Small hotel, but very cozy, very well connected, an area with small shops and terraces for a drink. Hotel staff very friendly and close. I really liked it.

The truth is that it has been a bit difficult for me to stay at this hotel. My first impression was correct, simple hotel, small rooms but enough to sleep there. As soon as you enter the room, you get the impression that it's fair, but I didn't ask for more either. At night it is already a pain to sleep for the amount of noise there is, just like in the middle of tomorrow. The next morning I see that breakfast is quite scarce and without grace any, after all you expect to have breakfast in a basement. The following days you see that cleaning is only based on picking up, placing and changing towels. It is true that we asked for several days that will not bother us and that they give us only towels, gel and other things without having our room picked up, but not even cleaning the dust. Removing from that already from day one there was already a bottle of water under the bed, a bag of m&m under the fridge. Humidity, dust and noisy, is what you will find in this hotel. I'm sorry for this review but so was our experience.

Staff was really nice. They were friendly. The Hotel on the other side was horrible. The rooms were really small and hot the only air conditioning was a small fan. We called our hotel room the sweat pit. We never wanted to go back to our hotel room because it was so hot. We kept our window open during the night to try and keep cool. There was black mold on the ceiling off the bathroom. The Staff placed us on Level 4 Building 2 at the time. That floor was inactive during our whole stay they put us only us on the floor were they were doing construction. We were always alert and weren’t able to sleep being the only ones on that floor. One day we saw two people searching through a box of keys that they didn’t look like they worked there. We were sketched out because of that. This place was a in a great area around food and shops. Just the Hotel was really sketchy, small and hot.

Hotel horror still waiting for my situation with groupon and go-today to be resolved. I don't understand how Anyone would classify this place as a 3 star hotel. Stains everywhere broken bathroom tiles rips in the wall paper, dented and damaged furniture. The was a blood stain on the toilet. They moved us into another room the only thing that changed was there was no blood. Also if you have asthma be far warned that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Checked out went to the saint Dominique.

Everything you'd expect from a three star hotel, good prices, spacious rooms and friendly enough staff. Only issues I had was that when we arrived our room floor was covered in food crumbs, specifically Doritos which was a bit off putting and I had one run in with a staff member but it was 2am and I was probably being annoying to be honest.

The room was a bit old. A limited breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good location close to Levis Street.

The staff is amazing and super nice. It is conveniently located near a few bus stops and the metro. If you stay here you should definitely take the time to explore the neighborhood.

Room was cosy and had a vintage feel to it. There were a few cosmetic blemishes but nothing major. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very dated hotel. Rooms have broken tiles, damaged lights, stained carpet. Just puts you in a damp mood. No kettle or mini fridge (there is one in the room, but its empty and doesn't work). It's really a shame as it's located in excellent place with good cafes and restaurants. It's very close to metro. If you don't care how the room looks then this would work. Sadly we didn't do complete research before booking it, we surely wouldn't have booked this if we had read all the recent reviews.

This hotel makes your memories. Its one of those places that you will always remember. I have been to 5 star hotels all my life but this hotel is the one I will always remember. Its cozy, few minutes walk from best tourist attractions, friendly staff, good breakfast. The rooms are always cleaned on time. Everything about this hotel is great. I have recomended it to friends and family and I will always recommend it.

The rooms are small, but each room has a smartphone with unlimited internet and calls to France + Google Maps. Very convenient for exploring Paris!

Upon arrival we were greeting at reception by Joel who is a lovely member of their staff. And helped to set up the smart phone which they provide free of charge. After that everything went down hill rapidly. They were starting decorating the walls of this tiny corridor to the lift which is the smallest lift I've ever seen in my life. Which clearly could only take one person & case at a time, but we were reassured that it could take 3 people with cases, but the lift would not work. But when you get up there one person at a time there is a sign very high up on the wall warning you capity one person only at a time, then opened the door to our twin room which looked nothing like the room that advertised on there site. Our hearts dropped when we saw the actual room we were meant to stay in for the 2 days. The only was to describe the room was a hostel. We decided to get the hell out of there as we didn't even want to sit on the beds. After asking for a refund we were given a very firm how by the female in reception. The pictures that show the reception area is a complete fault image, as there was no lovely chairs & tables as shown on the site. Only very very very dirty purple sofas. As like us if this is for a special occasion & your not a backpacker. Aviod!

A disaster altogether. We were unable to check up to the 14horas (something that no one tipped us off), but it is that we arrived at that time and were told we had to wait longer. They changed the shift and the girl who spoke Spanish went (there we understood why we did the paperwork ahead of time, just waiting for the room). At 14.30 we went up to our desired room and… it was dirty, bed undone…
We end up apologizing and change rooms (after having to go back down to reception with our suitcases and so on).
The hotel is in works, walls and floors painted and plastic everywhere. The rooms are dwarf! The bathroom door does not open at all and collides with the mattress. The bathroom is small and old: there is hardly a gap between the toilet and a radiator that doesn't work, the sink faucet barely opens. We did not dare to hire meals at the hotel, after our lousy experience. I give them two stars and not one because the reception staff, except for the first day disaster, were friendly.

The room was very bad.

Great hotel very clean rooms a bit small but still pretty, excellent room service clean sheets. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi which can be said non-existent, apart from this the hotel is in a very nice area with many restaurants pastry and very close to the Metro. Recommended.

Nice hotel with friendly welcome.
Pity that the latter is not well maintained (peeling paint, rust, splinters…) But the place is clean and quiet.
The bedding is very good.
The services offered are correct such as breakfast (pastries, bread, bread, hot/cold drinks, ham, yoghurt, fruit salads, etc).

The staff at the reception is certainly very nice and courteous but that doesn't make it all.
The positives are its location in a quiet street and not very far from the subway and this in a beautiful district of Paris making it easier to stay. The bedding is also very comfortable. Besides it all is to be revisited: The cleaning of the bathroom is neglected, our smelled the pee. The rooms just like the hotel is very old and by some poorly maintained and dilapidated places to my liking. Carpet in the common areas stained and disgusting (see photo). The breakfast room is tiny and located in the basement without a window to the outside… it's a bit murky even if the food in itself remains very correct.
In short, I will return only if it is renovated and with a better team of manager who will ensure that the cleaning is really done as it should! Too bad because there's potential!

A mid-class hotel. You can not ask for more for being 3 stars. The habiataciones if they were good. Good beds, comfortable mattresses and very good bedding. Its bathrooms are cosy, large and clean. Good water pressure. The Wi-Fi does not come in very well but it is free. What if it is bad is the breakfast they offer. Very basic. I have tried other hotels where breakfast is more buffet. The staff is nice. The staff at the cafeteria could improve their cordiality. The location is good. He's in a safe neighborhood in Paris. You can walk quietly at any time. It is close to a metro station and accessible to vias.

For someone who stays in hotels very often, it's safe to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I'm generally a pretty accommodating person but this was absolutely disgusting. Our sheets had a horrible odor and had hair all over them, the floor was dirty and smelly, the toilet barely flushed, the sink and shower had a draining problem, there was barely and room to open the bathroom door or put your luggage down in these rooms, they were extremely tiny! There was even a sign that said "if something goes missing out of the hotel room it was not the hotels responsibility". Well who else has the keys to the room? The location was not ideal, it was in a very sketchy neighborhood. When my day was ending, I was dreading going back to this hotel, and when you're on vacation your hotel is the one place you should be able to wind down and relax at. The one positive thing I can say about this place is the staff was fairly friendly, some greeted you as you passed through the lobby while others did not say much or acknowledge your being. Also, they Wi-Fi did not work for me or the 3 other people staying with me. The hallways had no lights at night, you had to walk to the middle of the dark hall to turn the light on. The elevator only fits 2 people at a time. I will NOT be recommending this hotel.

Breakfast is pretty bad. Every day the same and little variety.

Lovely hotel So central and easy to get any were by train. Pleasant reception and very very helpful Breakfast is good and sufficient Rooms are smaller but all you need and a bit more. For what I paid it was 5 star I would defiantly recommend it to every one.

Good hotel. Great value. Super friendly staff. Helpful with any request. Close to the metro which makes it easy. And at a nice location if you prefer walking. We walked to the city Centrum few times. Also good food places around the area.

Very nice staff. The hotel itself is equal to a 2-star in the United States. The staff is very helpful. They keep the room clean as possible and provide a cell phone to use during your stay for phone calls. It doesn't have a lot of amenities but lots of great shops and dining around. Close to metro so you can easily jump on and visit all the famous landmarks. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Room for sleeping, old and spoiled rooms poorly organized, poor breakfast, close to restaurants and 20 minutes from Arc de Triomphe, 15 from Moulin Rouge 15 from Montmartre District and 5 from Metro stop.

Cons: The rooms are filthy. The bathroom had black mold all over. The safe didn't work. It was an uncomfortable experience. We didn't want to go back to the room. Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good near lots of restaurants, bakeries and some shopping. It's close to the Metro. The metro is cheap and can get you anywhere in Paris with free transfers, to include stops at or near all major monuments. Overall: I would never stay here again.

The staff is really good. They have a few things they need to do a little better as far as equipment and finshing touches with maintenance of the property and rooms. But the bed and being is perfect and I love the adjustable shower height as a tall man that is s life saver. Also as I write this the power is out in the room.

For the price this is a pretty good hotel to spend a short stay in Paris at. The location is within an hours walk to most of the main Paris attractions with easy access to the public transit system as well. There are plenty of options for meals/general food nearby. The area feels safe and cozy. The room itself, however, isn't much to get excited about. We have a one bed room but the bed itself takes up about 75% of the room. It also gets extremely hot on a warm day — the AC unit doesn't appear to work but they did give us access to a fan unit. Other than that, the room was clean and gave us a nice place to rest between day trips. If your goal is to explore the city for most of the day. Take advantage of this pretty good deal.

Traveled all over Europe, this room is by far the worst room I had. No A/C, Tiny Room, Safe in Room didn't work the list could go on and on, I wanted to go back to the room to relax and get out of the sun but when I remembered there was no A/C decided to stay outside which made me as a customer feel like this is a hotel who does not care about it's quality of stay. The one thing I recommend to this hotel is invest in A/C and you will have happier customers.

Experience to forget, small rooms on the edge of the living, dirty with broken and dangerous furniture, non-existent cleaning, sheets and mattress stained with blood, little man photo for decency, helpful and polite staff.

Reasonably priced hotel in otherwise expensive Paris. You get what you pay for, so it's adequate but not great.

OK, the rooms are small and the bathrooms. But very nice, all nearby shops and prices very affordable. So for me, good value for money.

I gave it 2 stars because I liked the staff who was helpful and made every effort to make our stay comfortable including changing us from our first bedroom which had a mattress only a couple inches off the floor, holes in the walls, and broken bathroom tiles. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were basically clean when we arrived. The lobby is good size and the staff speak multiple languages. I did use their free Wi-Fi but it didn't work well sometimes. The hotel is close to the metro, small cafes, a bar, restaurant, and other shopping, which is nice. I was very dissapointed in the rooms, which were very small. I had two twin beds pushed together to make a queen bed and there was not enough room left for one person to walk around another without the other person crawling over the bed. There was nowhere to put my suitcase on the floor without blocking the bathroom or main door. The furniture is beat up, mattresses are very cheap and uncomfortable, the room safe doesn't work, there is no AC. The heating system consists of a space heater bolted to the wall in the bedroom and another in the bathroom which do provide a LOT of heat quickly, but those heaters have no good functional thermostat. You can't leave it on without getting very hot so your only option is to freeze or partially open your window while running heater to equalize temperature to a sane level.

Good site to get around the city. Two subway lines the 2 I the 3. But the hotel I agitation I did not like.

The Hotel is a little tired.
All date from the early 1990s and would need to be refreshed.
The price is related, it is very reasonable for Paris.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was old and dirty. The matress was horrible. The single pane windows let in all of the street noise. The continental breakfast was in a tiny room in the basement, without any windows, and there was not much to choose from.

I went years ago, very well located near metro and supermarket. We chose a room with a kitchen and although it was very small for a rest was more than enough, breakfast included. At the reception they speak Spanish thing that is appreciated.

Good service but poor quality materials. Spring and saggy mattress, runaway shower head. Loud and bright nights.

A very well located hotel with very nice people at reception to help you at all times, also the majority knows Spanish which makes more easy stay.
This hotel is very well located, near metro villiers reaches everywhere soon and without any kind of problem.

Rooms are very small, but OK if you only to the sleep there is in there. The bathroom is ok so far too.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and it feels somewhat locked away in the basement.
There were only ham cold cuts or you had the choice between two types of jam. Cheese was only packaged from the refrigerator. You would have to use that just as he was cut, better than door wedge.
But, the staff is very nice in any case. Parking there is unfortunately no, would be in Paris but also too much to ask. If you are at all with his car to Paris in trust. Around the corner there are two car parks. Costs are EUR 24 / 24 h. Metro is accessible in 5-10 minutes. A few sights can be reached by walking well.
The hotel doesn't deserve but definitely three stars.

I stayed there in the middle of July and was disappointed to find there was no air conditioning. The bathroom floor had loose, cracked tiles in it. I was there for three nights — the first morning I found that the alarm clock didnt work. The next two nights I had asked the front desk for a wake-up call in the morning, that failed to happen on both mornings, although they swear they did. The rates were cheap and you get what you pay for. If I had been staying in Paris longer, I would have found another hotel.

I thought at first eventhough there are bad reviews already posted about this hotel, why not I give it a try to see it myself. General hotel experience was below average due to the fact that one of the personnels was not really helpful. She asked for more charges eventhough it was not included. And what it made worse, she wan't helpful at all by giving wrong directions.

I've been in Pavillon Villiers from May 31 to June 4 2011. CONTRA: The room (124) was very dirty (the carpet was stained in many points, very dusty and the refrigerator had some strange red spots. ) and the towels were never changed. The bathroom was never cleaned, nor I had the impression that had been before we arrived. In 5 days the lift has worked for about 3 hours. PRO: Near the hotel a commercial street where can be found supermarket, fruit, cakes. Very useful and comfortable. Free internet station. Near (5 minutes) to Villiers metro station.
