A rare Parisian little gem. Charming boutique hotel on a quaint street, tastefully decorated, very clean and with family hotel vibe. The service is impeccable, warm and personable — a better experience than many four or five stars hotel I have been staying at. Must try.

Very good relation quality, services, price, although not located at the foot of the center, has connections to the side of the metro and easily to reach the most tourist sites, the best breakfast, good quality and abundant, which highlights with the breakfast of several Hotels of this level.

Unforgettable experience, lovely room and amazing staff made my first trip to Paris complete :)

A very good hotel, where the free Wi-Fi works excellent, good rooms and a generous breakfast that costs 10 euros per person. All the staff very attentive and cordial even when you could not communicate by the language. For those who speak Spanish, Charles can be your best host and very friendly. Excellent location between 2 metro line 13 stations and in a neighborhood where you can find all kinds of shops. The bathroom is small but that's a constant in Paris. Recommended!.

Small rooms, small bathrooms. You don't want to get stuck in the elevator. Stairs are also not easy to use. Otherwise clean nice staff.

Excellent staff. Very small room and not ready for the summer. It doesn't have air conditioning just a small fan. The price is very expensive for what it is.

Very pretty room, love the bed and shower. Located near to Pernetty and Plaisance so it is very simple to take the bus or metro. The service is also great.

Hotel very small but with rooms quite comfortable not recommended for wheelchair people since there is not a good lift.

A very nice and quiet * * hotel. The staff is very nice, friendly and courteous by the bank. Very attentive. The rooms are nice and kept, albeit small. But it has a very loving charm that you have to find somewhere else. Here you are happy and most of all very welcome.
We were in Paris for 5 days and would love to visit you again next time you come to Paris.

Room XTRA cosy wish with a fine plump and soft bedding! (hard to get out of bed to go to work!
Perfect breakfast with jams that they alone deserve to come more often.

Cheerful, colorful place. Desk staff all spoke English. Easy to access, quiet location. Every kind of tourist info and brochure is in the lobby. Super tiny room, toilet and bathroom. You can't close the toilet door if you're over 5'9". Wi-Fi worked well. They could use some extra hangers and hooks for clothes if two people are staying in a room or you end up living out of your suitcase. Overall a cute, nice place though. We had room 41, overlooking the back.

If you ask for warm and friendly place. Thats it.

We came here for 3 days the April before last, then were stranded by the volcano and had to stay another 5 days! Sophie and Francois were very helpful and considerate and we were eventually sorry to have to get the Eurostar back. Excellent hotel, clean with helpful staff, good location with shops, restaurants and metro.

Positive: — clean and nice room with TV and phone — kind staff (all receptionists spoke English) — good breakfast (possibility to eat outside in the small pleasant garden) — good location (near metro station — 20 minutes to main Paris attractions, nice restaurants, bars, shop very close) — Wi-Fi available (you get username and password on the reception) — quiet neighborhood Negative: — breakfast for extra costs (it was not mentioned before booking) — small room, toilet and bathroom — cannot recommend to oversized people — only French channels on TV.
