This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Filthy, antipaticissimo staff, and absent service.
After booking in advance via the internet, arrived at Mr. Smile (a guy who is 7 days he never smiled or said hello even by mistake) asked us to pay everything up front (ever). The reception not waving, I greeted and introduced myself. Their only response was to introduce the Bill in advance.
The rooms (I've seen two) are filthy. I had requested a double bed and got two single beds stuck together (it can happen). Also bedspreads, sheets (routes) and the covers were for single beds (this should not happen). On dirty carpeting there was a refusal (it was those plastic bags of the straws of juices in carton), deliberately I removed to see when they would have. I surrendered I threw myself on the fifth day.
The bathroom was never cleaned, the sheets never changed. What I did was: Add toilet paper, change the two large towels and cover the bed with bed covers (not drew the beds but covered only). Last night did not do that either, they forgot to come. They have therefore not changed the towels. Of course I remonstrated with the result of having a measly symbolic repayment.
About the breakfast is all "numbered". In the sense that for each guest there is a small box of baugette, jam (those little plastic), a croissant (poor ones), a tissue, a glass of orange juice (from discount) and a hot cup of black coffee, tea and a cappuccino. Any further request is rejected. I asked for a can of jam and I was denied, I asked for a sandwich and I was denied, same for the croissant. The tissue of the damage, but no more than one. Touch everything with your hands in front of you. Touch the bread and croissants.
The good news is the price, but risking disease to save doesn't seem wise.
