Very friendly staff and they were always there to help. Clean and spacious room also loved the jacuzzi in the balcony. Great experience.

Place is expensive. Breakfast service is very bad. Rooms are not too clean. Room service is also not good. No slipers for bathroom. No water availaible in hotel.

This hotel in no way at all deserves a 4 star credit. It may look cute but let’s talk about it’s service as this is what matters when you look for 4 star status. We booked two room. One had no closet. How is that even possible and why was no mention made of that in their description? So, we had to move rooms. I’m traveling with a child. Second, I small body towel per guest and if you want another they will charge you! Remember this IS supposed to be four stars. No hot water… the first morning we showered. Asked to have room serviced with new towels after day 2 and it was not done. Day 3 we are up to go on a trip. We just want d breakfast in the hotel. We go downstairs and are told that there is nothing today. And no offer to try and figure something out. Remember, I’m traveling with a child… so no breakfast — and none of the local cafes serve any sort of breakfast either. This hotel is pretty, but it has no substance and there are only two members of staff that seem to care, but they have no power to do anything. I recommend this hotel if you want to feel frustrated every day in one way or another. It seems they just are happy to take your money give you a bed — and that’s it. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of other great hotels in Paris. Do not stay here more than one or two nights at the most.

Perfect place to get a girl to fall in love. The simple room is nothing special. You have to ask for the room with the moon decoration and you are almost guaranteed to have the girl fall in love with you. It feels like sleeping between the stars. So, to sum up, recommend ONLY the moon type rooms and not the standard camera lens rooms.

You have to expect small rooms if you go to paris. Walls aren't that thick, you can hear quite some noise.

This hotel is a mixed bag. The rooms were clean but somewhat smaller and very strangely decorated. Our room had no shower just a tub and a wand. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and ours never cooled the room. Night staff didn't know how to control AC. Day staff said they would fix it but did not. Our door keys continually stopped working or never worked. The internet connection was very fast and easy to connect. The staff were friendly. Room had hair drier safe refrigerator and small desk to work at. The area is ok but walking is required to get to food and shops but not close to popular attractions.

Room was good. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was adequate. Service staff are friendly and quick to help. The location is good. Several cafes and shops within walking distance. Metro station is right around the corner giving quicker access to the inner city.

Beautiful hotels I had a stay with my wife she dug serious in the photo cabin suite.

I loved it for my Valentine's Day, to revive the flame with my husband after 9 years of living together and 2 children.
This is a beautiful hotel. The welcome is very warm. I highly recommend. The rooms are just beautiful.

Very nice rooms, rather small the star Hunter but good.
Inconveniences do not speak Spanish and the breakfast buffet when you finish a product at least the hot do not repose when not having a kitchen, and some more kindness to some receptionist would not hurt. All is well.

Rooms very modern and very nice hotel. I didn't find everything of a typical hotel but it was not so bad that I would not stay again.

Very bad hotel, not clean, location is very bad, money is wasted, staff is not similar to a hotel staff, it was a miserable night their for sure I will not go their again.

Nice hotel with stylish rooms. We stayed in a black and white double room and enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Overpriced if you pay the official prices, but if you book early with about 50% off, absolutely worth the money.

The staff was amazingly accommodating. Would have liked to check in early but that was my only complaint. The shower was fantastic with an extremely large shower head. The bed very comfortable and the decor was a beautiful sight.

This hotel is a true blow of heart. The room that we had booked also (the room in "Hunters of stars"), the atmosphere was truly magical, the concept is great. We didn't miss anything… and we were not disappointed compared to the pictures we had seen, quite the contrary! We had a great welcome when we arrived. We took the breakfast, very complete buffet, everything was clean, it had everything for all tastes, the room was really nice! And then when we left we were accompanied also, the hostess was really sweet, we had the opportunity to visit a small suites on the first floor… in short, an experience at the top, a team at the top, the atmosphere at the top: a hotel at the TOP.
