Avoid it! We didn't have hot water, the manager doesn't do anything about our claims. Only the reception staff is very pleasant but helpless in the face of this.
The cleaning staff wakes you up all the time despite the word "do not disturb". "
Breakfast at too high a rate compared to quality.

Very easy to access. The staff are attentive and very professional. The rooms are of acceptable sizes. The bathroom is a little small. Breakfast is plentiful. The most is the pool. Well maintained and very appreciable after a long journey through these strong heats.

For the price really great. Good breakfast clean rooms. Slightly small but enough space for max. 3 people. Very large parking and clean pool. The hotel restaurant cooks really good food and there are also some good restaurants nearby. Top for the price.

Great find! Easy, clean, comfy. Pool, bar, restaurant. Plenty of parking. About five miles outside of old town Avignon but a relaxing motel.

The location, by driving, is close to Avignon TGV station. During the Avignon festival in July, it is very hard to book a hotel within the city, and this hotel is a good option if you drive and want to base in Avignon. I think it is about a 20 minute drive to Avignon. For Americans, this hotel chain reminds me of Hampton Inn, except breakfast costs extra and is actually better. It may not be worth the 10.50 EUR per person premium for some travelers. The rooms are on the small side and my full-sized luggage can open only half way. The internet is good and reliable, which cannot be said of many other hotels I've stayed at during my time in Provence. The showers are good and don't slash outside of the stall if you position the shower head correctly. The water pressure was good. There is a Galeries Lafayette department store nearby for shoppers. Free parking in the parking lot is a nice plus. Only issue I had was there being no elevator, but the max number of flights you'd have to climb up is 2 floors. Overall a good value.

Room perfect for the value for money and with a nice pool in bonus, Nice staff, nice furniture in the common rooms and good breakfast.

Although hotel is nice and clean, but without a lift for accessing 3rd floor is not convenient for tourists with huge luggages.

In the suburbs with restaurant. Quiet, private parking. Good value for money.

The rooms are too small, you only get one hancloth per person, the food is canteen moderate. Too expensive for this performance.

Larger room than other IBIS, and in a quiet area, plenty of free parking, but no elevator.

La chambre était petite mais parfaitement pour nos besoins. Les parties communes sont à nouveau assez jolie mais belle et propre L'emplacement est bon, proche du centre d'Avignon et a quelques autres endroits pour faire du shopping et manger à proximité. Très bon séjour, j'y retournerais volontiers.

Room very simple and that would deserve a shot of nine especially the bathroom. No kettle. Nice breakfast room.

An IBIS very well side meal breakfasts common rooms and service very very good staff very nice. Dining room overlooking pool garden really nice. Only downside the location (well with car large free parking supervised and shuttles to centre Avignon).

I had the pleasure of staying here this week when I had to take an unexpected trip back home due to a family illness. I had not expected much but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had not booked but they were delighted to offer me a room at a very good price. Every single one of the staff were really helpful and welcoming — a great atmosphere. I would like to thank them for that on what was a difficult journey. The food was beautiful — the half roast duck was amazing, plus a sumptuous salad buffet. Easy free onsite parking. Room perfectly big enough with a bath tub. Great atmosphere, highly recommended. I will be returning to explore more of Avignon when I have more time… and maybe swim in the pool :-) Merci a tous.

Clean hotel and comfortable bedding. The next are a little cheap. Furniture ultra formatted and minimalist, breakfast is sufficient but uneven, it's good on some machines to very poor on others, fruit juice very average… Attention, the rate of the day… Displayed outside, is not the one displayed at the reception… misleading…

Slightly better on the inside. Car park needs resurfacing but spacious.
Reception Staff very welcoming friendly and helpful giving precise directions to the free parking in Avignon. Corridor carpet very tired but I presume it gets a lot of wear with coach parties turnover. … Rooms small but bed comfortable and even supplied an extra pillow when requested. Nice crisp sheets. Bathroom however needs ripping out and updating, bath tub enamel worn and shower head wants cleaning. Poor quality of towels but sufficient for our need during our short stay. However when I put a do not disturb on the door it is because I don't want anyone to enter the room to clean. What bit of DO NOT DISTURB ado they staff not understand. Location not easy access only by car or bus into City and can't say it's in the most upmarket of areas but ok for getting out and about.

We thought the bed was brilliant, and appreciated block out curtains. We did get a bit of pool side noise but certainly not unbearable at all, laughter is good. The breakfast was good as was the service from all staff. We just found prices of food and beverages hot and cold, expensive.

Decent place small rooms for three and enough breakfast. The pool is good and the fact that everything is quite quiet.

Very clean, nice staff, nice in a quiet place, do not recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the hotel all day because there are not many things to do but to sleep, eat and then go to visit the city I recommend.

The room was small, but perfectly for our needs. The common areas are again pretty samll but nice and clean The location is good, close to the center of Avignon and has a few other places to shop and eat close by. Very good experience, would stay again.

The rooms are a little cramped but clean.
The hotel has an excellent Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and restaurant, although the food (dinner, lunch and breakfast) are quite scarce.
Hotel recommended to anyone, both families and groups of friends.

Standard ibis hotel… very basic but clean, in a somewhat convenient location. The staff is nice, and they have plenty of parking space.

Nice experience overall, the only complain may be that the room was a bit tiny.

Great home for families. Clean rooms although not necessarily very recent.

Small rooms clean bathrooms, sometimes a little dirty and get upset if the night we talk about keeping the bail but otherwise really good food.
