At first it was great, a nice welcoming receptionist guided me to the room
After that it started. Heat won't work in the evening,
But in the middle of the night at 3 am the fire alarm started. First time, it happens, second time I've told the receptionist if that it will sound one more time I am going to want my money back. (Like to do the "démarches")
The answer was "fuck off" and that I can write an email with the things that I ask for the money back. I asked kindly why did he responded like that, and he said that I was adding up to his stress, I understood that, I was peaceful and I told him he should speak like that to his clients
I really want to mention that it was not just it, I got why he was stressed and I told him, but it wasn't "agréable" what it was happening…
I recommend the hotel, it's nice for it's prices and for what it offers, but actually the staff should be more respectful of their clients… anyhow I want my money back I will keep you guys updated if I get them or not for this chaos.

My cell phone was stolen in the lobby of the hostel. The staff brushed it off, said it was my full responsibility, and didn't even look at the security cameras. A sad and horrible experience.
