Perfect for a short stay!
We were in Paris for a concert and we didn't want to spend too much on housing. Be disappointed with Airbnb (the accommodations are no longer so cheap) we decided to return to the traditional solution: the hotel.
Well we were not disappointed! The staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms very clean and equipped with the necessary (toilet products and dry hair).
It's a bit hot in the rooms in midsummer but it doesn't cost a star because the fans can sleep without suffering too much from the heat.
We'll be back!

The staff were very friendly. Attention there is no air conditioning, and open window there is the noise of the street. The window door of the shower is not waterproof down… but for a night of passing this goes.

Great Hotel. 2 stars I think are few. We really enjoyed it. Qualified Personnel. With excellent language in Italian. Great Location Recommended.

Good hotel. Well located in a friendly area. Very nice staff and the Breakfast Lady (Nadia) is great with an extremely nice! I recommend.

The staff at the top! Nadia at breakfasts is a lovely person and she knows how to give a smile even when you have to get up at exceptionally early hours. Adriano at the lovely reception! A nice hotel, a staff with little care, just a small downside on the bedding a little firm and the breakfast already very hearty and good but that deserved a salty version in buffet to be at the top:-)

Nice little hotel in the 14th. It's a 2 star. Ideal for small budget stays.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, though all small but very cozy, near the metro, supermarket, restaurants all sorts, I advise, especially for the price.

Simple Classic and efficient The restaurant beside Auto Passion deserves the visit decoration F1 to see tasty dishes pleasant wines.

Small hotel very well placed facing the Metro Porte d'orléans. Nice staff Small and clean rooms. Pretty quiet.

Hotel very clean the staff super nice nothing to say about the service impeccable breakfast all you need to equip a lift remade it also very nice view on the square of Orlean with the frame at the foot I recommend.

Decent place to stay for short visit. Metro and grocery store is in walkable distance. There is a bar in front of hotel and will be open till midnight and noicy. Resturent just next to hotel but closes early. Room is tiny and shower is tinier, just one person can stand and cant raise hands to rech head without hitting wall and the closing door. Elevator can accomadate one person with one luggage, looks bit scary but works.

The hotel is really really nice. Small space but it's ok. Every room is new decoration and stuff. The bathroom is new and very clean. All the apartment was very clean. The hotel is right near metro station, but a little far from the main city. Wonderful wonderfull people all of who we see. The help us a lot and was so kind. The hotel I can call it wonderful. Clean and welcoming rooms. Kindness and availability as great as the location.

Clean and cheap. Room is a big small and a bit warm. The mattress is also quite thin and hard. I slept well nonetheless.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Yes its little far located from the city but it's worth it. It's well connected with metro tram and bus stations which will take you wherever you want. Regarding hotel service, it's top notch. Rooms are compact and nice. Breakfast was good. Comfortable for 2 people. Staff is very friendly and easy going and helpful. We really liked our stay here… It has near by nice Indian restaurants as well. Perfectly worth it.

A really good hotel for the price. It is not a 5 star hotel, of course, but the rooms are still not too narrow, the bed is cozy and also the bathroom is very clean. In addition, the staff at the reception, as well as at breakfast, are very friendly and also easy to understand (all the staff still speak English at least).

They are super friendly to all the people that work there. Rooms small but clean.

Only 1 of the 3 Front desk attendants were nice. The other two were rude and didn't listen to any of our questions, especially the elder man. He seemed to think my friend and I were super suspicious, just because we were starving and went out looking for food after 11pm, because our bus was 4.5 hours late arriving. He had us leave our key with him, so when we came back we had to wake him up from his sleep in the dinning room to let us in. The night we stayed there was a huge amount of racket in an neighboring room, I put my headphones in and read my book and my girlfriend was in the shower, we get this knock on our door, and the elder attendant tells us to keep it down because our neighbors can't sleep and we're keeping them up. We said it wasn't us and he got mad and started demanding we prove it. It was ridiculous, we said again it wasn't us and he rolled his eyes and stormed off. The only good thing about this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. It was nice.

Great little hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood. Lots of shops, nice restaurants (try the little place right out front). Take advantage of their breakfast deal too. The Metro (subway) is right by the front door (exit 3, about 20 steps. Solid value choice.

The hotel is in a good area with lots of public transport. The staff are very nice and friendly and the breakfast is good value at 8 euro. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Our room is quite nice with a small self contained bathroom,. Everthing is clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing to complain about. It is nice to open the window and listen to the sounds of Paris.

Actually I have never been here before. I tried to reserve this hotel 2 times but exactly at the day of entrance they cancelled my reservation for ridiculous reason! They said that "There was a problem with the credit card information". I reserved another hotel for today by the same credit card without having any problem!

Rooms are small, like a lot of hotels in Paris, but they are very clean and recently renovated. Located near Porte d'Orléans, bus and subway stations are very closed to the hotel. The service is really nice.

Excellent value for money. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, recently renewed and very cosy. Location is excellent, literally a few steps from the tram and metro stops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Definitely I would recommend it.

Price / performance absolut ok.
Top location on the U4, albeit just outside. By bus, tram or metro to get there but quickly everywhere. Depending on the time, taxi / uber attractive connections are when there's no direct connection (such as Eiffel Tower drive on Sunday morning for 10 euro and 10 minutes).
Rooms are very clean, modern and reasonably decorated. Irrtierend only, that the Roomserverice despite "Do not disturb" sign just came…
Giving key card when leaving the hotel. Reception was therefore ok, but always busy.

An excellent property which I became a regular customer.
The hotel is located a few meters away from the metro line 4, as well as the tramway line 3.
The establishment is very clean and the rooms are well insulated room.
Namely: the Terminus ends a long phase of renovation, so benefits are at the top.
Finally, an award of excellence for the staff, perfect home spotless and relational, we'd like to see more often.

We have just come back in Terminus Orleans staying for 3 nights. Room was large, bed comfortable, balcony overlooking the entire city, shower was great. Rooms are new and clean every day. Breakfast staff face a warm smile. Is a subway station on the right side of the hotel, bus 28 direct to the Eiffel Tower, to start your sightseeing tour. The hotel staff are very friendly and make your stay perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. In the Orly airport before I stayed here for one night. They have very small but very nice rooms, with everything you need. Staff very helpful, the location of the hotel was excellent, to Orly airport very convenient. And very close to the Metro station, where quickly.

Excellent Hotel for Paris. Excelente treatment for all workers. All the receptionists can speak perfectly the Espanyol. Muy clean and 20 metres of a metro and a tram and bus line. Safe return.

Economic choice. Don't expect a lot from here.

Cheap, clean and within walking distance of the M4 subway, don't need more already than you will be all day touring the city.

There last year 2 nights. Sixth floor. Very nice, comfortable clean suite. Intend to return.

I stayed only one night but felt frankly very well.
The 410 is not spacious but functional, laid out with taste and very clean.
The shower may be a little tight for stout people but I am not concerned and so it was perfect for me.
It's friendly, the staff is courteous, available and helpful.
As a Parisian "expatriate", I'm so proud that tourists can keep the image of a quality service.
Good location and I liked a lot the Immaculate quilt "like home".
However, I have regretted the lack of air conditioning, because I had to sleep with the window open so it was "heavy" and high-performance Wi — Fi network for normal use of my computer.
These are the only two "negative" points of this charming Parisian hotel.
I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose

Excellent value for/prezzo and strategic position. Located a few miles from the centre and with Metro stop a few steps away. The staff were very helpful If I come back, I will definitely go to this hotel.
