Room that smells musty and toilet corner has a strong smell of urine. We only have one hurry to leave quickly and not come back. Not very clean, lack of space and a practically broken stool. No way to sleep you hear everything and children jump with their feet together, shout and bang loudly in the walls at 10 am. Plus we just have 2 towels for 2 people, no shower product. 1 take, a real nightmare. We didn't know this sign and we're not ready to come back. To flee. Value for money is a long way off!

Comfortable beds and great service. Close to the airport and the supermarket.

Hotel and friendly manager. Possibility to take the room at any time. Clean room in good condition, although not very large. Choice for breakfast relatively restrained but still relevant.

All right, very clean, just a stick, the mattress, uncomfortable to not more power. The Lord of reception super friendly and all very flirty.

I have just arrived and have only entered the reception and in the restaurant, I have dined here. The food was very good and the staff were very helpful. Very, very well. The parking is free and is 12min from the famous castle.

Brilliant pre/ post airport budget hotel, Jeremy was very helpful, the food was good and the room was faultless.

The person who received me at the hotel reception was very cold. To wonder if I did not disturb him. Otherwise very well.

Bungalow style rooms, not very comfortable, but for the price I guess is just correct. The bathroom is 3m2, too small. The location of the hotel is far from the carcassonne citadel.

We stayed for three nights are the Fasthotel in Carcassonne, and found it to be on par with a Travelodge or Premiere Inn in the UK, in that all the essentials are covered, with a few welcoming perks. The room was a good size, spotlessley clean, and on arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome. If you are in Carcassonne on foot, the hotel is quite a distance to the city centre, but if you’re in a car you’ll have no problem. In summary, Fasthotel Carcassonne is brilliant value, clean, friendly, though a little out of the way. I’d definitely stay again.
