Small rooms (like all in Paris).
The area is breakfast is very small, so I do not recommend this option for groups.
The service is good, especially the staff at night although we still did not understand because they lock the door and prevent early entry-egress.
In the booking conditions (per group) we requested breakfast first thing and were told that they would put a food in a takeaway box which did not exist and only gave us bread and a cup of untransportable coffee.
The area is good and has food options nearby being that Paris restaurant closes early.

Breakfast in the room was very small.

AC didn't work, very warm. We were in a rear corner room that was spacious (for Paris) and comfortable. 6th floor was nice, but the AC not working when there is tropical weather in Paris was miserable.

In Prestige room on the top floor. View near to 360 degree in Paris and in a rare space in this city. Well it has a cost certainly. Breakfast type mercury, nothing to complain about.

Location was close to where my meetings were. As for the rooms I have been a frequent business traveler for over 10 years and never stayed in a room that small. There was hardly any place to walk in it. I have stayed at this hotel twice and was assigned to closets posing as hotel rooms both times.

I have not stayed at this hotel and therefore do not judge its services, but I am riparian and the staff that allows to "pssss"-ter when I pass by… How elegant.

The quietness of the rooms is quite relative.

The reception in the daytime is good and friendly. The rooms are small it's a pity we expected better but they are pretty. By cons The personal night service I had a can scare this to mate and dredged heavily I would have done it.

I love this hotel always at the height the girls at the reception are Pro, I would always come back.

The person in charge of the reception at our arrival has shown a lack of competence and a minimal personal investment in his work. Successive promises not held as to the availability of our room that we only got at the end of the afternoon after our third return to the hotel, the first arrival took place at 12:30. Despite our calm and polite demands this person had obviously decided to take it easy that day and stick to the minimum "service". Experience quite unusual for us in an Accor group hotel that totally disorganized our afternoon. At check out we had a sorry speech from the person in charge… that's not enough. I highly recommend this hotel pending explanations. If these were convincing I will come back to amend this opinion.

After the clean-up in the hotel next door, we got a good room without reserving. Huge bathroom, comfortable beds. We were able to reduce the price quite a lot because we wanted to stay 4 nights. Breakfast: Standard, SB, small buffet drawback: No parking, next car park approx. 400 m. Have paid for 4 days €75. — which is favorable for Paris. We only drove by Metro and left the car. Voltaire metro station in front of the door.

Great location and good service. Central district of Paris with many things happening around and easy to navigate around. Probably not the best hotel of course but looks descent and clean. Good value for money.

Mini room, towels small and rough, next to the elevator, woken up at 6am, Breakfast with juice box marked as pressed, card charged to the reservation, in short, is not much worth the high price.

Very loud STAßENLÄRM when you live to the street (at night window on does not go), hotel staff not particularly friendly when looking for a room back asks. Otherwise clean, small but very centrl.

Great location, great morning buffet (although it would have been nice, if it was possible to get some glutenfree bread). The room was also nice. My girlfriend wrote You an e-mail to hear if there where glutenfree bread in the buffet, but she never got an answer. If there had been glutenfree bread, or if You had answered her mail I would have given You the last star. :-)

Good location but nothing spectacular. Fyi they charge 2.50 Euro for an espresso shot, which is outrageous.

Max 3* hotel, not 4* at all. There is no room service effectivelythe, staff is unhelpful, if you need smth from the reception, you should come down yourself (if you are naked, just from the shower — it is your problem). Very disappointed, very bad experience. Not suitable for business.

I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel double-charged us for our room and, despite assurances that they would process a refund expeditiously, almost three weeks later we have yet to hear anything. They have been unresponsive to emails and messages and unhelpful over the phone. Very frustrating and certainly detracted from our enjoyment of Paris. I could not recommend a stay with them.

Small room as often in Paris. Own. Well soundproofed. But not suitable if you want to work. Mini console desktop, barely enough to install a laptop.

Good hotel, in nice area. The room was small, the minibar was empty and they didn't supply the bathroom properly. Nothing major, though.

Great service to help with reservations, made sure I had everything I needed, comfortable bed and room with hot and clean shower. Big flat screen tv, metro 1min away… perfect lication for shopping, eating, and safe neighborhood too!

By taking a privilege room, you will have a very nice and big room with good bedding. The room is beautiful, in shades of pink. There is a very good perfume when we enter the hotel. It's clean, the team is very professional and efficient. There is a reader for ipod!

The staff is wonderful. We had excellent service from the reception desk to housekeeping to the breakfast room and from the manager, Charly. My wife was ill for two days and they were caring and went beyond expectations to be helpful. My one criticism is that we must sign in for the internet every 24 hours even though we are staying for a longer time.

The worst stay ever, the rooms are so small, there is no plase where to put your clothes, the locations far a way from everything, you need to take a train for 30 minutes to get near the Eiffel Tower, the most important thing is that the girls in the front desk plus the manager they had nasty attitude, they made me wait more than 3 hours in the lobby for the room to be cleand up, and the next morning I just left even though I paid for 4 nights, my american friends DO NOT PICK this place you will be disappointed 100% trust me, I paid close to $1000 extra and I'm so happy that I left that s**** hole, Ps: I'm a frequent traveler I know what's good for the $$$

This is a great hotel, with excellent accessories and facilities. We were in room overlooking the beautiful street. The walls could be slightly scrub, because the bathroom door. Some say not clear is what things. We also note that the shower curtain had a couple of (probably now) old blood stain, the shower curtain really should change. The staff is very helpful. It is worth mentioning that the hotel, around environment not is good, night we in hotel, stroll around when not feeling very comfortable.

Very good and the girls (Ana I think) at the Front desk help me book my rail pass to Brussels and how to get around Paris totally recommend. Great location Metro right outside the door, Room clean and staff was great, one month in Europe and the Manager and the Girls at the Front desk helped me alot!

Very good buffet Breakfast, friendly staff. For 4-star could be the cleanliness is still slightly better (carpet a bit stained). Also, if the TV program (only 1 German channel) and the Wi-Fi reception to be improved.

Despite the setting, the décor, bedding and hospitality that remained significant, our stay comporta some unpleasant surprises.
Infamous breakfast buffet (arrival 10:30 for a closing scheduled at 12: 00) : stale bread, coffee and cold milk, turned scrambled eggs and cold bacon in a bath of fat. Reason: "you came after all". Thank you the service.
No indication in the parking lot in the works for 1 year. Result, parking paying 1 km far (€31 for 12 to 24 hours of parking. )
Considering the price of the House and to the image of the channel it is also tolerable for a swinging door that separates the bathroom of the House.
To complete this wonderful and constant smell of urine and sewer lift in the room (rather order a sardine box of a room worthy of this name). A delight.
For a few euros more will stay at the hostel Flora on our next Paris visit.

Very clean, the staff is friendly and polite. The room is perfectly cleaned every day. The only problem we experienced was a weak Wi-Fi signal in the room.

It is a great hotel! the receptionist is good and speaks english very well. The room is average. A good bed and bahtroom. And clean. The breakfast is also good. It between La Bastille and Pere Lachese. And a subway not far away just a few steps. I've been there several times now. And I'm coming back every time. And you can park your car beside the hotel wich is from the hotel its self. And it cheap to park your car there.
