The rooms are a bit small but everything else is just fine. Great service and friendly folks.

Very lovely hotel, clean, good bedding, friendly staff and very pro (especially the lady of breakfast). The rooms are very quiet if you take the 4th or 5th floor, otherwise watch out for the noise of the subway. Very good breakfast with eggs, cheese, pastries.

Hotel well located and beautifully decorated. Appreciable comfort level for the price displayed. Good breakfast and little attention in the evening with an infusion served in the room. I'd be happy to go back.

I was there in Dec 2011. A cozy and cheap hotel close to the touristic sites on foot. I liked it.

Nice simple downtown hotel. Convenient place to sleep, would not offer much to those who like to hang out in the hotel.

Close to public transportation and supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and the Nation plaza. Clean and comfortable but the restrooms are small.

Hotel very clean, modern, close to 2 metro stops away. Breakfast very decent, staff pleasant, smiling, caring of our well being! That's happiness! This is not the first time for me, and it will not be the last, I will come with joy!

This has been my go-to hotel for when I visit Paris for its affordability, friendliness, and comfort. It's well-located and near the metro, but in a quiet neighborhood, which makes resting and relaxing (at the end of a fun day out) quite easy. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the front desk will help arrange transportation to the airport if you need it. Thank you!

Thing to know, the bar is open h24, but the map is light (3 bottle beers, and 3 bottle wines) The breakfast is very nice very happy with my stay here:)

It was a small hotel right on a main street that offered shops (bakery, cheeses, pharmacy) around a corner and close to a train station. A quick and short trip.

Friendly staff, modern, renovated rooms, breakfast with normal choice.

The host person is a real prison door.
The night watchman is on the other hand very friendly but it is not enough to make me want to come back.
Very average breakfast. Great proximity to 7:30 in the morning.

Well-placed hotel, a few steps from the Picpus metro and about 5 minutes from the nation. Rooms a little small but redone recently and nice. The staff are smiling and efficient. Good value for money in Paris.

Small room (more or less 40 cm on each side of the bed) and small breakfast room which is ok without more average Deco: The false hearth is of dubious taste.

Short stay at the Spring Hotel. And very good experience. My room was small but lovely, spotlessly clean with a very good quality bedding. The staff are very friendly and attentive. And all that with rates more than resonant. I finally found my drop-off point for my Parisian stays. I recommend.

Very well located, close to the metro, small room but perfectly functional and adapted, clean, sober, comfortable. Organic products in the bathroom, very good breakfast, nothing to complain about. I had a room on the street without hearing the noise of the street. The internal ventilation in the room is perhaps a bit noisy but just cut it to be quiet. Staff smiling and available 24/24. I will not hesitate to return.

Super location, 2 metro statins virtually at the door. Room small (that's in Paris), very clean, friendly staff.

This is definitely on my list of to go hotels. It was clean, decent and also on budget. I loved the service and ease from the hosts. I would recommend you going here.

We stayed at Hotel du Printemps this summer with our family of four and enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location, in a neighborhood, was perfect to retreat from the tourist busy Paris in the evenings. The hotel is conveniently located within close walking distance to a couple of Metro stations. Lots of great restaurants, bakeries, and stores are within walking distance of the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, bright, and nice size. The staff at this hotel is super friendly and very helpful. We will definitively stay at Hotel du Printemps again. Merci beaucoup!

Visited in August this year. What a beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to two metro stations. The neighbourhood is also lovely, with nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern and the bathroom seemed brand new. The hotel in general was just lovely and the staff were very helpful. I have no idea how it doesn't have a higher star rating. I will definitely stay here when I visit Paris again.

Amazing and charming hotel in the heart of Paris. Rooms are charming, quiet, all looks brand new and thumbs up of for such level of cleanliness. This family run business does honour to the whole profession. Highly recommended folks.

Stayed here recently as a group for the fitbit semi marathon. Great staff who warmly welcomed us and looked after all our needs during our stay in Paris. Hotel in quiet street near lots of eating places. Public transport close by. Excellent place. Throughly recommend. Would revisit. Thanks.

Not bad, not cheap, but after all, Paris centre, close to everything. Very close to business or travel, all very convenient. Shopping Centre, subway, sightseeing, beer, store, wine. Staff was very helpful, and speak English, they were willing, according to your requirements to provide additional services, and located in Paris, was. For the smoker's convenience.

Very near to the metro station. Bakery and restaurants nearby. And no nonsense friendly staff. Though a little far from the attractions and rooms a little small, but the hotel is great to stay, in a city where you could stay all day outdoors.

Nice small hotel. Rooms are usually small, but anyone looking for clean accommodation with good transport links, in the middle of Paris, in a quiet location, 24 h reception is spot-on with a very reasonable price here.
Breakfast had we not taken, but good looking.
Good: Clean bathroom. Walk-in shower. Elevator. Luggage storage on arrival / departure before / after check-in/out times. Free Wi-Fi is fast enough.
Negative:
Wi-Fi is not encrypted, registration / access via Hotspotbetreiber. So: best VPN key take. Encrypted Wi-Fi would be timely.
"Superior" room was the largest on the floor, but just as deep as two beds are wide. For a short trip but more than adequate.

Good location near the metro. Very fast service. Very very beautiful orchid. Good atmosphere, very nice server. We were offered sake with a little surprise at the bottom of the glass for both men and women.
