Typical Parisian hotel. The rooms are very small but clean. The cleaning service is very efficient, the staff is available.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable with great views. The staff is very welcoming and we're kind enough to assist in English which was very helpful. The location was great as it is close to metro, many restaurants, shops and a popular plaza.

A big no. Friendly staff, but closet size rooms, and maze like hallways. Had to get another hotel.

Avoid Him like the plague! Bad!

I stayed here for 4 nights, and had a amazing experience! Very friendly workers and receptionists! Room was nice, a bit small buy nice and it's in a great location! Highly recommended!

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The establishment is clean. Having the coffee available is very nice for a comfortable arrival:) Thanks also to the Director of the establishment for his kindness.

Attention to the procedures of this hotel. After booking on the reservation site, the night watchman took a photocopy of my credit card and my driver's license on my arrival! It's the rules here, sir.
In order to get it back at the time of departure the next morning, the manager of hotel M indicated that he was obliged to keep it for 30 days to be sure to be paid!
This is contrary to all banking security rules and for info my card has just been hacked for internet purchases. But having no evidence at the moment I do not prejudge anything.

Very nice hotel, with welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend booking the breakfast with your room, they have fresh cakes and pastries every morning. The room was comfortable and clean. I'll definitely be back!

Admin staff is good. I think this hotel for one night stand only. Tiny rooms oriented for skinny people slippers not provided, you should buy them in advance. On breakfast you have boiled eggs, and many many bakery products from supermarket. Location is good to get to sightseeing. The best way to begin your journey is Tour Eiffel (from hotel to metrostation on train, your stop is Trocadero… ticket cost 1.90 € from special machine) but there's lines if you want to get on the top of Eiffel. Ticket 25 EUR. After you can go to Triumphal Arch approx 15-20 min from tower. Then go down on Rue de Ellysees street straightly to Louvre Museum (18 EUR) through Tuileries Garden, then go to Notre dame (free of charge) but before museum there are so many sightseeing around Ellysees (Place de la Concorde, Les Invalides, Montmartre)

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room! Perfect location, many necessities and amenities nearby. Odd to leave room key when you leave, but ç'est la vie! Great price, too.

I love the Marais, so this was a great location. A small hotel, but uses space efficiently. The small rooms are functional, clean, with good shower/toilet but not for lounging around in. Despite the location close to Le Republique, our room, not facing the street, was quiet all night. If you can get a good deal, definitely a good base for Paris-exploring.

Rooms a bit small but well furnished, bathroom renovated and modern. Comfortable, despite the reduced spaces. Very close to the metro of Place de la Republique, where many lines pass. Negative notes: The rooms that give on the street are noisy (better to have the caps), the spaces in general are very sacrificed, the breakfast is just enough, the price is certainly not cheap.

Impressive location. Room was better than expected and bathroom was awesome. We're on the 6th floor with wonderful views. Ideal for visiting Paris center on foot.

Very good location, very small room & fairly expensive! I think it's expensive as the room is pretty small but it's convenient and clean, okay for one person not for two, the location is great near the metro stations and near Place de la Republique & Mairie du 3eme in between Le Marais & Republique. Also note that hotels in Central Paris are expensive anyway. Tip: Ask for a quiet room, most rooms face the main street and this can be very noisy in the morning.

Great little hotel which is very well situated for exploring Paris. A short walk from the nearest metro but within easy walking distance of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Pompidou Centre. Room was small but well presented and very clean; bathroom was excellent with a fab shower. Breakfast is extra (24 euro for two which does seem a little steep) and we hadn't realised, so it hiked the cost a bit, however would definitely stay again and eat out.

What a nice surprise that this meeting with the relay of the Marsh and its staff!
We meet next to the Place de la République and nearby the swamp so in the heart of Paris and all this in a hotel entirely renovated with great taste and a bedding super comfort an undeniable value and as I said the staff always ready to give a service and to inform us as we need.

Serves a purpose, good location but it's small, so small you'd struggle to swing a cat in your room.

Worst accommodation and hotel room ever for 279, — € per night!
Very very tiny room, badly soundproofed and with a horrible vanilla smell in the room and a vinegar-based cleaner and toilett smell in the bathroom.
The Breakfast was also a nightmare.

I came 3 years ago for a week in Paris, and this time the hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are comfortable. The reception is warm, friendly staff. I was busy looking for a restaurant and the receptionist advised me perfectly.
Moreover, very well located. I recommend.

The hotel is under construction … maintenance. They are really rebuilding the hotel … construction work everywhere. False firealarm woke me up. Extremely small room. Even no space to walk inside. No cups or glasses. Bed is not comfortable or soft … makeup mirror is fixed for so tall people : (
They never mentioned they are doing maintenance.

The hotel is at a great location, next to metro station Rue du Temple and only 2 minutes from Republique with lots of metro lines available. You may even walk to Pompidou museum (~5 minutes) or Louvre (~10 minutes). The room, although small, was interestingly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was allways correct, although the weather outside was really cold (around 0°C while we stayed) and there was allways hot water available on the bath. The only issue is that the bathroom is distinguished by the room only by a thin glass (blurry) door next to the bed, which doesn't make it isolated at all (you may even hear or see what's going on inside there).

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were particularly courteous and helpful. They were very kindly about letting me practice my bad French (and about switching to English when I got in trouble). My single room on the 6th floor had a balcony, a beautiful view in both directions, a comfortable bed, and was very quiet at night. The hotel is easy walking distance from three different Metro stations, so it is a great location for exploring. A big monoprix in the next block and several good restaurants nearby, so it is good for a longish stay. I will definitely return.

Great location. Easy to reach when you come from Paris Gare Du Nord: direct line 5 to Place de République. Many restaurant options near the hotel. The breakfast is good value for money. Rooms facing Rue Tubirgo are a bit noisy: lot of street noise. Room was spacious and big bathroom.

Great location, the hotel remains disappointing.
After looking at the pictures of the rooms on Booking, I finally booked in this hotel which seemed to me a very good price.
Surprise on arrival, the room had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures I had ever seen. More than outdated decoration, mold on the walls, carpet dubious and stained sheets.
So to summarize bookings ensure well ask for a remodeled room! The 44 room is to be avoided.

Perfect and friendly home. We got answer all our questions about the visits and trips in Paris.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, but should be refreshed. Especially in the area of sanitary (sink chipped, attached).
The breakfast is really average. The service was not at the level of supply, but the products are good and well presented.
Wi — Fi is easy to use and present throughout the hotel.

Central location and cleanish but very tired decor compared to the entrance. Weird frosted glass door to bathroom, lit up the bedroom throughout night when one of us went in and you can see what's going on pretty clearly! Noisy outside on street. There was A/C but it was a bit temperamental. Saying that, it was still good value as by all accounts hotel rooms in Paris are generally small and expensive. Would consider going back.
