Just amazing: the reception gave a double of my room to another guest in the early morning while I was sleeping as they mismanaged their reservations! and apologies: "it happens from time to time" of the receptionist next to the client in the greatest discomfort who is confused with excuses and seems more concerned than the receptionist who does not seem to see the seriousness of the situation. 1 tip: if you stay several days do not leave your belongings and close your room twice when you are there! For my part I will not put 1 foot in it.

Residence overall well in a slightly secluded quiet place with no screws if you want to choose this place to work or be quiet very good residence the staff is listening to the guests and at the slightest worries they do what is necessary to settle it for your stay this goes well I had a little fridge worries they have me change direct room and we call the technician directly they are really picky about the proper operation of their residences. High point there is Versailles a 10 minute drive. Very good experience. Room level a little small for a weekend it's fine. Clean well ventilated and plenty of storage with a chest for your personal effects. Go there with your eyes closed.

Rental of a Studio by Internet without problem, friendly welcome at 10.30 pm impeccable Studio I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place once the barriers are exceeded we find ourselves in a real cocoon and the breakfast is extra. Even arrived at 9:45 there was choice and the staff is welcoming.

On a Business trip to TCR? The best place to stay. Decent serviced apartments in close proximity to TCR, services and grocery store!

No cleaning service. I understand that in France washing yourself is not a rule but this doesn't mean that we all like to leave in dirt.

Everything is super! Small full equipped studio with all the amenities, kettle, stove, refrigerator, crockery, bath-not a shower cubicle. Warm and cozy.

It is expensive for what you receive. It is nice that they have parking.

Hard to have a quiet evening with the noise on the terrace. Smell of tobacco coming from the adjoining rooms.

I was there for work, the room was fine and clean when I get in but was not cleaned during my 15 days journey! The bed was big and comfortable but there was an annoyng noise from two fans going on all the time! The breakfast was a small buffet not worthing the 10 euros per day. The staff was kind.

Among the best hotel residences I have ever had the opportunity to stay there. Clean, very nice staff, very decent breakfast.
The only downside for which I removed a star is the location. It is eccentric, 2 buses to the station of Saint Quentin en Yvelines and a 3rd to Versailles.

Comfortable stay. Useful kitchenette. Good breakfast.

If you are looking for a nice and a calm place to stay then this is the place. Large spacious rooms with ample parking space for a reasonable tariff. There is a super market, 3 minutes walk from the hotel and also few restaurants in the same locality. Friendly and professional staff is another plus. The breakfast spread should be improved like the room cleaning frequency. Overall, it is a value for money property.

Quite affordable but otherwise nothing interesting here. Parking is free, breakfast options are rather limited, rooms look quite cheap.

Good value for money. Close to some shops and a bus stop. (line 465). Clean room with mini kitchen.

Pretty worn room (2017). The cleaners also keep dropped bezels and wooden slabs swated by water lovingly clean. The kitchen compartment is good. Technically, everything was functional. Parking on the fenced site for free. Breakfast was OK, too. Vegan eco's don't get quite fed up.

It's a quiet place. You have everithing (everyday use — towels, shampoo, step ins), including a small kitchen (fridge, dishwashing machine, electric hob, microwave oven). A big parking place only for turists. In the morning you can have the breakfast.

Loved this place, did stay here 4 nights but unforgettable experience, easy to reach, friendly staff and very clean hotel.

I love it, even when I am in business trip I can use the kitchen and the accessories to prepare something quick in the evening, an advantage compared with usual hotels.

Reasonable price residence hotel. Recently many Chinese group touristis are staying.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the chamber, which is in fact a small apartment. Kitchen with hotplate, fridge, micro wave, dishwasher… Everything you need for cooking (incomplete at the level of the dishes). Level of cleanliness, nothing to say c is very clean. We have been very well received by the staff. Secure Parking. Very quiet. The decor is a little sad.

If it's summer time then this place has no AC or fan available.

The carpet in the room looks very used and dirty. The toilet is in a tiny corner so a person with average to long legs cannot sit on it properly. Staff barely speaks English. There is not a huge choice of breakfast but the croissants were pretty good.

Good hotel, you could cook in the hotel, there is market and lake, which close to the hotel. But the hotel is not close to the train station. You should have a car. Otherwise, it is very difficult to other place.

Very nice hotel at reasonable prices. It's kinda of suite/apartment. They give you all you need for your stay as if you were in your home such as microwave, stove, utensils, etc. The downside is that there's absolutely zero things to do in the area. And the hotel has no bar nor restaurant. Overall great and would definitely return.

Very quiet surrounded by greenery … But far from all evening … Friendly staff The studio is well equipped. Very industrial breakfast by contribution to the price … The only thing I did not appreciate and that bothered me during my 40jrs spent in this establishment, was the room service … Housekeeping was done once a week with too roomy mop leaving a horrible smell on the parquet floor and the whole apartment.

Very good reception, it feels a bit like home. The studios are clean and have everything necessary for a good stay. Parking is free. Everything is soundproof enough not to be disturbed by the neighbors. No passing roads or noisy establishment around.

Location is good 10 mins away from station with car. Service & rooms are great for the price you pay.

Lovely except for tourists, noisy, home failed, unprepared room damage failure repaired, industrial breakfast, the price can be: indecent.

We had a studio nikel! Very clean, well equipped, the bathroom was really sparkling.
The breakfast is very good, complete. The staff is nice.
Only flaw, the ball that has more hot water after a bath… :/
Good comfort at a price… 224th night, fortunately, an offer weekendesk did us enjoy a nice economy! :-)

Great hotel. I stood there for 3 months and was a joy.

The rooms are very good. I've stayed in two kind of rooms (T1 and T2) and I liked both. Here in Guyancourt for me is the best option to stay.
