Clean rooms, towels changed daily. Rooms not huge but comfortable and essential. Great location in a quiet neighborhood just 200 meters from the metro station "Convention". Reception open 24/24h with the staff available. Possibility to sit in the small courtyard of the hotel to enjoy a hot drink, available to the vending machine, at any time you want. Good breakfast based on sweet and salty. Only flaw is the rooms are not equipped with mini-bar in the room. For the rest a good structure.

Good Hotel, Near by Eiffel Tower. You can reach Eiffel Tower from here in around 15-20 minutes by Metro. Bir Hakeim is the Metro stop for Eiffel Tower in light Green Metro Line. Hotel is good and in very calm place. There are many restaurants and food court near by hotel. Indian restaurant is also nearby Ibis Hotel. Metro station is just 3 minutes walking distance from hotel around 500 meters.

Simple but nice. Good, central location but very quiet too. The rooms look as if they have been refurbished lately. Simple style, but nice and clean. Friendly staff who can speak English.

Average to poor experience. Rooms are tiny, so small that hardly any space left after keeping the two pieces of luggage. Amenities are nil. Even the trash bin is too small to contain even a day's rubbish. If you have options, avoid this hotel.

We originally loved the hotel but we were charged for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days even though we never once had breakfast at the hotel! Money was put on hold from our account at check-in and so we called the front desk after it didn't go back in our account a week later and the man said there was nothing he could do for us. It's a bit ridiculous that we would be charged £45+ for 2 days of breakfast when we never even went to look at the breakfast! It's unfortunate because we were already talking about staying at this hotel again. I would certainly not recommend this place unless you want to pay another £45 for nothing. Ridiculous.

The location is very convenient, close to a metro station. The staff is helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is very good.

Pretty old building so the stairs were kind of scary. Also the elavtor took 3 months to get to you. Other than that the room was pretty nice but a little small. It's Europe; everything is small.

Very useful location for both Convention and the Expo centre. Rooms are small as you might expect for the location but the value for money was high. Not enough seats in the breakfast area if most guests are heading to the same event and all want to eat at the same time.

Free Wi-Fi is a joke. It won't work, and they'll ask you to pay for a "fastest Wi-Fi", which actually is "the Wi-Fi that works" Smallest bathroom I have ever seen (and I've lived in Hong Kong) Staff were very nice though.

Any ibis always gives you security that dormiras well and comfortable at a reasonable price. This also gives it.

Room was clean albeit very tiny, air conditioned, polite and friendly staff and a really delicious breakfast served til 12pm! brilliant. good location too.

My son and I stayed in this hotel for five nights. I actually liked the fact that the hotel was small and cosy. Although small, the room for two was comfortable and very clean. The service was good and front desk staff were friendly. The location was central and suited us well.
