Novotel Paris Est is one of the worst hotels in Paris, the ac in my room doesn’t work properly. I went to the reception and they said “nothing can be done to get the AC working as it should be”. The room is so hot and I tried to open the window but it cannot be opened. I asked for the manager or someone in charge, I got the same answer “we can’t help u with that”. My advice is DO NOT book any room in this extremely bad hotel.

The receptionist are not helpful enough. They are not accomodating. If you have concern, they don't do anything about it. Vendo machine is not working, we paid via credit card but no refund, they say we need to email it. Then they dont clean our room, they dont refill our tissues. Not a good hotel to stay. So much stress.

It is a good Hotel, until now I have no complaint about anything, we just come to sleep. Only if you want to clean the room you have to leave the card outside so that the bedroom can clean, but in general the attention of the people is very good.

Instead of taking care of the car parks it would be better to take care of your customers … the little lunches never on time see as last week or today never served. Never served but charged. I have at your disposal Mr. Director the photos of the carpet or mattress of room 1065 and 1064. Too bad I can't share the smells of pipes in the bathroom. Kind regards! It's been months since we relayed the information we had decided not to come back. And finally we wanted with my colleagues to try again thinking of a bad period but in the end nothing changes. It's getting worse and worse … how many stars already? Profitability before the well-being of customers!

Nice hotel and very clean.

The rooms were very warm. Nearly hot. All the same in the hallways. I told the staff 3 times and they promised that the technician should come. Last time was 23.00. I waited until 00, 30. Nobody came. I went down and was really upset. They then changed me to a another room.
The new room was colder and an upgrade so that was kind. When I left I did that I did not want to pay for the first night since I didn’t get a proper room until 01.00 and went to sleep at 02. They should give the money back, but I haven’t received it yet. The elevators are very busy. And you have to wait quite a while to get one. That’s to bad when you’re at an event. For us who were at the event the food situation was terrible. The first day there was some sandwiches in a food machine. They ran out fast. The own in the bar was out of order so no fast food. Remaining the restaurant with long waiting and expensive food.
Day two they had filled up the food machine with MUFFINS! No sandwiches! That’s just terrible.
Hope they will improve if some more events will be there. One good thing was one in the front desk, a staff member named Sonia. She was very kind and helpful.

It’s a nice hotel I had wonderful experience while staying in.

Service is very bad. We have to go down to reception to ask for towels, soap, shampoo. No water or anything on the fridge. Breakfast is worst. Once the food is gone, they do not replenish. There is a separate dining room between French and non French. Worst I have ever been in all the countries I have visited. Worst!

No parking for buses. Smelly corridor and small, basic rooms. Toilet and bathroom in the rooms are separate which is good because the toilet smells like public toilet. We asked for a wake up call at 07:30 but got the first one at 05:30 and then every 15 minute all the way to 06:30 this is when I had to go to the reception to sort it out. Group Breakfast is limited and if you are not there by 07:30 you will find dirty table covers which they don't change. In all it wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

The worst hotel I had been in my life. They don’t clean the rooms, they just make the beds without taking out the dirty blankets and if there was a guest before they give you the same blankets. There was a pill under my bed when I arrive and I didn’t touched it because I was afraid that was something bad, nobody took it away, it stayed there the 5 days I was in Paris! The worst hotel ever!

This Novotel Paris Est has a nice lobby and friendly staffs. For 1 night stay is okay. Maybe try another Novotel in Paris for next time.

Stayed here for four nights on my trip to Paris. The hotel is clean in the lobby but once you get to your room you will be disappointed. The pictures are not accurate for the condition of the actual hotel. The rooms were very small, and the shower had hair in it which points to the fact that it wasn’t cleaned before our stay. There is no AC in the rooms which made it very hard to sleep at night. We had bought the package which included breakfast for three but in the morning we were told that we had not purchased it even though I had proof we did. Shady on their part. The breakfast ended up being €18 per person and was disgusting with not many options. It’s very far from any tourist attractions in Paris (about 35mins by car from the Eiffel Tower) so if you are planning on doing any of those things I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel itself is in a ghetto area that doesn’t seem very safe to walk around in. I also brought home some bed bugs that I’m pretty sure were from this hotel as this was the only place I stayed while in Europe. My mistake for staying here despite all the bad reviews, but don’t make it yours. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Hotel Novotel EST.

Good hotel particularly modern.
Very comfortable at the meter and this makes it a strength.
The restaurant is too expensive though for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
Equally comfortable is the proximity of the Auchan… in a few steps you reach the mall.
In the center there is also a McDonald's open until one o'and some places to eat kebab type.
The area is not exactly luxurious, however we have not encountered any difficulty in turning even late at night until midnight.
Air-conditioned room not overly large but the right for the price.
Clean and large bathroom.
In reception they speak only English and French still helpful and kind.
Absolutely recommended.

Nice hotel. Quite far from the center and very crowded. Decent breakfast. He'd be short of fresh fruit. And some more choice of pastries. The restaurant is good. Tasty dishes a little expensive.
The room was clean and comfortable, Q is correct but lacking.

And finally the area. Has a mall around the corner and entrance to the subway. Looks a little dangerous last afternoon.

This is a mixed review. Good location and enough facilities in the foyer for a family, like a Wii, table football and a yard to play in. The rooms looked clean but something caused allergies every night. We asked for extra tea bags in the room and none came. This hotel is used extensively for large group visits and airline staff. So the front of house was always busy. Breakfast only reasonable and by our last morning felt a little dull. Really only a 3 star hotel.

If there is a negative star I would rate it as such. The worst hotel we have been in Europe. Imagine being on the road the whole day on tour then you arrive at your hotel and the AC and TV is not working in your room. It puzzles me how they got the 4 stars rating they are presenting to uninformed guests. I dont think their stars belong to this solar system. I called the front desk a dozen times before someone answered. They sent a technician who tried to fix the darn AC for… an hour. Then he left saying its ok. Tough luck the room was still like an oven. That was some fixing he did. I called again the front desk and demanded for a change of room. The person at the other end said he cant do anything about our room since the hotel is fully booked. A very convenient excuse there. This hotel sucks big time. To cap it off no one answers the phone for room service. Again, this hotel sucks big time. Do not book in this hotel.

It’s a shame I can’t give 0 stars. Not only was the room too hot (it’s a laugh when mentioned on the website all rooms are equipped with airco) it was also old and a bit shabby. The matrass gave a me sore back. Furthermore the breakfast wasn’t worth the 18 euro at all. Now I was willing to forget all about it because I had a wonderful time at the HAC convention held in the hotel (in that public part of the hotel the airco did work! ) BUT as I checked out I was told I had to pay 20 euros extra because they claimed I did not pay the right price for the room. Strange since I paid my 3 night stay in advance on their own website. After some discussion and after I showed them my reservation booked on THEIR website (showing clearly it was some kind of promotional fare) they assured me I didn’t have to pay the 20 euro. Today as I was checking my bank account I saw they debited my credit card for 20 euros. So not only is the hotel staff not informed about their own promotions, they also LIED to my face when they told me I didn’t have to pay and they went behind my back in debiting my credit card. That is considered theft. And horrible customer service! If you offer promotions on your website you should stick to them and not let people pay it extra afterwards in a coward way. You shouldn’t be debiting people’s credit cards who already (before even arriving) paid for a (far too expensive) room in an honest way.

Very Good Hotel. The rooms have air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee making them comfortable. Close to Metro station which makes the remoteness of the center not an inconvenience to get around anywhere in Paris. I recommend It.

As a place to stay, a good option, and close to the subway. Normal breakfast, small rooms are pretty clean.

Hotel is clean and reliable for families. Nothing to complain, you know what you get. Restaurant on the other hand is really a mess; kitchen and waiters cannot cope with more than a few hosts. Metro station nearby, it is well located.

They don't give information to the tourist. Bath washing machine not circulating water. Lousy TV signal. Hotel located far from the historic center.

It seems to me that this is a good hotel. Unfortunately for us the light of the bathroom never stopped flashing and the ceiling tips were effritaient in various places of the room. The service at the reception depends a lot on the person you fall on. In the end I find the price exaggerated for the service and the quality of the room.

I went to this hotel for a convention.
The lobby is very beautiful and spacious.
On the other hand the rooms are mediocre, dirty and in 2 days of presence they were never made.
The bathtub was room and the carpet not clean.
There is no bath in Remou as specified in the facilities.
The gym has low-end equipment and a dark mixed mini hammam without reservation.
For a 4 * hotel It's a shame.
And to finish impossible to put my luggage in the deposit because there is no more room at noon. A shame.
I'm never coming back. I'm sure at the Campagnile next door the service would have been better.

Nice hotel have been twice stay in here, but last week my guest's rooms on 3rd floor all air condition doesn't work. The receptionist said to me, there is no budget yet from management of Novotel for maintained. When my 2 groups to check in, the receptionist insist on payment of city tax first before handling over the room card key. Terrible experience for me since 1997 as a tour manager. Lastly the breakfast as usual very awful… is this due for groups instead individual traveller.

Home limit. At the restaurant, even worse… Rare for a Novotel anyway.
This week the room was borderline, bad smell, broken tablet.

Wannabe 4* Hotel, lobby awesome and ample, looking modern and clean. Enter the floors upstairs? You feel like entering a nighttrain of the lower qualities. Rooms equipped with the barest necessities, space is overrated. A +? Free mall bottle of water on a daily basis.

Because it's on the outskirts of Paris, it doesn't have big facilities. It's not bad. But it's no big deal.

Nice hotel, quick access to the center through the subway, living room with good menu and excellent desserts.

There's a problem with the elevator. The sensor is in a faulty condition. The room has to call itself if it's even drinking water. The room is stuffy. The air is dusty.

Satisfied with no dust in the room you also pay the parking lot 20 € per day total robbery disappointed at the maximum.

Worst check in process I've ever experienced. The link says can't check in until 1400, room was not ready until 1530 and we arrived about an hour earlier just in case. No A/C in the rooms. Called front desk, a person came into our room to say it was fixed (it was never fixed). Breakfast staff super rude (no manners). Breakfast was ok but too expensive for bread, croissants orange juice and ham. The eggs were nasty (uncooked) that's probably the European way to do eggs but it was just too watery. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There's no way to park in front of the hotel to unload your bags. You have to make a weird u-turn and perk on the side or just go straight down to the parking garage 20€ per day, then take the elevator to the lobby. There's a small mall within 5 minutes walking with a Subways and McDonald's. Downtown is like 45 minutes away via metro which we used for a little over 15€ for 2 adults and 2 kids round trip. To go to Disneyland Paris we just drove and pay the 20€ for all day and shared our vehicle with another family to save money. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The queues at the reception are too long. No shampoo or hats in the room, but otherwise friendly, modern and very clean. Ventillation is not working, terribly hot and humid.

To avoid the restaurant. Coordination and cooking problem. I was sick with a mouthful of poorly baked terrine. For the diner, C is a 0 pointed. The manager didn't even move. A shame…

The Hotel was relatively old, I went in a professional setting, but I will not go back in a personal capacity.

A little old, but with a spacious and temperate room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is just a block away from the metro station.

Room not bad. The bedding is not top (at least not to my liking at all. BCP too firm). The restaurant was overflowing so poorly organized (we were about 300 people in the company having to book a room and it had not planned that one would eat at the hotel.

The mattresses are not very comfortable! But the room itself is very appreciable. The reception of the hotel is too large which creates empty spaces.

Large hotel with 18 floors with a small sports room on the top floor. The rooms are relatively large, the bathroom is average, a hairdryer available. In the room small fridge and a safe in hand. Ordinary decoration and furnishings. In the corridors the carpet is often stained.
Continental breakfast served from 6 to 9:30 a. M. Or even 4 a. M. At the earliest. Salty (ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, gruyere and flageolets) or sweet with chocolate rolls, croissants, toaster bread, jam, fruit salad and yoghurt. Brief classic breakfast in sufficient but not very original. On the ground floor a large hall with reception. On the first floor many lounges for seminars or other. Several elevators available.

Very nice staff, great breakfast and comfy beds. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, wich is kind of unhygenic, but other than that, we are very pleased!

Neither of us liked it. Poor hygiene on the mats. Very sloppy all around. I would not want to go back. The equation price/quality does not give. From what we saw it would be the same throughout the chain.

Nice hotel. Personnel was friendly, the breakfast was good. Neighborhood felt a bit shady, it was on the outskirts of Paris. There's a metro at walking distance.

Hotel lacking in terms of hygienic care with regard to value is expensive if you take it in curnts location and facilities of their rooms.

Comfort and rooms very good, but management of the assignments and liberation of the lamentable rooms. My room had been assigned twice! And customers were entering my room, fortunately before it was here! Waiting at the reception as many foreign groups leave by bus from this point of the Parisian region.

Time and again I find here bad housekeeping and overall services. This time the air conditioning in the room was very poor. It was snowfall outside and the air-conditioning in the room was not adequate. I had to shift from the hotel to other place. Better to be avoided for it's unacceptable rating.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, the room was cleaned in the afternoon and very late. We were 3 guests, and "the amenities" were all for 2 people (glasses, coffee, tea, sugar, soaps, shampoo). They do not replace soap or toilet paper. The positive thing is that it is just steps away from the subway.

A disaster. There were problems with the cards of the room, with the safe, with the breakfast. You were having breakfast and we drew the things from the table, the tablecloths dirty. Ill-treatment by the ms. Q received the cards for breakfast. The good:far from the center but with the subway a block away, the cleanliness of the rooms.

Nice and cozy hotel. Next to the metro and bus station, its a good place to stay. In Paris, the best way to walk around is by metro. This makes the location even better. Theres a mini mall near the metro so you can buy some food or anything you forgot home such as shampoo/toothbrush…

Receptionist was rude, gave us our breakfast tickets so unwillingly. Housekeeping was the worst, we asked for towels that never came. We called for room service and they hung up on us because we don’t speak French. And the worst part is, my friend almost got mugged in his own room.

The surrounding environment is a bit messy, the hall is very modern and all kinds of facilities are complete. The room is small, clean, carpet dirty water stains, bed linen skirt dirty and folds obvious.

Crispy clean. Speedy checkin. Welcoming and open warm atmosphere. Quiet, corridors. Clean bedding and rooms. Complimentary coffee, tea and kettle not the uasual any more at all Hotels. No assistance with luggage tho!

Remote Hotel, on the outskirts of Paris. It's not a 4-star. The room had a window that didn't open. The feeling of claustrophobia is impressive. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is better (in fact you forget to put towels). The staff at the reception are barely handled in English. An expensive breakfast if you don't have it already bought with advance. Coffee at the bar that's worth €8. On arrival you withdraw €200 of the account just in case even though they tell you that only block you until you leave and then you return it 4 — 5 days later. It is only worth to sleep after a whole day in the city. The only good thing was the proximity to the Metro stop Galieni to take us fast from there. Ugly, insecure and depressing area. That's not Paris. Not recommended.

Novotel suite is really really a good and peaceful place. Furniture, curtains, toilet &washroom every thing are really good. Very kind and nice staff.

Not recommended! During a 2.5day stay I got stuck in the lift and woke up without any electricity in the room so lights etc. Were not working. As nobody is surprised about this I assume such things happen often. Rooms are big and ok but area is not recommended, no restaurant or anything in walking distance apart from McDonald's.

Room reserved for 3 people, on our arrival only what to receive 2 people at the level of the bathroom.
Also the room is really small for the price and especially for the number of people who can sleep there.

The 2nd day our 3 keys were de-magnetisée so difficult to access our room after a hard day. Plus we had to redo a round trip to the 11th with elevators down to re-magnetize our maps…!

This place has Thousands of travelers everyday. And the service is a bit challenging. Not as bad as the other mentioned reviews. Hotel is In heart of the Paris City and very close to the Eiffel tower. Esp if u stay on the 10+ floor, you get a clear view of the Eiffel tower.

Unpleasant reception, map of-magnetisée to 3 recovery for 1 night, remote control HS, important humidity in the bathroom with a lot of limestone in the showers, air conditioning programmed under 5 °. The hotel Restaurant offers a menu of the day but on your arrival in 20:45 while it is still displayed half the menu remains available without accompanying them offered with a slow and unpleasant service. All this for a fee of €189 breakfast included + €27 of meals the stay is expensive for a poor service.

Correct reception in a well-appointed hall.
Concerning me I was attending a conference so concerning the rooms and the rest I do not have an circumstantial opinion.
The location is perfect close to shops and transportation.

Decent hotel. Beds could hv been bigger. Breakfast menu could be broader. Take ur guests into account when you finalize it.

Stay away from this hotel if you like staying in a clean hygienic place. The washrooms are so smelly that you can not even stand there. I know some sites classifies this as a 4 star hotel but this hotel is not even close to any decent living space. The staff tried to show me other rooms too but it seems like its an an overall issue in general with almost all rooms. So it might come across as a cheap option in Paris but I would pay little bit more and find a better place. Breakfast buffet is also average with some very rude staff.

Great entrance hall, very nice and accessible, a bit disappointed with the room. After three days on the spot you can understand the breakfast room.

Not the best area for a hotel, but inside it is very nice and clean. The breakfast was average. Most staff were helpful and welcoming.

Our team had to wait for our rooms several hours. The carpet was discussing, group breakfast lousy. The area around the hotel was unclean and unpleasant.

Waiting time at check in, dirt on the night stand, bathroom door does not close, chair falling apart in room, fridge out of order. On paper it looks like 4 stars, but in reality… mmmhhh! But the access to Metro and bus is good, its only roughly 25 min from the city center and within city metro limits. Its a nice 3 stars from my family of two adults and two children of 10.

Relatively cheap but that's because it's located at the end of the subway line; about 30 minutes from City centre. The common areas like the lobby, bar, restaurant and reception looks nice but the rooms were very simple and basic. Unfortunately my room's A/C unit wasn't working so it was a bit of a discomfort. Staff did offer to move us but in the end we decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Impolite staff, airco not working — seems like you are sitting in an oven especially when you cannot open the windows for ventilation as they are fixed. Cafe has very limited number of dishes — to be precise only four. No good restaurants nearby so you do not have a choice if you are looking for a bite nearby the hotel. They say it is 4 star but I will say it is only 2 star and very overpriced. The only positive is that it is nearby metro. Will never be staying at this place if I visit paris again.

Rivarol kindly organised a banquet at home in full 93 with no respect for your use Negroes and towel without them your hotel pollute the perih and the a3 would not turn! Bravo for the recognition you are of my shits!

It was dirty and toilet smells. Big holes in the bedding. Was there for 5 days and not once did we get the 2 rooms that we had clean. The bathroom was in a bad state, rusty around the tap and black mildew around the bath. Hotel provide paper cup but I had to call twice to ask for a couple. I dont think it should be a 4 star. Our twin rooms were suppose to be a twin superior but it was not.

The room is wrong disenada. La bed has a clearance from the wall on one side of only 35 cm. The toilet is outside the bathroom. Carpets are quite old. The ea small and fixed window. The furniture has some broken things. The cover of walls is a dotted with dubious taste and quality. If it was a 2 star would be well but it has 4

See too, cars and taxi doomed cause VIGIPIRATE ramp… damage for the first impression has arrival for guests, while the hotel is very nice.

This hotel was billed as a four star hotel but the reviews had me nervous… I was relieved when I arrived. The lobby was nice. The rooms were small but nice and clean. Not outdated like other posters seem to claim. The staff was nice and patient. The location, while lacking sightseeing places outside your doorstep, is good. It is only a few minute walk to the metro station (conveniently located at the end of a line, so you never need to question if you’re going the right way) and if you walk like two minutes past that there is a shopping mall. I found the best thing about this is there is a grocery store/Walmart type store in there! They’ve got ample food and drink and on the 2nd floor they’ve got toys, clothes, and electronics. There one ice machine located on the main level…however, most of the times when I checked…there was no ice in there.

Very poor service. I think that they don't know the definition of service. The Worst accor hotel. Would never recommend to others.

Although that is far from the Centre of Paris, you have the terminal of the meter to 200 M, also a shopping center and an Auchan (hypermarket). It is comfortable, it has no good taste in its decoration and the normal breakfast. Their very friendly staff, always willing to collaborate in any doubt.

Bad hotel, dirty room, bad breakfast, l will not come back again.

We are currently staying at the hotel and we had to put a claim because they already are twice that when we arrived at the hotel we find the open door of pair in pair. When we have fallen to welcome all they tell us is to speak with those responsible so that does not happen again.
Lords of Novotel, when we arrived at their hotel asked us a credit card for your safety but are you responsible for the safety of their guests?
I have already been in several hotels in several countries, supposedly much less advanced than France, and it is the first time that this happens to me.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm going to tell my first night in this hotel July 7 of this year, the air conditioning in the room didn't work, at least in the 8tava floor, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, overwhelm because the windows are sealed, I thought to give me a shower or refrescarme, and by a breakdown there was no water, so I decided to get dressed and go down to take the air, and I am, at the entrance door of the hotel, the receptionist, the security and to the other guy pegandose and pushing, I left for a while to see if it ended the brawl, at least in the entrance hall was the air conditioning, I didn't see it as already finished that I went back to the room. Bad experience Hotel overwhelming, breakfast terrible, and a lack of variety, the room at least is of an acceptable size.

Smell of humidity, sealed windows, stained carpets. You enter the lobby of the hotel and you think that the experience is going to be excellent! But in the room is waiting for you another story. The staff luckily, always willing and always very friendly. This is safe because you don't sleep with the smell of humidity in your room.

Really bad hotel, Toilets are very very very small, toilet seat was really bad and is not the same size as the toilet; that it slips when you sit on it. Now for the room you are not allowed to open the window as they removed the handle, I am still in the hotel and it's in December and there is no central heating, the room which is called superior family room, is actually shitty small family room given that I have 5 yrs old and a baby, when we complained about the heating they brought a stupid electric heater that is very dangerous for kids and they have only 1 wall junction possible for this so we placed it below the nylon curtains (you can imagine how dangerous that is) they have free internet (terrible connection that keeps dropping wvery now and then), the room service didn't clean the room well at all, and for some stupid reason they placed the remote control for the TV under the bed sheets, and we only found it when we went to sleep, the TV is complete French except CNN and BBC, do you wanna watch news on your vacation? the Fridge was very small and almost not working I think, example if you put drinks in the lower shelf it becomes warm by time can you imagine it's still called a fridge! Summary: if you want to save your money and enjoy your time you should avoid this Hotel.

Good Service by the staff, Wifi is good in all areas of hotel. Room are comfortable.

4 star grade selfservice Hotel! When I wanted ice, She said "over there in the machine" And when I go, there was no ice in the machine. 4 stars? It so funnyyyyy! Hotelier, japanese woman. Too bad.

Negative aspects: dirty rugs, sofa bed as extra bed horribly uncomfortable, located in a neighborhood a little bad, small rooms. Positive: Its proximity to the metro and the Centre of Paris, its common areas and the friendly staff. Ultimately seems not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is OK for a 4 star hotel in Europe and got fee you can't get a room of this size in the center of Paris. One is can mobilize very well to the Centre by metro line 3.

Novotel Paris Est has nothing to Polish customers!
I made a reservation this morning for tomorrow night. Once the booking has been confirmed, I saw that the date was wrong, it was for today instead of tomorrow. I immediately contacted the Agency online, later the hotel. ADAMANT at Novotel Paris is. I asked to change the date, impossible. Reschedule or cancel the reservation free of charge. Novotel Paris Est does not assume its responsibilities, and throw everything on the Agency. And commercial gesture, then? They do not know it. When will I do a new booking at home? NOVOTEL PARIS NEVER IS. Miserable customer service.

A two star much serious for this hotel, horrible room. Terrible
The only thing is that it has bus and metro nearby and a shopping centre with supermarket, was the only downside of all the journey is lost long time.

BED BUG ** BED BUG ** BED BUG ** I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and found a bed bug in my bed. Besides that horrible experience, I would also say the breakfast area was too crowd and desorganized. Elevators very congested. I do not recomend at all.

Having read a lot of reviews before going to this hotel I was a bit nervous to say the least. OK so the area around it isn't great, but within 3 or 4 minutes from the bus and metro station I never saw any trouble or felt remotely unsafe, even late at night. As for the hotel, spotlessly clean throughout, room cleaned every day, all staff including cleaners extremely polite and helpful. Costs around 50.00 euro's for a taxi to CDG airport which takes around half an hour depending on traffic, and there are almost always 3 or 4 taxi's outside the hotel. There is a large supermarket and plenty of shops in the Gallieni centre right next to the metro station. So food is not a problem if on a budget (which we had to do now and again because I was unprepared for how expensive Paris is when you have 2 young children, so totally my fault) All in all I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel. Room a bit cramped. Beautiful lobby. Service could be a bit better. It is bad that you can not open the Windows in the rooms.

Although away from the Center has the metro station nearby, and just at the metro station this bus stop that it goes to the Louvre Museum. It is also very modern. I recommend it as all novo it hotels that exist.
