Beautifully clean, attentive staff. Cosy room but we'll designed and an excellent location 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location. 5 minutes away (walking) to Eiffel Tower. Pricey! Tiny rooms but from some of them you can see the tip of the Tower. Their elevator is so tiny that you can hardly fit one person with one piece of luggage at a time. I had never seen something so small. Good restaurants, bakeries and cafés nearby. Conveniently located next to a supermarket where you can buy fresh baguettes and pastries if you are on the run. You can also squeeze your own orange juice. Also a few steps away from subway station.

Amazing view from the room on the 7th floor.

The very best thing about the hotel is the location. Few steps from the subway station, a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower. There are also restaurants, carrefour and all sorts of stores around. The room I stayed at is small, clean, modern shower, safe, and a nice view of the street.

I liked it-1. Proximity to the Eiffel Tower. 2. In 5 steps supermarket and Metro. 3. Nice room-fresh renovation and new plumbing, wide bed, nice and comfortable mattress. Very good location. 5. Amused by a small elevator, which with his daughter called "Locker.

Stayed at this hotel several times before having done the renovations. After the renovation the price for the rooms was higher, so no longer lived in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the service was excellent. On the 5th floor there was a balcony with a beautiful view of the military school and the street La Motte-Picquet. On the 4th floor on the other side was seen the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Great location. Tiny tiny elevator but worth it. Friendly staff called us a cab. Would visit again. Super close to the Eiffel Tower.

I recommend this place — The staff are amazing — 5 stars — Location is good and close to a metro station — 3.5 stars — Rooms are clean and nice — 4 stars — elevator is very very very small — 0 stars (you will be surprised how small it is)

Good location. Clean hotel. Very small rooms. Very small lift (and many stairs if you can't get lift due to long wait or too many people). Staff was nice throughout the staff except when it came to checking out of the hotel. I told David at reception that I was in a hurry, but he did not have a care in the world. He kept going round in circles (which made me very frustrated). I then said I was leaving and he could just charge my credit card, and then his attitude went even worse. He said that I couldn't leave until I paid and that he would call the police. When I went to pay, again, there was no urgency, and he said a sly comment. A very rude human which ruined the entire stay. I have been travelling for over 5 months and have not met anyone this rude.

A 2 star hotel. Quite, clean yet small rooms with little amenities. Next to metro and the famous Rue Cler.

Best location for Eiffel. The location and reasonable price were the reason to book this hotel. The room was quite small, the shower/bath… mini — but that didn't matter. W-Lan is there — but is more worthy of improvement.

A grocery store is right next door. Very practical.

Our room is spacious and comfortable, recently renovated. View of the Eiffel tower. Breakfast is reasonable and well stocked. So quiet at night. Wonderful stay.

Little extra room, very poor staff, who received us at the check-in unpleasant. Wi-fi is terrible. The only good thing is the location, the rest deplorable.

We loved to stay there due to the location. Right next to a supermarket, a metro station and a walk to Tour Eiffel. It was amazing to see it at night, shining. :).
