Very friendly personel, good location. Unfortunately those are the only positives. The sheets werent clean, no soap in the bathroom, unbelievably noisy at night.

A normal not expensive hotel, in a very pretty neighborhood. At the next metro station you can sell cigarettes. Marlboro red snouts charge 3 euros per pack. Nearby basilica, bike rental, bakery. A chic outdoor patio for a snack.

Room/bathroom very run-down, unpleasant smell in the room. It was dirty — even hygiene products of the guests and were still lying in the bathroom, also only loveless and unclean cleaning. Wi-Fi there, but very unstable. Not recommended. — Surroundings also very doubtful — you feel rather uncomfortable on the street in the evening.

Horrible area. Horrible Hotel. The sheets were dirty. The hotel does not have breakfast. You had to leave the key every time I went out. At night you could not leave because of the insecurity of the place. The only good thing is that it is close to the subway, the other horrible. I don't recommend it at all!

Horrible area of the place totally unpleasant to go out to the street and see many men selling drugs, besides being women look at you and tell you things, is dangerous the area, you have to be careful I do not recommend for anything, the hotel itself is dirty. The staff is friendly, the pillows are not comfortable the sheets had hair from other people and the bathroom also, you have to leave the key every time you go out and that does not please, do not get there. Away from all the tourist places.

They don't have there own parking as mentioned in the website and the rooms are small please don't trust the website.

Really causy hotel. As an asthmatic person I had no problems here. Rooms were really warm, even hot (back in February), rooms were cleaned every day. There is a kitchen with a fridge and microwave on the first floor where you can make yourself a coffee and eat. Hotel is really lose to the metro station, few grocery stores and McDonald. Around 7-9PM outside hotel starts "business hours". During these hours on the street people are offering to buy cigarettes, Chanel cosmetics, iphones, drugs and more.

Great place to stay, very convenient and easy to transport your self from their location.

Staff friendly But the room was unreasonable due to volume, very bright room, no outlets in Bettnähe and no in bathroom. Moreover, the situation after nightfall is more likely to be avoided.
The shower was in a sloping roof and so small that a man of over 1, 80m body size there did not fit. There was also a lot of rubble behind the toilet. So also our toilet aisle was more of a Tortour, we had booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night.
Despite the good price to which the rooms are offered, this hotel should be avoided better.

Good hotel, excellent location, people are and there is no porqye there are people Maghreb is bad neighborhood… depends on how open-minded you are. The subway close to 10 minutes walking from the center to 10 minutes of the Sacred Heart and the Red Mill… a pass and economic.

Correct room, clean bed table shower not very top in the sense that it is veillote and limit but that remains quite correct strong Point the staff very courteous and professional hotel Nice!

Basic hotel, it won't set the world on fire but the staff are helpful. Area is a bit dodgy though, great for back Packers, students.

Quite acceptable. Daily Cleaning, next to the station Barbés Rochechouart. Very diverse neighborhood. Towels, paper, changed daily, no extra charge. The only thing that the TV was not satellite, but with building antenna, as before. 24 hour goal, we have not had any problems, and have helped us in everything. There's a fresh market under the station every Wednesday.

Decent hotel very close to the North station. A bit noisy but more than enough for a short stay.

The hotel is not bad. The staff were friendly and the rooms are acceptable for the price. But the hotel is in an area that is scary, if you book try not to be late.

The area around the hotel is Ziehmlich crowded and dingy. My girlfriend and I felt uncomfortable every time we had to get back. The staff was friendly, unfortunately a lady could only be French so checking out was difficult. The room was fine. It was a little rundown but otherwise okay. The room was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable.
I would recommend it only for a short trip.

The hotel is nice and clean enough. The staff are really very friendly and helpful. We left at 5am and the receptionist was thoughtful to let us company outside the hotel while waiting for the taxi.
The hotel is a stone's throw from the Metro Barbas stop which allows you to go with at most a change anywhere.
There is a kitchen, shared with other guests, equipped with fridge and everything you need.
The only flaw is that the hotel is slightly outside the Montmartre district (of a cross) and there is a bit of degradation outside. In fact, there is a kind of market (abusive? ) food in front and not infrequently of the shady types have tried to sell us "stuff". I cannot deny that I had not had a bit of anxiety in returning to the hotel in the late evening.

All you need (a bed, shower and a common kitchen) if you want to enjoy the town instead of a hotel lobby. Nice and helpful staff and near to the Metro.

To the comments before. Yes the hotel is a bit older. You can not make sometimes old look like sometime new, but you can make the best out of it. And they did. The bathrooms where new tilled and looked cute. The shower was working great. The water was hot and clean. The rooms here painted new and they didn't have a carpet or something old like that. The price was totally great for overnighting in Paris. The staff was great and helpful. They had Wi-Fi. The area was a bit creepy at night, like everywhere in Paris outside the main tourist roads. The only reason I give four stars is that there was hair on the bed sheeds, even though they where washed and clean. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. It's only one station away from sacre coeur and the main train station north. You get around very easy and quick. So if you want to spend your time outside and explore Paris during your vacation, it's a great place to stay. If you wanna have all kind of luxury inside your room, then don't go there. We would go again!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The next metro station is less then 5 minutes away. The price is good. The rooms are small and can be cleaner. The Wi-Fi signal is not very strong in the rooms. There is a kitchen for free use.

I was really nervous when I selected this hotel initially online, however once I arrived and met the amazing staff, who made sure we were comfortable the entire time, the hotel, and the location, grew to be more of a hidden gem in every way. The room was clean and warm. The linens were fresh. The Wi-Fi and TV were a nice bonus. The proximity to the Metro (as is the case for most hotels in Paris) was convenient and having a kitchen on site, as well as the ability to walk a few doors own to the supermarket were some additional benefits. A twice weekly market across the street from the hotel made shopping even more fun. The staff knew us by name and we were treated like family. Not the most glamorous hotel in Paris but for a budget traveler seeking a great option for a few days, or longer (we stayed a week), this is a solid value where the hidden benefits simply aren't always apparent in the initial booking. I feel like after 20 years of going to Paris I finally found a place that suits my needs and my budget.

Cheap hotel, Like a school dormitory. Anyway, Very good staff, but not quite good location (africa of paris) dont feel very safe.

I had to spend a day in Paris because of a layover and this place was perfect. Nothing fancy, but 2 good beds and a big clean bathroom. The person at the front desk was helpful and had no problem understanding my poor french. If you are only staying for 1-4 days I would recommend it, as the rooms are a bit bare.

I booked (and paid) for a room with two beds, but when I arrived, only one room was available, with only one bed. The staff do not speak English and don't seem to bother much for your opinion or needs. I definitely do not recommend.

Night staff was friendly but other staff was rude. They have to close the hotel. They always complain about customers do. Even theirs lift was work out. No hitter, hairdry, changing sheet, new towel. you should go another.

Over priced, very shitty hotel, the staff is rude, prepotent and don't speak english, they don't clean your room, at our arrive the room was very dirty with pubic hair in the bed and in the bathroom and the wc was full of shit. Very bad experience.
