Not even the 3 stars dream! Sir mould my tapestry, electrical socket torn off, towels torn, small bed and dead sleep mattress, tiny room, no air conditioning… Not even a star … Big disappointment!

Simply horrible: the walls are lined with moisture, mold, carpets I dare not tell you more. At the limit of being closed for health reasons. Given the state of the rooms I didn't want to have breakfast for fear of finding myself with a cockroach on the plate. I did not understand the word 'new' in the name of the hotel. I advise against 100%

Hotel Pesimo The horrible receptionist professional, very arrogant and unattentive did not want to give us the room despite having it reserved because according to him did not come out on the computer, at the end was a failure of his and not only apologized.

What about positive? The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good. Mildew on the walls, humidity, breakfast which leaves to be desired for still 6 euros. We arrived in the room at more than 10pm and we had the pleasant surprise of falling on a room whose housekeeping had apparently not been done, the bed still dismantled. After that 2nd room with 2 single beds this time as more than double bed room. Then the manager proposes to us a third room with a double bed, oddly, but he was kind enough to warn us that this room was cold… Indeed, with the heating thoroughly and the 2 covers provided in addition, impossible to warm up at 30-minute stretch. Unthinkable to spend the night in this room in the month of February while it snows outside. The manager then returns to us, proposing to return to the 1st room because he had just cleaned and the bed (! ). Housekeeping at the go soon surely saw that there was a chocolate paper on the cupboard. What can I say about the fact that you hear the neighbor taking a shower, peeing, or in action with his partner?
Go your way. Pity for this location yet not bad, with good addresses nearby.

Very disappointing hotel. Some staff are very nice while some very rude. Room is very noisy. Especially when above rooms uses shower or flush toilet. Unbelievable. Will not let you sleep if you do not use ear buds. Rooms as simple as possible. Shower is almost impossible to use. No water pressure which means fight to get the water to wash yourself. It can be everything but a 3 star hotel! Honestly!

A great experience in this small hotel. I recommend.

Small Hotel quiet nothing exceptional but the sheets are clean the water is hot and welcoming staff for 55th I have nothing to say.

Good value for money Metro access a 5 minute walk. Night reception. Neighbors a little noisy.

Old carpet, bathroom below the minimum standard. Of positive, the nearby park is very nice and there are various Metro stations and Noctilien bus to travel even at night or to go to the airport early. Wi-Fi good.

Unequivocal traces of urine on the bowl and on the ground. Dirty room walls. The sheets and towels seemed clean. Bed not made from one day to the other: how to justify 3 stars? I did not dare to try breakfast.

The place is fine, but I didn't like the breakfast.
