Nice place overall… A bit small but for a short stay is great.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Ibis. This is a budget hotel so don't expect chocolates on your pillows at night. We arrived early and we were greeted by friendly staff who let us put our cases into storage while our room was being made ready. We went for a lovely walk along the Crimée canal. When we returned our room was ready. 5th floor but we had to go in the lift to the 6th and walk down as 5th button didn't work (and still doesn't when we left). We had a few issues with the door card not working 3 out of the 4 days but the staff were quick to get it sorted. Room was basic bed table and a 16 inch gap in the wall with 4 coat hangers they call a wardrobe. No chest of drawers so most of our clothes were piled on the floor. Toilet and shower clean and shower worked well. TV showing all French channels except for CNN news no BBC news at all. Breakfast was continental with a choice of fresh fruit salad, a selection of yogurts, cold meat and cheese, fresh baked French bread, croissants and pain de chocolate. Selection of teas, coffees, juices and freshly squeezed orange all availability in a clean area. We used the hotel as a place to explore Paris from and loved every minute of our stay. Crimée Park and canal is a great place to walk day or evening and train stations that take you into the heart of Paris are just minutes walk away. This is our second visit to Paris and would put the Ibis on our list to stay when we return.

Very bad hotel consultants. Nobody do not understand how to send authorisation letter to charge the money from credit card I called 2 times and no reaction from your personal. This was our last booking at your hotel! bye.

The breakfast there is small, you shouldn't expect a big buffet. But apart from that it was tasty. The orange juice is selfmade, the croissants are fresh and when you are about to leave the hotel you can take a croissant or a coffee with you from a small table next to the exit. In the night it is very loud. I recommend to take some ear plugs with you. Despite that it was a quiet nice hotel for that price. Also it's right next to a metro and bus station and a train station.

It has the Ibis Style style, it has the color, but not the taste. Tiny room, NOT CLIM, sauna toilet, shower unsuitable for an adult of normal build. Orange pressed hot (it's top that at breakfast. ) Fruit juice: empty. So bof bof bof. For less expensive, air-conditioned room, large, there is a budget not far from the basin of la Villette.

Tiny room without air conditioning and with an infects odor coming from the pipes. Poor soundproofing and mold in the bathroom. Really not worth the price asked despite the efficient staff and the breakfast quite complete.

Hotels very far from the advertised quality (8 nights) 1 night room with an unbearable mildew odor, change for other nights not better clogged sink, sewer odor, too thin wall I've heard the sexual antics of my neighbors several times.
Despite reporting to the staff for the sink it is still clogged.
Advice, flee from this hotel, incompetent staff, mediocre services.

Very bad hotel. Overvalued benefits. The hotel is rather a "Budget" and not a "Style". It's a ridiculous noise.
Room Service not listening to your requests. Single bed. Furniture in bad condition. Smell of humidity in the rooms… Short to avoid!

Rooms clean breakfast good, courteous staff but contrary to what is written on the presentation of the hotel does not speak Italian.

We booked for two nights in this hotel with booking with of course booking confirmation. We arrive on Paris in the evening and therefore we call the hotel to prevent our arrival and the person of Saturday night (31 March 2018) around 9pm clearly told us that there was no reservation made at home that basically it was strictly for nothing that we Come (While we had the mail stating that our room was well booked) and this gentleman was awful and cold to the highest point without wanting to help us for a second! It's a shame to leave people like that! Especially as you are a chain and you could have contacted other hotels in your channel to see what you could do! And this gentleman allowed himself to hang on to us in addition because we wanted to come to PR that he finds us a solution! Never again would I book at an Ibis! And this man has to change his profession!

5th floor, Room 506, small work to be planned in the bathroom. 2 nights spent in this room with clogged toilets, posted as soon as we arrived, claimed several times, to different people, nothing was done, I even asked to destop to do it myself, the person at the reception told me he was going to do it, has He really did, I don't know. If there had not been this inconvenience, I would have had nothing to say of really negative, but there…

Breakfast was good, tiny rooms with strange scent and staff willing to help, but not familiar with their computer.

I went to this hotel for a 5 day training (from 12 to 16 February 2018). My first room did not smell good, strong product smell in the room and sewer lift in the bathroom. The reception changed me room the next day and offered me a drink to apologize for the inconvenience. The second room was much better, despite the presence of carpeting all over the hotel (I am allergic to mites) it remains correct. The cleaning is not pushed to the bottom but remains correct, breakfasts included with wide choice open from 6h to 10h. The only downside was the badge to access my door which was not working, so after climbing the 2 floors I had to go back down to reactivate my badge at the reception and finally get up in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good if you ignore the context. Noisy and dirty neighborhood. But the rooms are fine. Too bad the mattresses are 2 × 90 and not 1 × 160. Because you can only enjoy one side of the bed when you're alone.

In addition to the bad location (popular quarter, Metro to 10 minutes but that forces you at least to a change for any destination) The hotel is below the IBIS standards for cleanliness (ground dust and stained sheets), rooms (narrow and with separate WC without Sink) and breakfast (less choice, no eggs, after a certain hour there is nothing left).

The room was just fine, but the staff was NOT FRIENDLY. We will definitely comeback to the lovely city of Paris but NOT TO THIS HOTEL!

Absolutely disgusted. Poor service, manager is a n absolute dog. Wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to go here. Workers need to get decent manners. What a scam… they took my $200 AUD.

The Hotel was very comfortable.

With an arrival to the 5h the reception was pleasant, however the room was very cold. Plus with the go and just want I can't say that the walls are thick. Except, in the whole C is not bad.

We had booked two rooms for two nights on full advance payment. The woman possibly named Jacqueline, at check in desk was rude and refused to accept our vouchers without stating any reason. It took us 45 minutes and multiple calls from travel agent, before she relented and accepted that payment had indeed been received. The rooms were small and toilets like pigeon holes. The good part was the location close to train station and eateries. The breakfast is served at basement and has limited choices. There is no provision of preparing tea or coffee in rooms. Overall, a stay which I would prefer to forget.

We had a small room for 2 people, so a little bit cramped but nice room with on suite. Lift was out of order so had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was standard French food. Location is on the edge of Paris so we use a lot of public transport mainly the metro (trains) which is easy to use and quite cheap to get to each attraction. Parking is a lock up/multi storage just a few metres down from 15€ a day.

The room was tiny, but clear. The view wasn't the best, we saw our neighbours roof, but at least it was quite. The room walls are super thin, not soundproof at all, we could hear our neighbours talking. The breakfast wasn't the best, one type of ham, one type of cheese, yogurt, croissant, baguette and that's it. The girls at reception don't speak English well, but they can understand it at least.

The hotel itself was good and staff was nice and helpful. My reason for giving it two stars is that they seem to need more maintenance o. Services they offer. For example, I went to turn on the shower and no hot water. I called reception and hey said to leave it on for 10 minutes which did nothing. I called again and they sent someone to look Into it which they did fix. Then the elevator stopped working on Thursday and it was Saturday and still was not fixed. I had to drag multiple luggages up the stairs to third floor. Finally the Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day. Again not a bad hotel but needs more attention to maintenance and upkeep of services. Breakfast was all croissants and breads but no eggs or bacon as other hotels typically offer.

The rooms very small but cosy, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was very nice as well and served until 11 at the weekend, but focused too much on sweet options. The walls were very thin so you can hear a lit of the other rooms if someone is a bit noisier and some of the staff could be a bit friendlier.

I have a journey made in late February, this was very nice the hotel was very good. Unfortunately, there has been an error on the part of the deduction of the cost then. Ibis has booked off incorrectly twice. Now wait I for several weeks on the reverse for a week reservation. I'll put off again and again. But nothing happens. No notification on the part of Accor or the hotel. On Monday I pass it now a lawyer.
Can only say, what will be charged to watch! It otherwise runs behind the money. I think it's a nerve!

Service rotten, even the time to listen to a telephone booking and besides, the person answering you done a politeness lesson! NO MATTER WHAT! He must decide in the end, who is the client and the worker.
Tip: never booked in this hotel of rudeness!

Old Parisian hotel renovated in ibis style. Street side of Crimea impossible a lie-in, double glazing is of poor quality. Heavy traffic in the room. Room b in the cellar, of course. Room without charm, basic buffet, nothing exceptional. No newspapers with his coffee. Correct price if booking in advance € 73, otherwise up to € 140 150 at the last minute, and there it is theft.

Extremely ugly and small room. Really hate it.
