It's a nice hotel. Cozy. Conveniently located — convenient to get to all the attractions. A little old interior. Great staff. I recommend who goes to rest one or a couple. There is a shop nearby, a lot of restaurants. A quiet, quiet area. Good insulation — you can't hear anything from the street. Everything you need is there, even the kitchen. And a free phone, but there was no time to understand it, and waifai is great. Actually, I'm happy. Holidays have been a success.

Rather centrally located hotel in close proximity to the metro stations Vavin and Montparnasse Bienvenue. Friendly staff, cosy beds, 24/7 reception. Montparnasse Tower is just 10 no idea away. Is surrounded by lots of different, excellent restaurants.

Room was exceptionally nice. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and two stovetop burners. The bathroom had a full size tub. The TV in my room did not work. The AC took FOREVER to cool down my room. The location is just minutes from everything. The breakfast was horrendous. There was not much offered. It was in the basement, which was uncomfortably hot, so don't count on eating breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

-フロントスタッフの親切な対応- 1歳5ヶ月の子連れ旅行でパリ滞在中に1週間ほどお世話になりました。部屋にもよるかとは思いますが、ミニキッチンに電子レンジがついていて便利でした。ただし調理道具はありません。笑 フロントの人は2〜3人見かけましたが皆さん英語が堪能でそのうち1人は少し日本語ができます。ルーブル美術館のチケットをオンラインで購入したのですが、プリントしていかないといけないらしく、フロントのお兄さんに頼み込んでホテルのプリンターでプリントしてもらいました。親切ついでに、図々しくも 電車のオンラインチケットから何からプリントが必要なものもお願いしましたが、快く対応してくれました。 地下鉄の駅にもバス停にも近くて便利です。ヴェルサイユに行く時に使うモンパルナス駅にも徒歩10分ちょっとで、最寄りのバス停はルーブル美術館まで乗り換えなしの路線が走っています。徒歩圏内にはエリックカイザーなどパン屋さん、スーパー、レストランなどがたくさんあります。道路を挟んで対面には小さな日用品店もあり、飲み物やフルーツ、ヨーグルト、お菓子、洗濯洗剤など ちょっとしたものが買えます。通ううちにおやじさんと仲良くなってオマケしてくれるようになりました。笑 リュクサンブール宮殿、ソルボンヌ大学、パンテオン、アンヴァリッド、ロダン美術館などなど歩いて行けました。安かったので期待していませんでしたが良かったです！

This was a very nice place to stay. There were lots of times when we thought the staff was amazing and the breakfast downstairs was good too. The beds were OK and other than that it was just a general great place. I also think there some kind of soundproofing there because when you close the windows at night you could hear nothing other than you.

I visited in April of this 2018. Very nice Hotel, the room was complete and clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Helpful Staff they give you directions to all the sights, the metro stations are close. Francois was very nice at the front desk speaks spanish as well as English. In a very nice location an abundant of restaurants all around small grocery stores as well. Cafes around the corner shopping at walking distance. We will return to this Hotel. París is beautiful.

Excellent hotel, quiet, comfortable, clean and very well connected. Very close to Vavin station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a pity that you have to give a star…
Mildew on the walls, curtains cannot be closed, everything is dusty and smelly, very unfriendly staff with whom you could not communicate in German, no German TV station, boiling water from the shower, very poor breakfast, Minimum selection, …

This hotel is far from a 4 star! The furniture is old. There is a kitchen corner, but prepare for the use of utensils will have to pay 10evro. The breakfast was very good. It is not necessary to spend, and it is better to have breakfast near in café, blessing them here on every corner. The staff did not respond to the request to include air conditioning. Says here, here comes the master, but during the stay of us none of the Masters did not visit. The Windows overlook the noisy street. Slept with the window open. If such nuances do not frighten you, choose this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very good service and breakfast. I had a problem with the hot water as soon as I arrived and was moved from room immediately.

I can't give you any information about the hotel I do vacation for Weight Watchers no access to the rooms.

Home Minimum Union. Clean limit room. High price not in tune with the overall benefit.

After reading reviews of the hotel, I arose some doubts but still decided to make the reservation. My stay was very pleasant, the hotel and service me excellent price as well as the area.
As you mentioned it is close to 2 train and bus stations. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and the bathroom very clean and I found them to be a good size.
The hotel has a plus, in the rooms there is a cell of which you can make use totally free in local calls and some international as well as use of data (Internet), apparently this service is new.
Breakfast is not very varied but meets.
In summary excellent for the price paid.

Stayed in December. Excellent hotel in a nice area in Paris, close to Metro 4, and not far from RER B. Rooms quite spacious by any standard, especially by Parisien standards. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast included in our booking and the buffet was quite good to get the day started.

A room without much luxury but it is very good for the price and to spend a few days. It has kichinette with microwave, electric stove and refrigerator. The one at the front desk speaks several languages which facilitated everything.

Very good service, very full rooms but somewhat small but I consider it to be an irrelevant point. It is close to two metro stops for different areas of Paris. The avenue where you are located has good restaurants and places to have breakfast. If you want to cook in the room you have a small kitchen. Little equipped but just to warm up some precooked. Would definitely repeat.

Good location 4 or 5 blocks from the Montparnase tower. The first day we did not have hot water, but they solved it the next day. One day we went out to buy we arrived and did not open the door automatically and there was no one at reception. We couldn't get in and those inside couldn't get out. One person forced the door and opened but broke. So it was without doors a whole day but it was solved. For me it was a good stay the same. Although they did not like these issues. The cleaning staff opened the door several times although we were inside. If they didn't clean up before 12 they wouldn't clean the room anymore. That I did not like besides that interrupt all the morning Aunqur we slept. There was no system like in other hotels regarding cleanliness as a sign that in other hotels are put up to ask to arrange the room. Or in others when you go out and leave the key they know they can clean. Etc. But in spite of this it was well. I do not complain only story concrete facts that happened to me there.

I went with 3 friends and we had an extraordinary experience. The staff was nice and polite. The rooms and breakfast were very complete.

It's a good hotel for the price you rent.

Ranks first in its class. It is in the center of Paris where you can reach most of well known places in few minutes by metro which one of its stations Vavin is far about 50m to the right while you are going out. Its rooms are confined and need refurbishing. The staff are so kindly, the double room rate is moderate around 100€ per night excluding tax.

Really great hotel. Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Lovely rooms.

Where to start, the first room we were in was dirty, bins hadn't been emptied, fridge hadn't been emptied which made the whole room stink of camembert, and there were stains on the walls, carpet, and around the window. The second room was cleaner but the electric cut off/card reader was hanging off the walls and the curtains had been left on a chair. The third room was the best so far cleaner and everything in place, but by no means the four star we were promised by last-minute. The hotel very dated but apparently under renovation, and the receptions staff were helpful and understanding, just a shame we spent so long trying to get a room with a basic standard of cleanliness, which should be expected from any hotel. Let alone "four star".

Very hot rooms, uncomfortably hot at times unless the window is constantly kept open. Quite rude and basic service and high price for what you get considering how basic it is, although very comfortable beds and fridge/kitchenette provided.

Very good location for visiting Paris, near bus station and hydrants Underground.

We had to change rooms 3 times… There were bugs on the bed of the first room, the sink on the bathroom was leaking on the second room, there was no Wifi and heating was broken on the third room. The last one was had Wifi but was on the first floor, with lots of noise from the street and the restaurant below…

Dirty and smelly. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. However the room did come with microwave (dirty), fridge (not working) and 2 hot plates (but no kitchenware to use with them). Furthermore there was damp under the window frame. All of this was after I was moved from my original room as the keycard lock on the door broke.

Despite it's convenient place due to close metro station the hotel was awful. The room wasn't the suite we booked, it was dirty, smelling really bad and small for a suite. Moreover, the days we stayed in paris were extremely hot but there was not an A/C in the room. Thankfully in this hotel there was an elevator. i do not suggest this hotel.

Though the hotel and is estimated at 4* — she's clearly not up to them. The rooms like most other hotels in Paris are tiny. The Breakfast is poor.
