Very good service. Clean in rooms. Very good situation. We will return and recommend 100x100

For a 4 star hotel I find that the service resembles that of a 2 and or 3 stars.
Very well located; the Wi-Fi in the hotel is very efficient;
everything is done on foot; Palace of the Popes; The plurality of restaurants; places for all types of visitors to enjoy the scenery and entertainment on them; I recommend the restaurant "In and Off" and their water carafe mojito or tropical way, you relax there while enjoying the view; Appropriate littery;staff quite welcoming but nothing more.

— The connecting doors are not soundproofed at all; the magnetic pass is made Old you have to do it several times; Very minimalist buffet breakfast; no support to get out of the shower, the feet are immediately in contact with the ground which leaves water at the exit of the shower; Air conditioning ventilation can have insomnia effects for people with light sleep; The hotel service in everything are together does not correspond at all to a 4 star. So know what to expect

A 6-day stay, Room at the 6th (last floor) as a welcome action 2 50 cl Evian water bottles and plastic glasses in a mini fridge that barely gives. (A 4-star hotel)
Upon arrival at the hotel I am told that the 1st breakfast is offered and 15 euros thereafter. What I enjoy the next day: a buffet at will very minimalist and disappointing.
4 days later I get an email for an unpaid bill.

Exceptional privilege room, small arrival gifts very nice and charming staff. What more can I say?

Great location. A bit dated inside but fine for us.

Pleasant staff, comfortable and well located hotel.
Poor soundproofing of the hallway (conversational noises of doors constantly slamming).
Access to the hotel is not convenient by car no direct access to the car park.

Avignon is a bit overrated town, location of the hotel is very good and it is renovated but room we stayed was small (a bit noisy as well) and hot water was broken but they made a discount so overall service repaired the image.

Comfortable hotel. Comfortable and cozy bed. Sufficient bathroom. Location. Enough breakfast. Public car parking a little far away. Friendly staff at reception.

It's an old hotel but the staff is friendly and the rooms are quite. It's location is amazing, very short distances to all important sightseeings of Avignon.

An excellent establishment recommended is to advise.

Impeccable room but the 203 ventilation noise that makes the wall of the headboard vibrate. Not top. Ask for another room if you want to have a good sleep. By cons personal to the reception very pleasant smiling and at your service.

As there are always variety of tastes but I for my work I am traveling much of the year and I can say that I add it to the list of hotels noteworthy.

Centrally located to visit on foot rich Buffet in the morning with quality products.
A 4 over 5 because you can always improve but a real pleasure to have slept here.

The hotel and breakfast were very nice but the shower and bathrooms were a bit odd.

We would have liked more precise directions to get to the hotel by car since so many roads are closed to traffic. We had to ask for help from a taxi. For this inconvenience we however had an upgrade of the room.

A nice hotel very well located just to the side of the Popes Palace and with easy walk of all the main attractions of the town including the bridge. Approximately 1 kilometres flat walk to Avignon Centre station (with train connections to Avignon TGV station). Good rooms. Also has bar and restaurant (closed for renovations when we visited).

A great location a nice staff friendly breakfast by cons hotel which in my opinion deserves only 3 stars and not 4 from the point of view of the rooms and benefits big black point: it is associated with a deplorable restaurant called the Butcher.

A perfect place for seminars and stays. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the Guests. The restaurant offers you a delicious cuisine full of inventiveness. Good location close to the Popes Palace. Breakfast and rooms not tested (i was there for a seminar).

This despite the good size room and separate bath. Apart from total structural change to the bath and toilet, they could look into folding or sliding door.

A lot of appearance and high price. But the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

On the other hand on a personal basis here is how I was greeted by Emilie for the check in for a neatly shameful skit: 1) "Your wife has already taken the key to the room" No bowl my wife had not yet arrived 2) I give her my letter of reservation coming from them… " Sir we do not have a reservation with this name! "Please check again! " "Ah Yes Pardon" 3) "Sir you have to pay the 2 nights because the card that had been used for the reservation was refused! " I paid, except that the card denied was that of my wife who was well charged!
And it had to be we who brought proof of debit and not them proof of card rejection!
It's outrageous!

Great home, 24/24 has our services with a nice outdoor pool restaurant and really top for a hotel prices are affordable just drink C is expensive.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and great location. Very close to the major sights. The rooms are nice, but we would have wanted something other than French tv-channels. The hotel does have lots of international guests and should take that into concideration.

It's been a year since I booked and paid 3 nights in this hotel. 15 days ago I had confirmation of the reservation by phone. This morning the director calls me and tells me that the room is not available the first 2 nights. That the client who occupied him is ill and therefore cannot leave. On the other hand it will only be sick until the 15th in the morning since the room will be available again on the 15th at night. More Mensongé C is difficult while my stay is organized according to the very central location of the hotel but no other central hotel has free room. The Director therefore proposes to reimburse me and a lodging all expenses paid… in a ibis at 6 km! What a restitution! Thank you, Madam Director! And especially thanks to you what a wonderful stay in perspective.! Already on the road we can only accept otherwise we are on the street. So notice to the camping enthusiasts broke, I recommend you to reserve the Mercury 1 year in advance to be sure to be finally housed for free at the local Ibis! The mercury chain it's no longer what it was, a few less stars wouldn't hurt them, the festival really gives them the big head…

In a beautiful setting near the Palace of the popes, hotel well below other hotels mercury at the equipment level.
Tiny room where travel is difficult with a frigidaire placed in full flow.

Remote parking, dark room, room cleaning not exceeding a certain height (top), low construction finish…
It is a good hotel, but not to the level of his claims. We will not return without denying the string in it even.

Statyed there for 5 days during the week. Got offered a choice of floors at which to stay, picked floor 5. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the windows are truly soundproofed so no worries about noise from the main plaza they overlook. There is AC in the room, though it didn't seem that efficient if you like polar colds; it is relatively quiet at least. Breakfast is available extra. There is also a steakhouse restaurant accessible from the lobby. Not sure if it is part of the hotel proper, but it is not a bad choice in any case.
