Cute little hotel. Perfect location. Traditional in style. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. You cannot ask for more for a ahort stay.

Very small hotel room. Everything you need. The location here is four stone at all. A stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe and a five-minute walk to the Champs-Elysées.

Rooms /bathroom have adequate space. They are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The house keeping of this hotel is very nice. Had a very comfortable stay there.

The location is very good to access anywhere because the metro station is about 2min (less than) from this hotel. But the room has problems. First, the bathtub and the wash basin does not drain well. Even I just washed the body not hair, the level of water was in my ankle in an instant. Second, the bathtub and the door for bathtub were too small to prevent the water from splashing it over floor. It was very inconvenient. Lastly, the door of bathroom was not working well. Also, there were some mosquitos (but I understand this part it will be because of weather and it’s unavoidable)

Horrible service, do not stay! Ordered room service for a bottle of wine. Took over an hr, no glasses and no bottle opener. Went downstairs to get opener and the corkscrew was crooked. Tried opening it and it would not open due to bad corkscrew and the bottle began to crack glass into the wine. They then charged us still for the wine as they said it wasn’t their problem! Will never come back!

We decided to stay at this hotel for its convenient location. The hotel is a bit old but has everything you need. It is 2 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe.

Located very close to Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees. So very well positioned. Hotel is quite small and compact. My room was good size with a joining shower/bath and toilet. Not boutique style, quite conservative. Amenities good and staff friendly.

Room a little too small but good and reasonable price for Paris at 50 m from the Champs Elysees.

We had a great experience at the Princesse Caroline Hotel in Paris. It was clean, the service was excellent and the included breakfast was pleantiful and delicious. The location was perfect with access to every Metro line, restaurants, taxi stations and every amenity. We would come back here on our next trip to Paris!

Excellent location, good facilities, very hygienic, economical and attentive staff. I highly recommend it. Very close to being a boutique hotel. I've known him since 1978.

Good well priced room in a good location. Mini bar isn't cold and the room is abit small (though find by general Paris Ian standard). Would definitely book again.

The hotel is clean, and extremely well located. Personel is friendly and available, and the breakfast is pricey but good. Didn't try out the restaurant or the bar. They however tried to charge me for minibar, but believed me when I said I hadn't touched it. Recomended, even if it has nothing absolutely gorgeous or exceptional apart from its location.

Staff and Manager very nice and dynamic. Nice quiet rooms one minute from the triumphal arch. Quiet atmosphere. Bravo!

The room was just great, simple, modern, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I like sleeping in a Princess room! From the Arc de Triomphe and the Hong Pavilion, beautiful street only a few steps away, near some great shopping centres and restaurants. Hotel Breakfast very delicious. The staff and Manager are very professional and enthusiasm. We will definitely come back!

Location was perfect, close to The Arc de Triomphe, many restaurants, the metro and other main attractions (Champs Elysees, Eifel Tower etc. ) Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer. To Marc and his staff we would like to thankyou for all the advice and friendliness and making us feel welcomed. Stayed for three nights and found the hotel to be incredibly well-placed for quick access to the Metro and the RER, just a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Our room on the sixth floor had been tastefully renovated. In the bathroom, there were plenty of towels and a bathrobe. The room faced an inner courtyard and we heard no outside noise. Breakfast buffet was of very good quality with the possibility of making a Nespresso coffee and juicing fresh oranges. Bread and pastries also quality products. Our breakfast was included in the price of the room but this is not always the case and if you can find this option, take it. Great to find free internet access. We had a drink one evening in the bar which is comfortable and again furnished with taste. I would reccomend this hotel and certainly stay again on a visit to Paris.

A very nice, cozy and clean hotel. "Most" of the staff were pleasant and polite: On arrival, first night, we were told there were no tea/coffee service avalable in the room OR in the lobby! We had to go outside again to get a cup of coffee! However, on the following nights, the service was excellent. The room was OK but there was no kettle, coffee, etc. Bathroom needed upgrading: Wash basin blocked, wall tiles old and dirty. Room Service (cleaning) was very good. Overall, I would recommend this as a nice little clean 3* hotel in the heart of Paris.

Clean, quiet room since courtyard but noise may be coming from a boiler room that starts up (we were on the 1 ° floor). Disappointed by the bathroom: toilet seat was damaged (black traces) and especially the hot tub where it came out full of debris, including a tuft of hair (and what goes with), the bottom of the tub is printed the old carpet. Too bad compared to cleanliness and décor of the room. We enjoyed power benefit from a breakfast at 7 euros, which was already quite filling for us.

Every time I go to Paris, I always stay at this hotel. It's right in the heart of Paris, only 2 blocks from the Metro, Champs Elyses and Arche de Triomphe. Clean rooms, free breakfast and Wi-Fi, and the price can't be beat!. I find that waiting to book late rather than booking early gives you a much better price! If you can, get the top floor room, only accessible by stairs, but it offers awesome views of Paris.
