The hotel is centrally located. Small rooms and tiny shower room, all nevertheless very functional. A warm and courteous welcome.

Excellent location. Quite calm, but the paintings deserved refreshment. The bed was very clean.

Strategic location, room on the 5th floor with a nice view through the windows, but hot… the breakfast Room was very nice and well stocked, the council.

This location cannot be beat! Walking distance to all the major attractions and amazing restaurants an bistros. Friendly staff speaks English well! Had a great time here!

I was very hesitant about this place since the price was so low. However I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms — while dated and a bit tired — were clean and a good size. The staff were friendly. My one complaint is that the window did not close properly so it was rather cold on that side of the room. Considering the location (and a non closing window) it was pretty quiet at night. We were on the 5th floor which had a nice view.

Amazing location! A 10-15 minute walk from the train station (Centre NOT TGV), it's right on the main square with the Pope's Palace just a block away. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also spoke great English so communication was easy.

Nice hotel right next to the Palace. It was a little interesting to get to my room… I had to go to the top floor, outside, then down a spiral staircase to get to my room. A bit interesting but not too bad. The upside was the view! Right out my window was the palace!

The hotel is located in the historic centre of Avignon. Not suitable for RMCS.

Central Location in the historic center behind the Palace of the popes, really excellent!

Pretty good location right at the Pope's palace, good facilities, somewhat winding. Climbing stairs is partly not to be avoided.

Centrally located with friendly and competent staff.

We stayed here for five nights. Very clean and comfortable. Right in the city centre and a short walk to the popes palace, a lovely place to walk in early mornings to see almost 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

It's just 5 minutes to Palais des Papes Good service Breakfast not so (every day the same)

Hotel very well placed in the heart of itramuros and Avignon clean correct and unpretentious with a lovely friendly staff and little care for guests. I highly recommend it and if we return to Avignon it will be at the Kyriad Palace of the Popes.

Located in the historic center of Avignon, this hotel is a good value for money.
The breakfast is a bit expensive, there are better and less expensive on the site.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from station and located opposite Hotel de Ville. 2 minutes from palais des papers. Close to restaurants. Discount use of very nearby underground car park. Staff are lovely and very helpful. I expect to return. Great value.

This hotel smells bad. The front desk clerk is nice, but there is bad management. The rooms are noisy and smell like smoke, even when you request a non smoking room. Management refused to do anything, including refunding our money. I would not stay here.
