Great location. Close to subway station, a lot of amenities around. The hotel got a very good breakfast. It gives you access to a good roof top with a friendly lounge and a nice brunch on Sunday. On the roof top, you can get panoramic view (la defense, Eiffel tower, invalides…). The staff is friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable (medium firm — firm). There wasn't clothes iron in the room but we asked for one and we got it quickly. All in all, I will recommend this hotel.

A small room, a separate bathroom, a queue to enter the dining room for breakfast. Our room was overlooking the street, next to the police department, sometimes passing cars with sirens. The hotel next to the metro is very convenient. The nearest grocery store is far away (perhaps badly searched).

Well located hotel just outside the touristy part of Paris. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and good catering for lunch during SANS event. The 7th has a bar and great view of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis and other hotel services are provide.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak Russian. The rest is at the highest level!

On the plus side, it is close to the Metro station, the top floor has views to the Eiffel Tower, our room was big and clean, and staff were nice and helpful. Even though our bedroom faced the main street, just in front of a police station (hotel de police), we had double windows and were able to sleep well. On the down side, service at the restaurant was very slow, there was little pressure in the sower, and there was a single power socket over a bed table, we had to find the other one hiding behind the furniture.

Room on courtyard very nice. Excellent service. Especially, take the time to go through the 7th floor to enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower.

For me who arrived in the middle of the night the neighborhood seemed to me average… On the other hand the hotel is top! I was fortunate to be upgraded to the last minute, the room was great, clean, the bed comfortable… nothing to say about it!

A good hotel but could be better… rooms are old but well kept… they have a minimalist breakfast spread but still highly recommended for it's quality… although there may be waiting time between 8-9 a. M due to rush.

Affordable during happy hours, the view is great, the terrace is not giant, so come early (it opens at 5pm)

Breakfast buffet a little low-end, the sausages drown in the oil, … but it remains correct. Gluten-free products on request (the wait is very long for them to bring them to us, and they do not even come out of the oven! ), but the choice salty as sweet.

Passage for a night in a pro, quiet hotel, the condition of the rooms is correct but not at the level of what one is entitled to expect at Novotel.

I found the hot meal very average. The room is large but not suitable for forums. The quality of the microphones is to be reviewed. The breakfast disappears from the beginning and the leftovers do not reappear during the breaks.

Great location near the Metro, shops and restaurants. We had an especially warm welcome from the friendly English speaking staff. We had a superior room with a bath, a small terrace & a view of the to of the Eiffel tower. There was a fridge in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. There was also a safe and a seperate WC. Breakfast was good. Cereals, Continental, Full English with a selection of juices and hot drinks. You could make toast and fry your own eggs in olive oil. There is a gym and sauna in the hotel but I didn't have time to use them. There is also a rooftop bar but it was closed in the winter. The beds were comfortable and the furniture modern and practical. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided. I would recommend this hotel.

A good hotel if you visit Paris in relation price-quality, to go with family.

The hotel is a typical Novotel with small rooms. The location is great — it's a 20 min walk to the eiffel tower as well as to many eateries and shops closeby. The staff is friendly and can talk in english also. It has meeting rooms on the top floor with great views.

It was a very nice Hotel. All the staff are helpful and very kind. It has indoor parking, Wi-Fi, a small playroom for children and teenagers. The international breakfast is plentiful and very good. The meals in the restaurant are well cared for and plentiful. The Metro stop is very close, with a few stops you get to the center of Paris. The flagship is certainly the bar on the top floor with terrace where you can admire a breathtaking view of Paris, beautiful in the evening with the Eiffel Tower illuminated.

In the downtown area of Paris about 2 km from Eiffel tower. It is a nice and contemporary hotel. Rooms are spacious as compared to other hotels and neat and clean. Had a fitness centre, sauna, children's play area, a bar and restaurant. Breakfast is usually crowded and best to head there in time. Is open till 1030. There is also a rooftop restaurant and bar but that is open only in certain months not throughout the year. Metro is close by. All the major attractions are accessible by bus or local transport.

Central, quality and economic, perfect for short and medium stay, highly recommended for families.

Excellent Hotel that I was advised because close to my training place. Excellent reception and feeling of support appreciated. Close to the metro and bus. One black spot: The soundproofing of the rooms on the rue Vaugirard: we hear the traffic quite strongly… hearty breakfast.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks with my daughter, a friend and her son. The service was really top. The hotel facilities are kid's friendly. The rooftop at the end of the day is amazing. I would definitely recommend (which I have done in fact) and I am sure I would stay there again if I visit Paris anytime soon.

Good restaurant for a frugal and fast lunch.

There is no way this is a 4-star hotel. It is hot as hell. There is no air conditioning this time of year. I have to have the window open all the time and even then it's warm. The lobby looks like somebody threw up. We are here on our 20th anniversary and my wife's birthday and we're sleeping in two separate twin beds. I will never stay in a Novotel Hotel again. When I asked about the air conditioning they offered to give me a fan. But when asked for a fan they told me they couldn't find any. I do love Paris I might come back but I will not stay here.

You can have a good coffee on the terrace but the view is limited because you are right in the middle of the block.

Good hotel. All ok. Roof top bar has great view. Breakfast was good apart from the mad system to fry your own eggs — although it did mean you knew your egg was freshly cooked, so maybe not so bad. Room good with a Bluetooth speaker.

Spacious, clean hotel. We had a family in j reconnected room. Two children on gold out couches which they found quite uncomfortable. Normal beds are quite comfortable. Local to a lot of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. A favourable stay…

Classic Parisian hotel. Nice welcome. Sometimes noisy clientele depending on the origin (Africa). Fitness room and sauna. Nice Restaurant.

Expensive, small rooms, WC size derisory but strategic location to visit Paris. For me comfortable as immediate vixinanze of the seat of the Republicaine party and the Ministry of Agriculture.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception, restaurant, etc. Housekeeping was good. Good breakfast. Smallish rooms. Ok for a couple. But NOT effectively air-conditioned! It was unpleasantly hot and stuffy in summer. In-house dining option very limited so plan to eat all meals other than bf outside.

Hotel Restaurant with outdoor patio: very good to be preserved from the noise of the street. Nice Service, smiling and polite, but a little slow in terms of the speed of arrival of the dishes (especially since there were very few tables to serve). Standard quality food served in reasonable quantity; With a flat on the dessert a little small. Reasonable prices.

Functional serviceable hotel.

Very pleasant stay, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. My room was on the garden side and was very silent. Only one minus, expensive breakfast for what it is. It's good but the choice is limited.

Even with an upgrade the hotel room was a bit tired looking. The interior can be a bit drab and inspiring but the colours are clean and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, the incredibly professional and friendly service and the excellent location makes up for this. Our room was clean and well maintained for the three days we were there.

We went to brunch with friends (€30), for the price we expected to treat us. It was completely otherwise: surely aware staff try to ration you on the part "at will" by bringing only a plate of assorted for 5 while we had ordered individually more. They are wrong on the hot and cold drinks without apology and look at you by blowing and meanwhile someone is devoted to take unwanted drink. For the salty dish it's yet another story: it is a "sandwich" to the map (we choose the bread, the filling, sauce) ; the "bread" sometimes dry and hard; the trim is missing for 3 guests for others it is a visibly abundant or fresh salmon as the accompaniment of obviously reheated French fries from the night before, a naked torso and the salad tossed on the plate. The dish is neither appetizing nor good.
At this point we begin to make known our discontent and desire to leave, the Manager offers — 10% and get to dessert to make us a new opinion.
The dessert, grand finale, we surprised even mediocrity: chocolate mousse so industrial it is a cream, assortment of cakes, fresh out of the fridge which they are impregnated with the smell. Cakes tips are so hard and dry that scared to taste it, and when you open a cabbage… Surprise a freezing burn appears in all the cabbage.
Conclusion flee brunch is a scandal, for € 20 anywhere else it will be neater, the only positive point in food from the beginning was toast.

Handy for the metro, comfy beds and a quiet safe neighbourhood. The roof top bar was closed at 6pm when we wanted to see the Eiffel tower lights The front desk staff on Friday were excellent but a bit vague at the weekend.

I stayed two days for work at this hotel, the rooms aren't huge but they have everything you need to make your stay in comfort. Excellent service.

Hotel OK but not worth really 4 stars we book a twin room for 5 nights and we find ourselves on a double room with sofa. Effort management, medium ´accueillir and charmless. I.

Nice place to stay a couple of nights. Avoid eating on the Hotel as the food is too pricey.

Hotel very well situated, and with a very good service, the rooms are very acceptable, free Internet the hours are very open, you can have breakfast until 11:00 there is a magician for the kids while they eat breakfast. My experience is in August, it seems like a French hotel.

Arrives just yesterday from this hotel, and to my opinion does not deserve the 4 stars it claims to have. The Air Conditioning in the room does not work and the only solution q gave me was to give me a fan, another problem q has is that only one person on reception speaks in Spanish.

Extremely generic, and very hot with no way Of turning on The Air condition since it has a centralized temperature system. Very noisy if you open up The Windows. Go somewhere Else.

Looking for an original terrace that comes out a little terraces known as the perch, spring and another, that of the Novotel Vaugirard has overwhelmed me! Not easy to find because nothing is mentioned on the 1st floor. Go to the nerve on the 7th floor. You will directly see the small bar and the terrace on a long balcony! The layout is nice original high table, sofa lounge and small coffee tables! The view is to die for: we see the Defense, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre. On 14 July, this terrace is surely an exceptional spot! But the real plus of this bar is elsewhere: prices defy all prices of the other terraces classic cocktails.

I loved their rooftop summer terrace! It is a still a little unknown terrace where it is still possible to find places to the cocktail hour at the arrival of the beautiful days. It dominates Paris, it's super nice.

Nice hotel! Quiet and not far from Eifel tower. Subway nearby. Stayed for four nights. Can't complain of nothing. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Only needed a stop over for the trip to Paris so didn't need anything overly fancy. Staff were helpful and polite, the room was clean and comfy, what more could you want.

I was here in January of 2011. As of when I was there there rooms were very clean, not the biggest I've ever been in for a hotel, but I could compair them to something like a Holliday Inn, or Marriott in terms of being clean, and maybe a motel 6 or Red Roof in size. By the way, I'm from Chicago USA. The room I had was a single queen/smoking. The reports others have made about the hot water and Wi-Fi I didn't experience, but I did have some trouble with the heat. Had to open the windows to cool. There staff was alway very friendly and eager to help me with directions and recomendations for any kinds of dinning I could want. All of which were very accurate, so do take time to talk to them as they really helped make the trip prefect. Also, as someone who doesn't speak to much French, I was surprized to find that much of the desk staff could speak English, so combined with my French it was easy. Just don't be rude in France, always say hello and as for English in French. This hotel is close to everything, the Metro is about a block and a half to your left as you exit the front of the building. For the price, location and breakfast! lol I will be staying here when I go back again. Hope this helps.

The room is nice, but far too hot. The so-called air cooling system is hopelessly insufficient and does not cool. If too many people take a shower within a certain period of time, they run out of hot water. That's a cold shower! Breakfast is great, though.

Good breakfast, local maybe a little to renew but pleasant, I did not try the amenities but they seemed to be great, free Wi-Fi in the rooms, very courteous staff. The proximity to the Metro is definitely an added value.

Terrible Hotel. Completely outdated bathroom, toilet smells of urine. Beds out of date. If you only have a little style anything is wrong here.
