and towels (piscine kit) — will give for free. Among other things, the hall has a fireplace, the rooms are warm (which is important in winter), parking in the underground parking lot is free. Also free is a very nice and spacious enough pool (for children and adults with an area for sunbeds), a sauna and hammam. The hotel does several types of massage. All in all, the hotel is very nice. The downside is there is no full-fledged restaurant (bar) which again is bathed in its beautiful location — 5-10 minutes on foot and you are in the city centre. With restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.

Location and scenery are incredible. Walk everywhere. Sit on the patio and be amazed.

Perfect all very well and with beautiful views to the Alps. Large Terrace and many activities. What I liked was Q you could ask for movies to the reception and see them quietly in your apartment.

Rooms were small, but normal for French ski resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool with sauna and showers. The place was pretty neat and right next to a small ski slope.

Very pleasant hike despite the threatening weather. Obliged to turn around because the path was obstructed by a snow flow and a clump of trees.

Very good location, makes it easy to reach the top of the slopes, the hotel is in line with everyone's expectations!

Great location for skiing, large rooms, helpful staff.

Good hotel, good location. It is a pity that there was a terrible smell in the toilets of our room. Really disgusting. And no discount was given. Normal for a 4* hotel?!

We were 3 families and had booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It was simply lovely. Cleanliness was A grade, the view was to die for, kitchen was very well-equipped, location was very close to Mont Blanc… overall a memorable experience indeed.

I had a pleasant stay in the suite, however when we checked out I realised that I had left a pair of jeans with an expensive leather belt in the wardrobe, I phoned and told staff that I would return to collect my belongings that evening, when I returned I was told that my jeans/belt were not on the premises and that a member of staff had taken them off site “against policy” my jeans were returned in the post smelling of cigarette smoke, covered in animal hair minus the belt. I have emailed daily and had no response. The staff member in my opinion has stolen my property. Disgusting. I have never taken up an issue on social media however I have had no response to my emails. I expect a response…

I've never came across most heartless bunch of people… I booked my stay with the hotel on the 20th of December, choosing a non-refundable option as I genuinely was looking forward to staying there. I booked the stay from the 5th January, sadly, my grandpa passed away last night (2nd Jan) and when I got in touch with the hotel management I was told I'd still be charged for the stay. My grandpa's funeral is on Tuesday and I'll now spend the weekend at the hotel instead my grieving family as I refuse to give them over €600 as a gift — I find it outrageous!

Hotel is good and staff is friendly. Good location at a walkable distance from the centre. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the mountains and skiing area from the room. Breakfast had limited options but food was OK. Swimming pool was cold, shower was not working properly and it had a dry sauna which I don't like. Parking space was inside the hotel which makes your life easier with the snow. I would go back to this hotel.

Hotel changing the booking criteria one year on the other for the same period. Can't book for one night two months in advance.

At first, the shuttle service from GVA was great, they coordinated with a company to get us from there, it was on time & price was reasonable. I think it was good as an apartment, the kettle was dirty and once we called them they provided us with new one. Kitchen was equipped with almost all needed things to cook expect a basket for plates to let dry after washing it. We could not use the dish washer since it was a bit dirty.

Great view, quite place, the need to amend there policy of the house keeper.

Rooms were spacious and clean but no housekeeping service, you can find a great swimming pool. Backyard is so spacious, parking is big enough, free. Great staff.

The room was very nice and helpful. The suite 601 is on the 6th floor. The stop is close. Rope next door.

Great stay! Top week, staff welcoming very good location at the foot of the slopes. Julie massages are recommended (speech of esthetician) you will not be disappointed. It just lacks a few extra degrees at the pool.
Can't wait to book for next year.

We were there for a business meeting, with access to the pool and sauna! An extraordinary setting and friendly. A future stay is seriously considered… ;)

Disappointing stay, family of 4 children, renting an apartment at the 3 th floor room 307, wing has framework staff, a young man and a young woman very nice also, a Director ghost, seen once in 3 days.
Total lack of heating set apart from the bathroom to the master bedroom which was electric!
A heater was given to try to find a solution, after 3 hours of waiting, still no heating but 2 extra blankets for 6 people.
The kitchen drawer where cutlery ready to fall. Mirror in the bathroom parental, not working not (backlit) and ready to fall also.
Very strong smell of humidity in the bathroom.
In the end, summing up, nice catch tourist, enticing framework but service disappointing for a 4 stars. Tourist tax, free, offered by the ghost Director, of course, absent the day of departure.

Nice and close to the lift. Clean with a cozy lived in feel. Great multilingual staff. Not 5* on the little details.

Too much Redid the balconies of the savoy.
