I'd like to give it 5 stars — maybe 4.75 stars… only thing preventing this is that I'd really like a softer mattress. Everything else is great. They provided a room on short notice and threw in free breakfast because I had moved from another nearby hotel that was a disaster. Service is excellent, room is great… great views of the city.

I have been in this hotel with my group, I should say this hotel is Lovely place. Great destination in the heart of Paris city. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is welcoming. specially thanks to one of the receptionist colleague who she is an Iranian which working there. (sorry I forget her name right now, apologize me. ) she was very nice cooperation with my group and me.

Everyone liked it: room, breakfasts, room service, transport availability. I can easily recommend to friends.

It's a great hotel. Made reservations through the booking website. The hotel quickly got us, a room overlooking the Eiffel Tower arc. At night to admire from the window to Paris is just super. We were offered food through the "Club" service — it's a breakfast buffet and from 10.30 a. M. To 9 a. M. 30pm you can drink tea coffee juices wine beer, etc. The room is not big, clean (cleaning every day) change the bed, towels too every day. The room has a TV cable, there is a Russian channel, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, e-gun. Kettle, iron, hairdryer. And also in the room tea, coffee, sugar. In the shower soap, shower gel shampoo, hair balm, a day later add what is over. From the hotel you can get out as well as through the central entrance, and through the shopping center with boutiques which also has an exit to the Metro. The hotel's location is very convenient.

I recommended this hotel before I even saw that it was renovated at the room level. Shame on me for recommending that.
Well then I'll never recommend it again.
The renovations are very well done but then the rooms have become of the same level as an IBIS styles, even a Mercure it has more class and attention.
The front rooms were certainly very old but still had some charm (well for that I recommended) but then it became a vulgar chain of hotel rooms without charm.
The worst being that now anyone can climb to the floors the elevator no longer asks for a card so we will say that it is nothing we do not care but I have never seen hotels "prestige" or there is no security to ride.
Note the disappearance of the mini bar in the room also to leave room for an empty fridge. Bathroom sink also clogged.
In short, a tip, it was definitely the hotel that you advised your business colleagues because it was rather nice just as we recommend the Pullman Montparnasse also, but the Hyatt has no more to be recommendable to your colleagues.

Small rooms but the hotel is located in a very trendy area right above a supermarket and a mall with many popular and famous brands. I didn't pay for the night but I assume it is expensive to stay here just based on location. A many subway routes and a train route will conveniently take you anywhere in Paris… assuming there is no strike.

Its a very good hotel! The rooms are amazing, and I love the view you got from every floor, is the tallest in the area and you will be having a beautiful view of Paris. The amenities are as expected, and the breakfast buffet is more than you would expect: they got fruits, yougurt, cereals, granola, eggs, pastries, cold and hot meats, a cheese table, and more! Really loved my stay here 5/7 would come back.

Beautiful panoramic view of Paris from the windows of the restaurant on the 34-th floor during breakfast. If you are Pedana-you will have comments on cleanliness and quality of cleaning.

The view is very nice. I unfortunately did not find any hair dryer in the room… Apart from that it was good and clean. I do not know if it is because the hotel was still in works, but I found the space to have breakfast a little ' cold '… In the Hall, separated by little thick partitions… That's a little cocoon. But the breakfast is very good, hearty and varied. Friendly staff.

The hotel building is one of the two tallest buildings in Paris.

This is a very nice hotel. It is well located in a nice area which is good. He's at the gates of Paris. The only downside is that it sits next to very noisy roads. But no noise for the customers. It is one of the largest hotels in room capacity. It offers a beautiful view on the top floor. The service is correct.

Do not stay here! Beautifully renovated but still under construction. Major issues with heating and cooling on the high floors. Rooms can't get below 25c. Listening to drilling at 10am on floor 33. Staff still learning the ropes, thus confusion. Leadership not visible. Avoid for about 6mo to let them work the kinks out. Just not ready for prime time.

Always very topical with its Sky line, recently renovated, clean, cozy, well maintained. Nice location.

It would be very very demanding to want better, the rooms are large perfectly equipped. The bedding is perfect. Attention no private parking.

Nice room and the 30th is magic. What a view of Paris! Ask to be side Eiffel Tower it's even better. Otherwise it's a little factory, 340 rooms I think, but despite that it's quiet in the floors.

I livers there about three days, but someone just come in our room in the morning twice, they have card to open our room, that was let us very angry. I called reception, they just said we are not close the door, for this I have no anything to say! Bad experience!

For €185 I dare hope better. Very comfortable and spacious room with a good view. But breakfast deliver in a bag like a McDonald's for €18 plus €5 delivery to climb floors in elevator, require to call to ask for slippers or comb (present in any room of this category elsewhere) short overall not bad But quite particular as ambience and service compared to before! I don't think I'll be back.

An impersonal hotel, with a reformation without much sense.

Fantastic plave to stay. Really enjoyed the employees, the sradd, food, room and view. It was all great. Nothing to complain or improve. Great job everybody!

Beautiful hotel, incredible views from our room, kind check-in staff, and wonderful concierge. Had the best experience at this hotel! Clean, refurbished rooms. View of the Eiffel Tower from our room was amazing. Prior to coming the concierge helped me arrange a bouquet of flowers for my wife — they were absolutely stunning. She loves them! We will definitely return to this hotel.

While the rooms are comfortable enough, the new refurbishment leaves the hotel feeling incredibly cold. Someone also needs to sort out the elevators… we waited over 20 minutes just to try and get down to the lobby in the morning! The reception staff were lovely however the restaurant staff had a lot to be desired. Also with the size of the hotel you would expect more food options — the only food (on the ground floor) did not seem to be able to handle the demand… food was always out of stock, very slow to replenish. Personally I had an issue as I had clearly put my do not disturb sign on my door, however came back to find someone had serviced my room! While others may not mind this I question the level of service for a hotel that is quite expensive.

Breakfast is very complete, I recommend it, especially knowing the prices in Paris, if you have the luck or the opportunity to have a view of the Eiffel Tower, is great.

The location was close enough to the tourists sites to make this a convenient choice. The rooms were recently modified to be very modern and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were french and therefore typically not the friendliest but not terrible.

Hotel is located at the heart of the city, hotel do provide you best view of the city and major attractions in the city. Hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel is a 30th floor and priced differently based on the view and space in the room. Hotel is situated above shopping mall and restaurants. Walkable distance to train and metro.

The best option to cross the year at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris is recommended to be booked 2 months in advance for the following reasons: 1. Near Arc de Triomphe, convenient transportation 1.
1 buses can be reached directly to the station next to the hotel from the airport.
1. The 2 Hotel is conveniently located near Metro and RER station.
1.3 to the Arc de Triomphe metro only 2 stops, about 10-15 minutes on foot, across the road to the Arc de Triomphe will be vehicle control, pedestrians can walk on the boulevard, feel very novel.
2. The room has a great view of the Eiffel Tower view room on the 16 floor, standing by the bed to look directly at the Eiffel Tower and overlooking the city. 3. Overall service attitude is good 3.
1 early flight arrived in Paris, about 8 o ' clock to the hotel, the counter receptionist very patient assistance to arrange check-in check-in.
3.2 The bellboy was very proactive and courteous in facilitating the delivery of the luggage to the room. 4. The surrounding life function is good 4.
1 Hotel downstairs is a department store, in addition to shopping, there are supermarkets, Paul, Starbucks. 4.2 There is McDonald's next to the nearby RER station.

Very good hotel, quiet guaranteed in the rooms and dominating view of Paris see the Eiffel Tower when you are on the right side! Shopping Arcade under the ideal Hotel.

Access not really easy through the maze of a shopping mall. The rooms are quite comfortable. On the other hand, first room without hot water, well, there is work, OK, it can happen especially that the team of the hotel changes me room immediately. In the second room: barely hot water. There it becomes a fault of the management of the works. Too bad because otherwise the stay would have been very nice, especially regarding the view and the really full breakfast for those who do not take continental breakfast.

I still know the "old" Concorde la Fayette Hotel. I was very often in Paris, it was always MY hotel in this wonderful city. Chapeau!

Small rooms but standard for Paris. Newly refurbished, very neat and clean. Entrance to hotel was annoying as you had to go through the mall to a temporary entrance and then change to another elevator to go to the rooms. Trip from parking to room consisted of changing 3 elevators. Convenient location but not much to do around hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern rooms. We had a wonderful view of Paris from our 20th floor window.

Wi-Fi without any interruption and of great fluidity, constant cleanliness, attention in the details that improve the stay. Elevators did not work fluently so 80% had to climb stairs 15 floors. And breakfast is repetitive, without a new offer of products.

Get a room with the tour eiffel view, something you will never forget. The newly refurbished rooms are great, great minimalistic yet cosy design. The check in during the renovation is not the best experience despite the staff doing a brilliant job but hopefully this will be over soon.

Very good views from the high floors. But when you see the Tower… The hotrl is in works to modernize.

The service was wonderful! They upgraded our room for our honeymoon and we got the Eiffel Tower view room. Also complimentary champagne and pastries.

We stayed at this Hyatt for one night, and there are a few pros and cons about it. Pros: Amazing room (Deluxe King). Very well designed, beautifully designed. The toilet, the room, the furniture, the lights. One of my favorites I have ever been. Well connected. Friendly staff Cons: The hotel was under renovation, and moving around the lobby and restaurant was a little bit less intuitive than it should. They forgot to leave complimentary water in room (and we suffered the whole night). We arrived so late to the city that every restaurant in near by was closed, therefor we ordered food (24 hours service). The guacamole came with tortilla chips burned and the hamburger was missing a few ingredients (ingredients that I didn't choose, they were indicated in the menu). We did not have to pay for the food im the end. If it were not for those few cons. It would be a 5 stars!

Stayed in Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile for 4 days, 3 nights for summer vacation. Hotel is convienently located and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and metro access to all the main attractions. The hotel is going through renovations so the rooms we stayed in was up to date. Rooms were very clean. We were fortunate to be in a room with a nice view of the city. Staff were super friendly and concierge was helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and the area.

We always like to stay at Hyatt if possible. This one has been under remodeling for quite a while and is expected to be completed by end of this year. So, some noises might occur. However, it has a great location with rooms that have views of the Eiffel tower. Add'lly, with the construction, you might be able to get a good deal. The new room we have is kind of small though, with simple decor, clean and has all the amenities. Staff is extra friendly and the concerige is very helpful!

Very nice rooms, we had a newly remodeled room. The room was very quiet and we could not hear any noises from other rooms. Staff was very nice. Having a mall in the hotel was great and it had it's own small super market.

The hotel is currently under renovation until 2018. There is loud drilling and banging all day long and it's impossible to sleep or relax with that level of noise. The ceiling in my bathroom developed a leak from the construction during my stay and everything got wet. They were unable to repair the leak so I had to change rooms on the last day of my stay. This was extremely disruptive and they only offered me a 50% on the charge for that day, rather than a free night. The housekeeper also neglected to give me fresh towels or a bath mat on one of the days. I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel accommodations and would not recommend until the renovations have been completed.

Exception service. Unlike other American chains, the rooms here are more European (on the smaller side) and the beds could be more comfortable. That said, I'd still stay here with no complaints in the future.

40 minutes for his room at the reception.
the incompetent reception not knowing even not orientation on the bois de boulogne.
the corridors with no shoes of construction sites everywhere.
a shameful bathroom and does not respect minimum hygiene.

We found it to be a safe, great location within walking distance to Arc De Triumphe, and many bakeries, stores, and shopping. 12 minutes car ride to Eiffel Tower. There's a airport shuttle bus that has a stop right next to the hotel, CDG Airport. Bus stop is called Étoile. About 45 minutes ride. Rooms are going through renovation, ask for upgraded rooms, older rooms are more like a Best Western stay. Great Hyatt customer service as always. All front desk were fluent in many languages.

Rooms are an adequate size, but definitely in need of some TLC. AC is a little inconsistent, so rooms can get a little stuffy at night.

Inn offers suitable rooms and equipped with all the necessary supplies or facilities. Biggest plus is that it is easy to take a taxi around the hotel, because the hotel is the Central ring Line 1 subway site outside the ring. And the top floor bar is not to be missed. Drink a glass of champagne.

Not a bad hotel but just didn't gel for me. My booking was mixed up and I was given the wrong room so not the best start. Breakfast was fun as it seemed to lay out the food in a random order around the room. Did make to a fun start to the day!

On entering the restaurant, should not be put off by the cold side of the place, on the contrary!
The staff is friendly and very professional.
The dishes are very fresh and they are good advice when ordering. Finally, an intimate restaurant that is ideal for a romantic dinner.

From the hotel walk to the Arc de Triumph, only need fifteen minutes, and a subway station very close, very good. However, the hotel looks old, although some of the rooms redecorated, but still to no avail. Room, bathroom very dirty, also, the gym is only cardio training facilities, strength training equipment, and even a yoga Mat are not (although the 34th floor the view is gorgeous).

Back again after three years. Still like this place. Next to metro station and basically walking distance to Champs-Élysées. Helpful staff and good security too.

Loved the hotel, front desk was very helpful after a 10 hour flight when our room was not ready. Paid for an Eiffel tower view and the front desk made sure we were as high up as possible. Walking distance to the arc and many very good cafe near by. It was a plus also that the subway station was near by. Loved Paris and loved the Hyatt a+++

Ugly, dirt and outdated… I complaint so much with Mgt about this… I even took pics of the room and send the marks, stains, rusty pipes… is like 6 motel with $200 price tag… and internet terrible speed…

Gorgeous. I was there 9 years ago on honeymoon in Paris and stayed in Qst hotel. Just fabulous.

The Hotel is very centrally located and the connection to the Metro could really not be better. The staff is also very friendly and goes on wishes of the guests well. The view from our room was a dream. Cleanliness is here, incidentally, are capitalized. Would be here at any time to stop by.

My experiences was years before in concord la Fayette extra ordinary seeing Paris from hight never as I see it as any other place especially at night glamorous lighting Paris.

Room service okay, breakfast not g ood for Indian subcontinent people, good Wi-Fi but swimming pool outside hotel and not free, hotel prices r very much higher, good hotel available at 8 times low prices.

Excellent staff were very helpful and spoke English and French so they could help us as much as possible :-) would definatly be back.

An amazing experience! The perfect hotel with exceptional service provided. The staff were very helpful and pleasant which made our stay memorable. The restaurant downstairs (Restaurant La Fayatte) served delicious food with the staff providing great service! We also visited the Vue on the 33rd floor during the night which was a real treat as the view was breathtaking! There is also an indoor shopping mall where you can find a variety of shops including the grocery store for fruits, veg etc. The free Wi-Fi definitely helped plan our journeys and to stay connected. I highly recommend this hotel as it will surely make your stay at Paris worthwhile.

This is the lowest quality Hyatt I've stayed at in 30 years all over the world. After traveling 18 hours I arrived at 1 PM only to be told my room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM. My Deluxe room had space for a queen bed and a counter top for a desk. I had to get use to taking long showers. No water pressure and the temperature changed every 10 — 15 seconds between cold, warm, and hot. You also need to bring your own wash cloth. Never had one in 3 days. The extra roll of toilet paper is just sitting on top of the vanity. Bring a very large amount of money if you want a drink in the Vue Lounge. I understand this is Paris, but an 8 oz beer cost 15 Euros ($22). Same beer at 2 near-by restaurants was 7 Euros. The beer at the Vue was warm. Hyatt should be embarrassed by their breakfast buffet. Half cooked scrambled eggs (mixture of soft boiled and scrambled), cold pancakes or bacon, 3 choices of fruit, 2 choices of rolls or juice. One morning I asked for an omlette. Got it 15 minutes later. The Hyatt food manager should walk across the street and see the Le Meredien buffet.

We had a three-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. After the relative quiet of a river cruise, the hubbub of a very large hotel was not what my wife and I had hoped for. We would NOT describe our room as "well-appointed. " The TV stand nearly completely blocked the top draw of the small draws available. There was a hassock, but no chair to sit in, and only a stool at the window counter. We had to push together our two twin beds for a make-shift "Queen" bed. The bath tub is huge, but getting in and out of it was difficult and there was no hand rail to help. There was a door stop right at the base of the tub that we had to be careful not to step on. No wash cloths (is that a French thing? ). The bath towels were thin. The breakfast was huge, busy, with runny eggs. We went out for breakfast instead. Not surprisingly, it sometimes took 3 — 4 minutes to wait for an elevator in such a busy hotel. Our safe was locked when we arrived, but a person did come quickly to re-set it. No hair conditioner.

Clean, but some rooms look outdated. The Wi-Fi internet service is free :) Don't miss the bar at the top of the building, great view.

One of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. I am embarrassed on behalf of Hyatt. This facility should be completely closed down so that emergency repairs and remodeling can be performed. I am wondering if anyone from Hyatt actually visited this facility before they acquired it. I won't ever stay here again and I certainly would NOT recommend it to anyone else.

I was in Paris in 1976 and at that time Hotel was one of the best hotels, I could hardly believe it to be so poorly reduced, as I hung from the Recinsioni. Papa Golf Sicily.
