I know the hotel, I was a few weeks ago, could you give me a room to the street on the first floor.

Is a very convenient place for short stays.

Very well located, lively area day and evening, close to the centre Pompidou and the metro. Only downside, we were on the 6th without elevator, fortunately we are fit!

Location is great, and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean but can be more comfortable. 6 floors with no elevator is also something to mention :)

Very well placed hotel close to the metro, buses. Nearby bakery offering on-site catering.
Room allocated 418 to the fourth floor with no small elevator just like its bathroom unlike the photos. Its decorating style is exactly like in the presentation photos.
Staff present 24 hours a day.
Too bad there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Near the St. Paul metro stop, so strategic place for travel. Walking to the Marais area full of locals and restaurants within minutes. Also close is Notre Dame and Louvre. Very practical hotel, we were on the fourth floor with no elevator, rather small room and basic breakfast (you can't choose what to eat). The only big flaw (in addition to the absence of the elevator), the cleanliness: a lot of dust, sheets never changed and bathroom never washed in a week.

Rooms are really small, but the location is really good! Perfect for a couple of nights.

The hotel is located in a side street of Rue de Rivoli, right on a small market square near Place des Vosges and Opéra Bastille. Our room was located on the 4th floor (ATTENTION! NO LIFT) overlooking the square. Despite the bustle, we had opened the window all night and did not feel disturbed. Our room as well as the bathroom looked newly renovated and are modern and attractively furnished. The room was small but sufficient. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We hadn't booked breakfast. However, I found that for 8, — — the price/performance ratio is not significantly different from the offer outside the home. Nearby (perhaps 5 minutes' walk) are the metro stations of St. Paul and Place de la Bastille. The hotel is also easily accessible from CDG Airport (change with RER B and 1x) and gare du Nord or Gare de l'est.
There are many small restaurants and bistros in the area. Through the two metro stations, "all of Paris" can be reached quickly and easily. For me, the hotel was a hit in terms of value for money. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

It's a really rooms. This rooms is only for the smurfs! The bathroom is a misery, I can't turn my body, so small, I can't wash my hands under the water, there isn't space! The cleaners is noisy from 8, 00 in the morning. Nobody speak English!

He was fine. The receptionists could improve, they speak English but they should improve in the attention to the guest. The room I touched was very small but was properly tidy. If you're going on a lightning trip it's okay, I stayed 5 nights but since I was out all day, I didn't care much. If you go with someone you do not know much there is not much privacy, you have to have a lot of confidence since the bathroom is integrated in the room and separated by a glass screen. There is no elevator, for the elderly or with some mobility problem the staircase can be complicated. Breakfast is ok but not very varied, with the passage of days it becomes a bit repetitive.

The location. The cleaning treatment of its people. I'm going to go back to that hotel. I loved it.

First of all, for the amount of money paid the room was insanely small. Like very small. It wasn‘t very clean always, but the Hotel Staff was still very nice and the Hotel is in the best spot of paris. Not sure if I would come back to this hotel, but it was okay.

We stayed here for 7 nights over Christmas 2017. Where are the decorations not 1 piece of tinsel lol. Oh well not to worry. Hotel is in a great location, location, location. 1minute from Rivoli rd and 5mins from Fanprix super market and St Pauls Metro. Restaurants outside the door or go into the Marais. We did exoect a small room, as its our second visit to Paris. Room with no view. No big deal. No street noise They have used the room space well, room 415… Its clean and tidy, Compfortable cosy bed. Satchets of quality shampoo and small bars of soap in the room. Soft clean towels. All replenished every day. No kettle in the room, or tea tray. If you buy/bring your own tea and coffee. You can get jugs of hot water from Reception. Breakfast… We paid for two breakfast each morning. Baguette, crossient, pan au chocolate, pan au raisin, coffee, juice… No fruit, no yoghurt, no cereal, no cold meats and cheese, no top up of coffee or juice… Wouldnt bother walking down all the stairs for this less than continental breakfast… Buy your breakfast when your out. Reception and breakfast and house keeping staff happy and helpful. . If you have mobility problems, this is not the hotel for you. We have small suitcases, so light and easy to carry up the stairs. If you have big suitcases, it will be a struggle… Have a good Christmas 2017

Location nice. And good if you stay for few days.

Had an artist from Livenation staying here. Would not let our private barber or press or brand reps into the room. Very unproffesional. When we complained the receptionist said"its not my problem" and when we asked to speak to the person in charge, they hung up on us. Do not stay here. Wish I could put 0 stars!

Location is great, very close to metro station — really unbeatable area. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small but renovated and very nice. Staff are really lovely and willing to assist.

Small rooms, top location.

Nice hotel, in the center of everything, very Parisian. Our room was clean and looked remodeled and had a shower and toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked as if it was going through a renovation, but it didn't impact our stay. The main issue we had with the rooms could be remedied by very basic additions: a fan could have been added (which would have allowed us great sleep, without having to keep the screen-less window open, letting in the constant chain smokers fumes (we smoke too, but don't care for the excess smell) this would have been horrible in the summer, since it got too hot to sleep), the room was void of simple hooks and shelves (which would have added extra places to hang items), the small room felt like living in a closet (which had no place to store luggage for a long trip, a possible addition could have been a bed on drawers or been taller underneath), the TV was constantly messed (I finally had to program my phone to operate, even with their remote), you had to leave the key at the desk (it would have brought piece of mind if they copied ID's or took pics of those who could grab the keys, since anyone could walk up and ask for a room key). We wish we could have gotten into their larger room, but it was either unavailable or the website didn't allow to choose, we ended up in their second large room, which was still the size of a closet.

Good price for the area, lots of shops and restaurants around and walking distance to almost everything. Small rooms.

This is a very typical Parisian hotel — the room is tiny, there is no elevator, and there is no AC. That said, the room was clean, and it has a great location in La Marais, only a few blocks from the Metro. If you don't mind walking up stairs and squeezing into a cramped room, the Pratic is a great choice to save some money.

Hotel quiet, very nice. Small and run down, but hotel room under renovation apparently. Nice room, clean bathroom. Very good situation. I keep the address for a weekend in Paris.

Good location — not far to walk to Sainte Paul station. You will however, have to ask the staff for the TV remote and Wi-Fi password (this information is not given to you at check in like most other hotels. I had not realised that there was Wi-Fi included in my room cost until I got back home and checked the email and site). It's a cute place in a pleasant location.

Centrally located, but horrible staff, and beware their booking website says "single room" when you are actually booking a double room, so carefully check your confirmation email that you are not being overcharged.

Good location, central. Only If ur looking for the Parisian experience, than here it is! with a 200 year building. Coffee shops and restaurants all around. Rooms are small 'very Parisian' including Privet toilet and TV. Only if u consider to sleep, nothing else! Don't expect other than your room and a toilet.

Disappointing! Tiny room, no TV. The full price of the stay is required upon arrival. Besides, the last day, an unbearable smell of cigarette reigned in the room.

Excellent location in a beautiful square. Rooms are very small but with private wc and shower. no elevator.

Cramped rooms without elevator staff not efficient for very low ceilings. View wall. No bedside tables, no tv, not recommended … are very high compared to other hotels in the area much more complete. Bad.
