The Ibis staff put us up after huge travel delays on Eurostar left us dazed and confused at 2am at Gare de Nord. A party of 9 with 5 children was a big challenge, but the night staff were galant and saved the day with a great set of comfortable rooms and a fantastic view tasty breakfast. My 10 year old then left his favourite cuddly toy in the room and the Ibis team got it shipped home so it was waiting on return from holiday. Magnificent.

A very nice night, very nice room, breakfast not bad, and the top of the top of the bar with Matthew, who is absolutely amazing! What a pleasure to enjoy "real" cocktails. I still go over them with friends as soon as I have the opportunity just to enjoy Bramble. I recommend!

People at the front desk were very nice. It is close to the subway and there are nice restaurants about. I would probably not choose this location next time due to all of the sex shops just a block or 2 away. That's the reason for 4 stars. Location. Otherwise it has been great.

Hotel easy to access, well placed, but with many weaknesses. No deposit for passenger vehicles (reserved for taxis, buses and professional delivery workers). Possibility of parking with access right next to the hotel. However, to qualify for preferential rates, you must first check in at the hotel to obtain the counterremark (ask for an original in color, the cashier of the car park refuses any photocopy)
The rooms are small, all the same comfortable but the beds very narrow! (Station to the falls! ). Urgent need for renovation of bathrooms, yellow light not ideal for makeup, beds to replace (broken feet, wobble bed). No plug near the big mirror so to use a hair dryer other than that of the bathroom to get a blow dry…

The breakfast was very good. Fresh bread, baked pastries on site, fresh fruit etc… Possibility to request gluten-free products (individual breads with poppy and muffins)

Good value for money in a central location. We liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was really delicious, even if the rooms might be a bit larger. We had to wait a few minutes in the morning to get a seat. As a starting point for excursions, it is well located. Most of it can be done on foot in the centre. There are also shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. We would be staying there again. The last star does not exist because it was not very great or outstanding. If you are looking for something exclusive, you probably have to go somewhere else and also pay more money.

Good location at Montmartre at walking distance of local atractions and with a metro station very close. Its a standard Ibis, so its a simple hotel. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Long inhabited, later apologized compliment. Rooms require urgent repair, but when in the morning to the room without knocking falls painter paint the ceiling in the bathroom is overkill. Please add the third towel for the baby ignored several times. Very basic breakfast, coffee machines sometimes just didn't work. In general of all the Ibis this left the most controversial impression.
Some of the rooms have windows in the cemetery, which is under the windows in the truest sense of the word, keep in mind. Everything compensates for the location. 10 min walk to Sakr coeur Mulan Rouge. 5 minutes to the Metro. There are a lot of different catering and shops around.

Rooms are okay. Of course not super luxurious but they fulfill your purpose. The only funny thing is that there is no dustbin in the room itself.
To the breakfast buffet: The absolute worst breakfast I've had in my entire life.
An extremely small selection and on top of that you have to cook your own eggs. This means that you either have to stand next to the cooker for 9 minutes or jmd your egg is stealing and you are hitting up an uncooked in your hand!
Absolute No-Go!
Addition: The elevators are also not fully functional. You need one of the room cards to use them (understandable), but this system doesn't work half the time and you spend 5 minutes running the elevator or have to switch to another.
One should think that you don't need the map on higher floors. However, it is the case.

Except location, I could not find any benefit from this hotel. Smallest room without any accessories such as dental, razor, shampoo and no drinking water or tea maker. The hotel is not so low cost to do such cost reduction. I never stay here again. Bathroom shower was so slow flowing and hot/cold adjust is not working properly. No iron Box, no fridge, no slipper, no safe box… TV is with french channel only.

A bit weak, no mini-bar, bathroom boy, a view of a graveyard, it seems that if you hire a hotel by booking you are doomed to have an unpleasant view.

Location of this hotel is great, being 2-3 minute walk from the Metro and close to sacre cur for a great city view. Rooms are small but a decent size for a city hotel, as you'd expect with what you pay for an Ibis. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, upon arrival handing us a map of the local area, Paris tourist destinations and any additional information we required. Reception staff also printed us some documents which we needed immediately on request which was very helpful! A nice bar on the 1st floor to wind back after a days sightseeing, with a cheeky waiter who made us laugh alot! All channels except BBC world news worked on the TV which wasn't great as a non native speaker, but you're not on holiday to watch TV so didn't bother me! No noise leaking from other rooms which was refreshing, although unsure if there was other guests in adjacent rooms. Overall a great stay at a very competitive price, would recommend!

The location is very central, it is clean but you can see that the sanitary facilities are a bit older. The staff is nice and friendly.

A quiet place, with metro station and bus very close, had small shops on the same street as Moulin Rouge on the way back, the breakfast costs 10 euros but it is worth it, I loved the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very well equipped and the staff supports much of the tourist, don't hesitate to ask the front desk are very friendly. Superbly located to be able to go to the Louvre, Eiffel tower, arc de triomphe, champs elysées, etc.

Clean rooms, point Startegico (a stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge) and excellent value for lunch. The hotel is therefore a good 3 stars to recommend as a point of support for a trip to Paris of a few nights.

It is very clean, and staff is kind, but l think it is not suitable for family, because room is very small. There's not safety box in the room. There's not any facility like as refrigerator, slipper, no soap, … It is very simple, it's ok for business man. There's not enough outlet and we have problem to charge mobile and power bank, camera, and… There's not any outlet in bathroom.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice but basic. If your like me you don't spend a lot of time in your room anyways because your in Paris! It's a good place to rest your head and get ready for your day. They have breakfast and coffee available in the mornings and snacks and dinner available in the evening. The location couldn't be better right next to the metro and just a block away from the Moulin Rouge. There are a bunch of cafes and clubs around, plenty to do around the area. I left my phone and a couple of other things in my room when I checked out (I live in the States) I emailed them and they got back to me right away. They shipped my things back to me right away I received it a week later. They saved me a lot of hassle and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Yes the rooms were basic (we were hardly in it though) but they were very clean and comfortable and all staff were very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again, great value for money.

Only pleasure is your bohemian neighborhood. Nostalgia does not take roots in there.

For what you get… it does the job. The shower didn't work properly and you had to be quick or flood your room as the drain also didn't work. But it was relatively cheap and the staff were friendly.

I stayed in this hotel back in November, I left my nomination bracelet in the room. So I contacted the hotel and they found my bracelet but since then I have emailed them asking for my bracelet to be posted to me as it means a lot but no reply to any of the emails. Poor poor customer service!

The rooms are small, very clean everything. The location is fine but not ideal. The staff especially the one in the bar super attentive and well predisposed to help, and to try to communicate as we did not speak their language.

We had already been there seven years ago, it was not the same.
Too much noise to sleep serene, poorly soundproof. Maid who makes the room even with the "do not disturb".
A truck every morning at 7:00 with its nice recoil signal.
On the other hand, the bartender Mathieu is top.

Centrally located Hotel easily reachable with 2 metro lines. The area is well served by restaurants and eating places. The hotel offers an excellent and abundant breakfast buffet in 10. €50 a day, in the nearby rooms with the same amount you have to be satisfied with a cappuccino, a croissant and a juice. I recommend to ask for a room with cemetery view of Montmatre at the time of booking, the view is great.

The hotel is well connected and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean but are very basic. Well if you're going to be all day out there and just need a place to sleep.

Like all hotels in the Ibis chain, it is located in a strategic position with respect to the district where it is located, near a Metro stop (this is not very difficult, given the innumerable number of metro lines) and also very well Organized.
The rooms are small, but functional and clean, what you need when you travel.
Breakfast is great and buffet, so do not fast.
The staff is always up to par for any issues you may submit.

Web site advertising AC, when we arrive we had no air conditioning. There was a note hanging in elevator that they were working on it and would be up and running very soon. Management said it was turned off for the season and would not be turned on again. I have allergies and could not open the window. They did furnish ua a portable fan. I would not have booked the room, if I knew about turning it off for the season. False advertisement on the web site and again in the elevator is not acceptable. I ask the manager for a discount for the stay, ; he told me I would need to contact you. I am asking for a refund.

Breakfast was a chaotic experience — tasty fruit and pastries but slow restocking of cups and no restocking of pancakes. Bedroom small but ok — comfy bed. Door to bathroom needs renovating. Need to have a safe in the room. Towels tiny & tatty — this was a not a luxury stay but we didn't spend much time in it. Entrance area lovely.

We enjoyed our staying at the hotel, though we had some minor issues. The room is a bit small, but clean and cozy. The sink was malfunctioning and we had a leak in the bathroom, thus forced to use our towels to prevent the water from getting into the room. Another thing was that the temperature in the room was very low and there was no way to adjust it from the thermostat on the wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The experience very good, the hotel is in a central position, with a stop close to the metro, had everything in his surroundings, and the staff very friendly, especially the guy named Roger (or something similar) that spoke to us in Spanish and she explained everything super well.

Entered the room and it stank of cigarettes. Very first night a member of staff physically entered our room whilst we were sleeping, without knocking or anything. Really shook myself and my girlfriend up as we didn't feel safe.

The hotel is situated in a central location! The public transport services are excellent that link you to key areas of Paris. In the heart of Moulin Rouge, it is a lively area full of cafés, pubs and brasseries. The hotel's facilities are of a very good standard with adequate clean rooms and high quality of service.

Good hotel situated in montmartre, near the moulin rouge, the rooms are correct, clean and with attentive staff, the only but in my point of view is the breakfast, don't have a lot of variety, however what is there is delicious.

Quiet in the day time. Comfortable & convenient. Room located near bar and restaurant. From 4-6 am noisy staff. Moving stock, trollies and loudly speaking when outside for smoke and work other far from our window. As we got dressed at 9 am cleaner was coming into room without knocking first.

It was a nice stay. Clean n modern interior room. Our room window is overlooking the old cemetery. I would say the cemetery is beautiful with good landscaping. The location is great n u can easily find shop n restaurant within walking distance.

At our arrival the person at the front desk was rude and uncooperative. I had sent an email advising that we were 3 people instead of 2 and I was informed that they didn't have any knowledge of it. I offered to pay for the 3rd person and I was informed that it was not necessary because the price was for the room not per person. He was not accommodating at all. Finally they assigned us the room that was ridiculously small and they refused to give us 3 towels. Every night when we came back we had to ask for towels. I will never stay in on of these hotels.

It was a very good experience, the quality of the services and the willingness of the members of the hotel staff to fix the few problems raised. The language was not an insurmountable barrier, both in English and in Spanish. I liked the attitude of the manager approach during the breakfast (plentiful and quality) to consult us about our stay. I recommend that you take the time to check on the day of stay, because the price of accommodation varies day to day.

This hotel is very well located right next to Montmartre and Clichy square. It is very easy to get around on foot to enjoy the area. Subway station Place de Clichy is 150 m. Good value for money.

Great location, just 10 mins on foot from Moulin Rouge and about 15 mins from the Opera. Incredibly helpful personnal and ok brekkie. Reasonably priced too.

My experience in Ibis was very succesful, the personal is very nice and the room is clean. Moreover, the situation is fantastic.

I have flies gouged out next to my bed and on my nightstand. In addition we have a magnificent view (LOL) on waste me along the road.

The hotel was very tidy, the staff spoke perfect english. Also, the hotel is in a good location for tourism. I was there with my family and we all really enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Paris.

Stop being picky. You know what to find in an ibis and here you can find it. However, we paid for breakfast and still got charged every day (although at the end of the trip we showed receipts and the charges were lifted) and once they run out of breakfast at 8 leaving whoever paid or not without even a piece of bread.

Excellent yet inexpensive hotel, really great value. Located near The Moulin Rouge. Our stay was 75 euro per night, which for the second most expensive city in the world I consider a slick deal. Lobby and staff are welcoming. The hallways look and smell a little like an old person's home, but the rooms are lovely. I've never seen hard wood floors in a hotel room before! Rooms aren't exceptionally spacious, but have plenty of room. They have corner cubbies and shelves that really utilize and maximize the storage and space. The bathroom wasn't as nice as the rest of the room, but plenty fine. The shower has a divider, but it doesn't go all the way to the wall, so it's an open shower. Wifi is free for 24 hours per email account, so just use a fake email account and name (they're not checked) and you can use free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. Area is part of the red light district, but felt very touristy, I never felt unsafe.

The location is great, in the montmartre. They were very helpful and for the price that is, nothing more can be ordered. Rooms spacious and comfortable, good beds and service very correct.

I have stayed at this on several visits to Paris and found it quite good value for money. However, I have recently made several new bookings at the same hotel, but when I tried to check online to make sure that the bookings were OK I found that the "No reservation " sign showed for each booking. I have since, over a period of two days, made two requests to the hotel to verify my bookings. I am still waiting for a reply. NOT the way to treat incoming guests. Robert lee.

I suffered a robbery in the lobby of the hotel. Allowed a thief entering, Rob me and leave undisturbed. I haven't been witnessed, they called the police and I didn't receive any kind of assistance. They say to assist in Italian: false. Free Wi fi? Fake. Macabre graveyard view rooms. Do a little you.

If you're looking for a cheap, central-ish place to put your head down in Paris, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Friendly staff, small but functional rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast (although it does get overrun at peak times).

Considering the average price/facilities in Paris, I can recommend this hotel. 1) Position is very good, close to 2 metro stations, 5 minutes walk from upper Montmartre, safe location also for the evening (I never came back after 10pm anyway). 2) My room and the overall hotel was clean. 3) Hotel restaurant and breakfast average for an ibis, besides lots of brasseries and restaurants all around The only little remark could be to the reception desk, for the bill: couple of times I found 2 mistakes (higher bill then due), and had to ask for correction. But it's always a good habit to carefully check the amount due before checking out, and these kind of problems may always happen. Anyway they gave me back money on credit card and charge again, and the problem was easly and friendly over. Overall I strongly recomend IBIS montmartre, and if I will be back in Paris probably I will book again there Leo.
