Fabulous. Great welcome clean silent. Breakfast and genuine… ideal potion. You're downtown but away from traffic… I fully recommend it.

First trip to Paris. Great service in the hotel and the building was immaculate. Rooms extremely clean. Good choices for breakfast. Would stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.

Tucked away behind the Madeleine and hence ideally located, this place offers stylish accommodation which are medium-sized by Paris standards. Windows on the street are well insulated, but for those of us who prefer to sleep with windows open, it's advisable to book the ones that face the court yard. The wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor has its own private patio and is super quiet, surprisingly. Continental breakfast in the basement is generous, you even get to boil your own eggs just the way you want them. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Beautiful rooms good bedding well located in relation to the main sites of Paris.

The door between bathroom and shower room is so weak that the floor get soaking wet. However other points are great. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is excellent. Staff are very friendly and hospitable, cleanliness and design of rooms are great. Location is the best, just 5 min to all directions like Louvre, Rue St Honore, Opera, Lafaette etc. We will definitely return to this pretty french cosy hotel.

The location (in the center and in a quiet street) and the quality of the hotel suit us.

We love staying at your hotel. The location is perfect, the decor is lovely, all facilities are available and the front staff are always very helpful and friendly. We only had one minor issue this time. Even when we put the "Do not Disturb" sign on our doors, the rooms had been tidied. Some days we did not want always need or require this service. We only speak basic French, so the warmth of your staff is very welcome. Thank you for another wonderful experience and we shall continue to recommend your hotel to our travelling friends.

The room is gorgeous, if a bit cozy. The staff had been wonderful and accommodating for me, a non-French speaker. The breakfast is very satisfying as well.

A hotel that hardly deserves 3 stars… small room, water room with mold, broken cupboard… a small breakfast where the only coffee machine is out of service, no chocolate milk, after strolling in the neighborhood there better and cheaper… to avoid ABSO Lutely.

IF YOU FORGET SOMETHING IN THE HOTEL — FORGET ABOUT IT! Spent 2 nights last week end in the Hotel with my daughter. It was her first visit in Paris.
We forgot her sleeping toy in the room. That was her favourite toy and she has been very upset since we arrived home.
Hotel didn't give us toy back during the same day, although our luggage was there until 7 pm after check in. And since the beginning of the week Hotel told me that they did not find a toy and I am, basically, ly…ing and there was no toy.
Reception even told me: "I would not that much upset. It's just a toy". Yep, just a toy for him, who has no kids, probably. But any parent, who has a kid with favourite sleeping toy would understand how much my daughter upset. And it is really ridiculous for me since this is the first time when Hotel didn't give me forgotten things back, didn't do the effort to find them and even not really sorry for that.

Boss who lets his delivery people block the street and laughs in the face of blocked motorists. Doing your job is no excuse to bother people on a Sunday night. A hotel boss without discomfort this is not good for the clientele…

We were made very welcome by Arnaud I think who was very very helpful and whose opinion we welcomed. On the last morning we went to the D'Orsay and came back to find Raphael who was as knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a delightful stay recommended by a family member,. Diane Middleton.

Great location very nearA lot of attractions. I thought it was a very good value not the fanciest place but very clean and will located staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel, calm and quiet. The rooms are small but not too much, suggested if you want to visit the city by going around. Staff is very kind and the position is excellent.

Is an excellent hotel, this place is more popular on the risk. Is this not the biggest hotels (although the size of the room was just right), and seems to be missing a bigger chain has pleasant things (like a swimming pool? ), But the fact is, there is little to be unloved.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Great location, walking distance to Place de la Concorde and close to Madeleine metro station. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Hotel is a bit pricey but… well It's Paris. :) Rooms are small but still comfy.

I went there for a banal midi. The reception was not friendly and the service not very fast. I ate a minced chicken with green beans. At the time, it was not exceptional. Two hours later, I threw up all my guts on the sidewalk. I had a rough time and I still remember.
Avoid.

Hotel remarkable… everything is provided for you to be nice.
The staff is very high availability, and exceptional efficiency Director, which is very important when a serious problem (loss of car).
The room itself has a very great comfort.
I hesitate a single second on my next visit, this is where I stay.

Very nice hotel with perfect location!

The hotel is very nice. A little bit pricy but this is central Paris so that is what you have to pay. Free Wi-Fi and very nice staff. Skip the breakfast there are some nice places around the corner were you can much better.
