Quaint hotel. Nice location. Some great restaurants within a short walking distance. Front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaning job was not great — had to ask for towels and coffee everyday. Other than that it was really good.

ATTENTION: HOT SUMMER PROMO OFFER from 22.07.2018 — 25.07.2018 I paid two double rooms on the price of four at the same time (during midnight) I was threatened with police actions from the " very polite" and arrogant receptionist! Be careful and take care!

Were sent important documents from our collegues of our French office and this "polite" man lied that there were no documents for us. And that is not all. Our "double" rooms were with one cup for coffe, one soup and I and my roomy had to sleep in one bed with one blanket! And that is not all too. Our manager had to pay our and one another room TWICE! Because the reservation was cancelled. But we paid it by bank 3 months earlier and have dicuments for this. The man of reseption was the same "polite, " man of the day of our arriving. He laughed at us, told us to shut up and when our manager paid again the rooms, he called the police! On the next morning his behaviour was the same. When I check out he with laughing asked me am I fine. And his behaviour totally changed when I answered him in French. And he was was very kind with the French client. May be in this hotel have to be French if you want to have normal stay?! By the the way I and my group are EU citizens — from Bulgaria and work for great French pharmacutical company!

This hotel will charge you twice for one room and will ruin your vacantion with arrogant attitude and in the end they will call the police… On 22.07.2018, Sunday, our group of 12 people arrived in hotel La Trente in Paris.

Got room specifically for A/C but it really is very weak. The guy got breakfast a little bit ready for me early for flight great. Need more pillows in room, ask for extras when you check in because when you figure it out at night time the spares are all gone.

Absolutely beautiful place in Paris! After long overseas flight we arrived to hotel around 8am. Victoria was so kind to check us in as soon as room was available! We had a great clean room, yummy breakfast, comfortable beds ", staff was great, Al Khidir answered all our questions related with places to see in Paris and made our stay in beautiful Paris much enjoyable. Location is perfect, walking distance to all great restaurants in area and grocery stores, farmer's market with fresh veggies and fruits and delicious bakery. We appreciate all your kindness Al Khidir and looking forward for our next stay in beautiful Paris.

I recently stayed two nights at this hotel, which is OK concerning price, quality and location, however I strongly do NOT recommend to ask at the reception to order a taxi, as I did to catch a train from Gare du Nord. I got a "private" car and not a real taxi, and the costs of 27€ (! ) was obviously shared between the driver and the guy at the reception. Only cash payments and I never received a receipt, despite several requests to the driver and hotel (by email).

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSLE! Hotel room was very small, bathroom was also small and had a weird odor. Our AC didn’t work when we got to the room about 10:30-10:45ish we informed the front desk about it. They told us to give it about 20 min. We waited 30 min. We informed the front desk again. It was so hot in the room we had to sit in the hotel reading room to stay cool. About 2:00 am they finally put us in a new room, they gave us a room with one full bed in it. Our group was three people though so my mom and I sleep in the bed and my brother had to sleep in the room with no AC. So the next day they told us it would be fixed so we get back around 10:45 pm and they told us at the front desk they got it working. We get to the room and it’s blowing air but nothing cold enough to keep the room cool. They called up to our room to check on us and we told them it wasn’t cold. So the manager or whatever he was came up to check it out and put his hand in front of the AC and said it works and tried saying goodnight and leaving. My mom told him she was not happy. His reply was we gave you a room last night with ac and he walked out saying good night.

Small boutique hotel. Clean rooms, decent AC but a little weak for my taste. We had a balcony room, so we would open the doors at night to let more cool air in before bedtime. Room is small but clean. Safe did not work in our room and they never fixed it, even though we asked. I prefer to secure passports etc in them, but we just kept them on us for the 2 nights we were there. Beware the shower plumbing lines/nozzle area in the shower it burned my hand pretty good where I touched it. The metal gets extremely hot for some reason when you turn on the shower. But you have good hot water! Breakfast is not included in your stay so we never ate there. If I have to pay for breakfast I would rather go out to a cafe and get a hot croissant and a cappucino and sit outside to enjoy the view. Which is what we did. Overall, I would consider staying there again. It is walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.

A welcoming, charming and cosy place, this hotel close to the resorts and the centre of Megève will delight fans (or not) of the gliding. In addition, it is available personal lockers and single or multi-tenant rooms, for an acceptable price.

Great Hotel with a nice and courteous staff! Not far from the subway and located in a quiet residential area so far from the hustle and bustle. I advise you! I had a good time!

Stay very friendly and relaxing time in this hotel very discreet! We loved the calm that the hotel offers is located in a dead end. The staff is helpful and bilingual. We will surely return this summer.

Charming hotel, I loved our room! It's very comfy and welcoming. Not very far from the metro, we loved to stay here, mostly because of the silence at night. The hotel is in an dead-end, which means absolutely no traffic. :)

L'hôtel n'a fourni aucune assistance liée à un petit problème lors de la réunion Les gens font de petites erreurs tout le temps. Cet hôtel s'est assuré qu'ils prendraient leur temps pour retarder leur réponse à notre problème autant qu'ils le pourraient avec le temps maximum qu'ils pourraient trouver afin qu'ils puissent finalement nous dire qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous aider. Eh bien, pas de cervelle! Pourquoi pensez-vous que nous avons été si actifs dès que nous avons constaté qu'une erreur avait été commise? Le travail du manager n'est-il pas d'ÉCOUTER et de fournir une solution raisonnable à votre client? Cela me saute aux yeux que l'on peut être totalement inutile. La direction était condescendante et n'avait pas vraiment envie de nous aider. Pourquoi nous escroquer l'homme? Nous avons répondu très rapidement mais les responsables, apparemment, le pouvoir ultime est avec le gestionnaire, tout simplement refusé de nous aider! Cela peut être très facilement résolu, mais vous avez choisi les difficultés C'est le monde dans lequel nous vivons. Extremely painful and horrendous experience trying to resolve a minor issue. One star is purely for lack of customer care shown towards resolving minor issue with our reservation. Neither the agency nor the staff at this hotel bothered to read what our issue or our demand was. We had been extremely patient and polite since the beginning however they did not bother to properly look into our issue and offered no resolution what so ever. So now the hotel has taken a huge amount of money from us and would not assist us in anyway.

Excellent reception when arriving in the middle of the night, calm and charm in the appointment. The staff is adorable responds to all your requests and guide you also for your travel and visits in the capital. A perfect stop-over to rest in a neighborhood "village", very comfortable bed: I recommend.

Very good hotel. At the end of a small street with no end… so very very quiet, so isolated from the noise of paris. The setting is very cozy and the manager superb, very good reception and very good price / quality ratio. Thank you again for all of the team ☺️

I agree with other reviews. The manager of this hotel was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. She seems very arrogant, unhelpful, rude and will not help you with your request if you face any kind of problem all for a couple of hundred dollars. It's quite sad. The hotel has taken hundreds of dollars from us and refuse to offer any resolution. We ran into a small issue with our reservation. We don't know exactly how it happened but we acted immediately to fix it. We were incredibly patient and polite with the staff since the beginning but they kept giving us excuses after excuses for a good number of days until one day we finally found out that the hotel flat out refused to help us. Manager did not call or bother to offer any resolution. Our main issue is, why didn't they offer us a resolution by allowing us to change the dates or make new reservation? Why take so much time to respond to our issue? Why avoid talking to us for the longest time? Was a couple of thousands of dollars worth it in the end? As you can imagine, we were furious and pushed the hotel to work with us but they flat out refused. When we finally got hold of the manager, she was condescending in her tone, was incredibly rude and showed no sympathy for the trouble she had caused us and refused to offer any further help despite me still trying to be polite and patient with her. No accommodations offered, no alternate dates offered, nothing.

WARNING! To all future customers — Do NOT book this hotel. They will absolutely offer no assistance if you need to change travel plans or have any issues with your booking. They will take your money and then threaten you. — — — — — — — This is has to be the worst experience in my life dealing with a hotel. Everyone knows mistakes happen. This hotel made sure that they would take their sweet time to delay their response to our issue as much as they possibly could with the maximum time they could find so that ultimately they can simply tell us that the reservation is non refundable and that they cannot help us. Well no brainer! why do you think we have been so pro active as soon as we found an error had been made? Isn't the manager's job to LISTEN and provide a reasonable solution to your customer? It boggles my mind how utterly unhelpful one can be. Management here seems to be driven by greed and is also very cowardly, rude and unprofessional. If they wanted, they could have simply allowed us to make a new reservation or change the dates. They did not offer any resolution what so ever except telling us that it's no free cancellation. When we started to to have a dialogue with them, they refused to listen to us and started to threaten us and have refused us entry. They knew it was a big amount and decided to cash in on it That's not what customer service is especially when you rip someone off for about $2000.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with staff at this hotel. The accommodations were far from excellent. I had numerous issues getting basic issues fixed. Worst was dealing with the management here in regards to an issue I had with my booking. They were supposed to honor partial refund policy as per my booking in case I wanted to leave the hotel early due to some valid issue however the ill mannered and rude staff simply refused to accept this small request. There is no explanation for this except GREED. Being rude towards another human being so you can make a few hundred extra dollars is no way to live a happy life, it's just curse money thats not going to do you any good. Good luck. Never coming back at this hotel at the way greed takes over this hotel.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, brilliant rooms although no room service available. Awesome balcony and comfortable beds. Fantastic storage facilities and great interior decorating. Clean and working bathrooms. Highly recommend for a short term stay in Paris as the rooms are quite small but everything we needed.

! WARNING! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Management running this hotel is simply driven by greed. WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Everyone makes mistakes and a fraction of a second worth of error should not cost anyone $3000. The hotel has convoluted policies in place that can trick you into getting charged for rooms you did not intend to book. Once charged, they will take your money and wont give it back. I politely informed them about the error, which seems to have resulted from a technical error but they simply refuse to acknowledge or address the main issue and keep brining up the ' no refund or cancellation ' policy. Manager is being greedy and she is just seeing the $3000. Sadly, she also has no real knowledge about the law and it is actually illegal to steal one's money and then refuse them entry into the hotel especially when utilization of goods and services has not even taken place! By law, you are also supposed to address the issue and NOT avoid it like the manager has. Most hotels would simply acknowledge the issue, give you a refund and allow you to make a new reservation. Firstly, the people at this hotel cannot even speak English. Their excuse is the manager is away. How is this possible that manager is away for multiple days and you don't even have a clue when she is going to come back? I can just simply sue them for this thing and forget everything else. Red flag no.

In the big bunch all ok but not compare with 3 stars in Germany breakfast is typical French room quite small our has strongly smelled of smoke although a smoking ban Bund mold was also in the bathroom other room not possible because completely Booked.

Dissatisfied even for European Hotel. In room safe and refrigerator do not work with no concern by management. Room size compares to that on a cruise.

Good sized rooms, accommodating staff and in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle but close to some nice eateries which are reasonable priced and popular with the locals. Convenient for the Metro and there is a direct bus to Gare du Nord.

Very nice hotel that seems like it was recently renovated. Spacious room for a Paris hotel; our room had a queen size bed and sofa bed. Bathroom had a shower area separated by a curtain — probably the only downside, and it was not an issue for us. Staff was friendly, and the local shops, restaurants, and proximity of the metro station were big plusses.

Fantastic room, friendly staff. A bit out of the way from the touristy stuff, but located in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to metro. Also quite cheap for Paris.

A regular botique inn with well done up tiny rooms. Not enough space for placing articles for a large family in the room. Breakfast very inadequate and is a disappointment. Short staffed and no one available most of the time even to close/fix the broken down sofa cum bed shown in photo. Room service working in neighboring room not helpful despite requesting to fix the sofa cum bed. Close to Brochant tube and easy for travel. Many resto bars and eateries within 500 meters. Update 21st May 17 evening: As I returned to the Hotel by late evening, lady at the reception had already read the above comment and objected to the negative contents. Absolute lack of attitude, respect & hospitality for a customer's constructive criticism and portraying as if she was doing us a favor by allowing to live at this property despite us pre paying the full amount in 2016. The sofa cum bed problem has however been fixed for now. I am not changing my rating due to the rude behavior of the lady at the reception today evening.

Location is great next to metro and moulin rouge. Rooms are nice but after booking 2 of the same room, one of them was much smaller. Air conditioning did not work first night but maintenance worked on it so it worked remaining time. Friendly staff.

This place was Awesome! Clean, modern, comfortable bed and very helpful and accommodating staff. Close to Metro, shops and restaurants. Nice size room in a quiet neighborhood. Great french style breakfast. And did I say, great English speaking staff.

Amazing hotel. Good customer service. Minutes away from transit and not very far from any of the tourist locations.

Very clean, nice staff. Breakfast was very French and very appealing. Parking is a little expensive 33 Euros/day but typical of a big city.

Pleasant 3 day Stay.

A very good surprise when discovering this little hotel, and our room. Very clean and nice setting, new room, spacious shower. Staff very nice and professional. Breakfast buffet in the form of all-you-can-eat with lots of choice! We will definitely go back.

I started with 5 star review and changed my opinion on the last day of my 3 days stay. All was excellent until the last day. I paid eur40 to have my last day check out being extended to 430pm and when I returned to the hotel at 350pm, all my luggages have been taken to the lobby and being locked out of my room. Despite showing the receptionist my receipt, I was told that I did not inform them in the morning of my check out day that I have made such arrangement and the person …who processed my request did not pass on the message. Further, I was not informed earlier that I needed to remind the hotel that I have extended my check out time. I find this absurd. I seriously think that I should be given a refund as I have been cheated by the people running this hotel. I demand a satisfactory explanation and compensation. Been close to a month since the management wrote me an email and promising to investigate the matter. Not a single piece of news till now.

Excellent location, good decoration, very clean, all services, friendly people, is in good area, surrounded by restaurants.
