Very nice and friendly service.
The décor is super pretty and once the door to the room is open I find it very reasonable, magical. I'll advise you — Price very well for the location.

Service is amazing and early check in was simple. The breakfast each day is incredible as well. Fresh breads, pastries, cheese, and squeezed orange juice every morning is included and dropped at your door. Ros are spacious and well equipped. Balcony and nespresso in the room was the icing on the cake!

Most of the time I don't mind cheap hotel rooms as long as I have my basic needs. This place is good for cheap lodgings, but I don't really recommend staying here, especially in the summertime. When I checked in I was given a room on the 6th floor and it was so hot there I couldn't breathe. I told them about my situation downstairs and they were nice enough to give me a floor two stories down which was much better. Everything looks old, disgusting, and run down, and they don't have air conditioning which is a major downside, but they do have a fan and windows that can be opened which made up for it. On top of that, they also give you a phone to use during your stay. There's also a lack of power outlets, and this can be a problem if you're a heavy technology user like I am. The rooms are quite small. I didn't mind that but I know some people might. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but trust me; it isn't worth it. I instead used my iPhone as a hot spot and it was better than the internet they provided for us. One big complaint I have is that occasionally my hot water doesn't work and I had to turn on both the bathtub and the sink to get it working again. They also have a fridge, but it doesn't work very well; it's only good for bottled water and other drinks in cans; food will spoil if you leave it in there. I loved the neighborhood and locations surrounding it; I never had to have breakfast here because there were other wonderful places around the area that served breakfast.

Room extremely small and super hot, no AC, only fan… Today we request for a larger room with window facing the street with extra 50€ per day. It’s expensive but it’s better than getting stuck sleeping inside a small oven. I asked that no AC in the hotel at all. Staff are friendly though…

# worst hotel ever. They don’t have AC. Every unit is broken and it’s over 85 degrees in Paris. Rooms are small, stuffy and overheated. Nice bar, except no one works there and they sell nothing. Same for the breakfast room — it’s closed. Is this hotel running out of money and closing? Worst hotel in Paris!

The hotel is OK, average, rooms with dim lighting and uncomfortable through the chur huge bed, the view from the window was on the inside of the house, the breakfasts did not take, in general so-so.

I arrived in room 603 with the blinds of the ripped VELUX, I reported to the reception who did nothing to fix the problem during my stay of two nights.
I was awake at the time of the chickens. Very bad nights…

Good location The room was very small and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast if one goes from 8:30 a. M There is no reposition the basics. It is also a constant reach the reception and find passengers protesting the state of abandonment of the rooms. I don't recommend it.

It is a very well located hotel. The rooms are very small. No air conditioning. Regular breakfasts. If you go after 9 a. M do not repose. Only one person speaks Spanish, the rest looks at you and does not respond to anything.

Everything seems to be nothing but constantly (every evening) go to the reception and ask for towels or for the face or for the shower.

Hospitality warm, nice host and attentive but very discreet.
Room to distinguish, place in full south, hot in direct sunlight, clean, towel wash every day if needed, tasteful of the day, modern, spacious and functional. Has several useful closet and hook. I recommend this room for those who like their comfort as have feels at home it is nice.

Hotel with small but clean staff very kind and available to customers breakfast buffet not very rich but there was nothing… I will definitely return.

I unfortunately forgot a garment after a night spent in this hotel.
The next day after my departure, I realize the oblivion and I call the hotel where I am assured that I have found it, I am asked then to remind the next day to have another person in charge of the day reception who knows where the famous garment is.
The next day I recall and fall on the person in question, who assures me to have found the garment but who must see with the housekeeper or she would have put it.
I am promised to remember at the latest the next day… in vain…
Final two weeks ago that all this happened and after having the affirmation by the whole team that my garment was found, I recall and there big moment! Are they telling me clothes? Aaah No it was not that one… so much when I called the very next day of my night spent in this hotel all my interlocutors seemed rather to know what garment it was… in short, fortunately, it was only jeans (d a certain value this RDS but good) as for the cleanliness of the room in which I slept (mold in the joints of the shower cubicle, hair on the floor, siphon not clean), the plug next to the bed that does not work…

Very nice, very friendly managers we had a really good, to come back definitely.

Issues we had with this hotel: 1. The window to our 6th floor room couldn't close completely. In winter. 2. They were unable to have an extra blanket sent up to handle the cold. Caused by their window that wouldn't close properly. In winter. 3. The safe supplied with the room wouldn't work because the battery was dead. 4. They wouldn't supply a new safe or let us change rooms to one that has a working safe. 5. Their chambermaid ignored the 'Do Not Disturb' sign hung on the door and entered the room. 6. Because of the lack of a working safe and their chambermaids inability to notice a big red sign saying 'Do Not Disturb', we lost a personal property. 7. Cutlery was unable to be sent up to the room. And this was just day one. Whilst the staff were lovely and apologetic, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved this little guest house! It's very centrally located but well hidden from view. Staff are incredibly friendly and it's fully of cute little details that make it feel like your own home away from home. The bed is comfortable, the shower great and the facilities in the room are everything you'll need to have a great stay. Loved the little breakfast basket in the morning. Felt very Parisian :D.

Good location A 40 minute walk from the most emblematic of Paris (Tuileries. Louvre. Sacre Coeur… Moulin Rouge… Eiffel Tower. ) Metro very close lazy breakfast. Amabilisimo staff. Quiet Street. Little traffic… just rooms of space but comfortable. Recommend.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The staff is very polite and attentive. But there is a big minus, the rooms are very small, around the bed hardly passes one person, let alone two. They do not run very well, as emigrants do. I think for such a hotel the price should be just below.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel with very good situation, for everything in meters as a restaurant area and a lot of atmosphere to not get bored at any time, close to Opera, La Fayette, the treatment by staff is excellent and breakfasts within a normal, rooms and bathrooms something Old, should update a little but within normal, I would not mind staying again.

Charming room in the centre of Paris. Very comfortable with everything you have to have. Attentive host. Very good breakfast. A spiral staircase leg access to the original rooms and at the same time not very comfortable. Facility.

Every time I go back to Paris, Paris Guest house is the only place I would stay. Cozy, relaxing, excellent located, Paris Guest house is like my home in Paris.

Rooms were really small as expected. Afternoon and evening staff were wonderful and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

We were staying in the "loft" room. The place is nice and arthur, the man who met us, is nice. It's a decent size room for a European hotel but there are a million stairs before you get to the room. Theres also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because theres no ventilation. Breakfast is small but brought right to your door which is nice. I'm not sure that I would stay there again but I was not upset with the quality.

The stuff are helpfull and the location is good.

Room was small, but: Bed very comfy with foam mattress, bathroom large and clean, air condition and coffee expresso maker in the room. Location excellent although you can hear the street with open windows. Service very nice and you can leave baggage after stay if needed. Great choice.

Arrived at the hotel on Wednesday evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom are modern and clean, but a bit small. Room had a fairly large window with a small balcony you can climb out of. Not much of a view but good for fresh air. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow and sometimes hard to connect to and sometimes drops out. There is a safe available as well as a nespresso machine. About a 20min walk to the louvre. 1, sometimes 2 poke stops available.

It was to hot 29 tempature aircondationer not working room is too small. But its good location.

Modest hotel, in a good position to be able to easily take the Metro, surrounded by beautiful and affordable eateries. The rooms are modest but comfortable.

We've been 5 nights at this hotel, the best staff, friendly employees, I do not speak anything French and at all times solved the language barrier, I want to thank them publicly.

The phenomenal location. Not is if it is the center of paris I think Yes, metro, Bus, restaurants of all kinds many many… all beside the hotel.

The hotel is decent. Good price, fair location, good service. The rooms are good, with big bathrooms. The decoration is nice as well. It has free Wi-Fi and works fine. On the other hand the breakfast is not included and is not very centric but near north train stations Like Gare du Nord. On our bathroom there was a smoke smell. Might be an isolated case but I disliked that.

The Hotel is very centrally located and therefore offers an accessibility in all places. For the price/performance ratio, the Hotel is perfectly fine. The rooms are a bit small, but to fulfill the purpose, since it is more likely just to Sleep there. The rooms are also clean and are cleaned daily. For the Breakfast on-the-go Breakfast should not be extra a reservation, as this is rather poor and it is essential is "reasonable. " (Recommended Pomme de Pain "or" Paul", which is found in several locations) ". Very small areas. Unspeakable, tiny, poorly ventilated rooms overlooking a courtyard tiny and overlooked on the kitchen of a residential building. (Room X 06) Smells, vents and other fireplaces as a view. Do not expect to see the sky. Walls, kind of fabric nest mites, stained boogers, questionable carpet. Poorly insulated rooms, we easily hear the neighbors. X 04 rooms on a bigger Court. They are "accessible" to the disabled. Unrealistic. The bathroom, "with Italian" or cabins were many molds. Opt for the rooms facing the street as a last resort. Double glazing. (Rooms X 01 — X 02) The air conditioning and heating system is run down and out of use. It sits in the middle of the tiny rooms. Of many disparate electric heaters that give a feeling of DIY. The curtains are not dirty, duvets and old blankets. Smaller, voluntary staff, despite the numerous angry and disrespectful guests who expect better.

It is a fairly small hotel, small rooms, very good service from the staff. A great location. Well not to be buffet breakfast this bastente.
against is the lack of air conditioning in summer. In short if you are looking for a hotel to explore paris all day and only reach this sleep.

Okay if the q want is sleep only, clean but very small, breakfasts are quite well, neither is a buffet but you have the essential, quite satisfied.

A SEWER: ridiculous sized room (you couldn't open the suitcase and there was no place for clothes) and estremamenta dirty, one nightstand, stains on the walls, rugs and curtains, piles of dust on the carpet, it smells good not identifiable everywhere, walls so late that only the switch action or opening the door in the next room produced noises that woke me up. The air conditioner is blowing air from a heater that enabled lobbies caldiccia and stinky. The Wi-Fi which was supposed to be included in the room charge. The toilet is at the height of the room: falling plaster due to the humidity, dirty curtains, a few towels, shower bathtub stopper uncomfortable, tied with a piece of wire to the same and hair dryer blowing little air smelling. The staff is very polite and speaks only a few words of English, it took me 3 days (of constant requests) for me to open the safe. Fortunately I did not try the food, but for what I saw this hotel doesn't deserve even one star, I am surprised that both classed as 3 stars. Only positive is the location a few steps from the Grands Boulevards metro station and town centre. Extremely discouraged.

Overpriced, dirty, smelly and the weekday night shift staff is very rude. i would not give this hotel a star rating as it doesnt really deserve any. breakfast was bad as well just cerelas nothing else. The lift is very slow and can only fit one person and travel bag at a time.
