This is a very good hotel, in an excellent position to get everywhere in Paristhe guys were so very helpful as the airline lost our luggage for a couple of days.

This hotel is great really near a metro station. Rooms are great clean with tea & coffee available in your room.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is good with a variety to choose from.
Would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

This place in infested with bed bugs. My fiancé is covered in over 40 bed bug bites and had to go to the doctor from the extreme itching. We were in two rooms since our first had bed bugs and the second had the on the pillows and on the walls. Disgusting.

Three-stars doesn’t mean it isn’t good, this place is affordable and close to a metro. Yes, the room we had was small, but it’s cozy and affordable. We didn’t get the breakfast because there are so many wonderful pastry shops nearby.

Lots of begbugs… staffs tried to help but nothing they can do against bedbugs really.

Not a bad place to stay, not 5 star accommodation but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The included breakfast was better than I expected and it is centrally located close to a lot of restaurants and the metro.

We stayed here for five nights. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are rather small but neatly done. Great location, Cadet Metro is 5 minutes walk. Reasonably priced.

The hotel is good, though always had to wander, look for it in the narrow streets. It's 30 minutes to the Opera. Single room — tiny room, reminding me of the room DArtanyan) ) The window overlooked a remote courtyard-well, so it was stuffy. The room has everything: plumbing is good, shower cubicle, hairdryer, slippers, kettle with accessories, TV, air conditioning (there is only a refrigerator). Cleaned very well, towels if on the floor changed every day, gels, soap were updated. The staff are helpful, always willing to help. Euro breakfasts, normal, we had enough. Such a miniature, quiet hotel.

Strategically close to the metro and not far to walk from the city center, even for those who prefer to enjoy walking the town.
Decently clean compared to Italian standards, managed and almost family run, by courteous staff is available.
In the vicinity are also considered The supermarket for supplying not only "subsistence", And The bistros along the avenues.
To Be taken seriously for stays higher than the week.

Nice people that work there and a nice location. But all three of us have bedbug bites and marks. There where definitely bedbugs the beds. Im still itchy!

Standard square rooms for Parisians. Heating with a split system. The area is quiet, near the metro, grocery stores. The beds in the double room are separate with separate mattresses.

Hotel is very well communicated metro station Cadette. One of the receptionists, very attentive and speaks Spanish, the rest correcti. We took triple room and to our surprise, after seeing all the pictures of the web and the comments was to find us with a plegatin with little space to access the beds and the views were to a wall of gray, and not a drop of natural light, nothing to do with the photos of the web. Cleaning very good and the rest correct.

Great little Hotel, clean and tidy, staff extremely helpful, the concierge helped us choose a bus route, provided us with a bottle opening service and booked our cab to the airport. Breakfast was lovely, continental with different breads cheeses and pastries, fruits, cereals and lovely fresh coffee.
Central location for all main City sights, we walked to Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur bussed it to Eiffel Tower then walked back via Arc de Triomphe. To get 5 stars it would have to replace the carpets, improve the bar facilities
And provide proper double beds.

Great location. It's clean, tidy. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. There is a subway station that can reach any part of the city. Minus-Standard room windows go into the inner ventilation well and they serve the same breakfast each morning without changing the menu.

I stay in December 2009, four nights… room very comfortable, good breakfast, good location and a short walk from the station, Cadet metro… what I also recommend for the fine attention of the staff.

I'm fairly certain that breakfast was included in the price according to the description provided by Hotwire, but the receptionist told me my registration he was not included in my rate and cost €12 the day. This seemed at times too, when it comes to what we offered, and disappointing because I was not expecting this supplement.
In any case, the room was small but clean, with a very contemporary look. Some have complained about the noise from the street, but I did have a problem; the neighborhood is relatively quiet despite its central location. A comfortable bed and a relatively spacious and well-lit bathroom.
Anyway, I had a good stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel in a quiet street. Very close to Metro Cadet. Suitable as a base for sightseeing. Supermarket around the corner with food and drink.

I stayed here in the mid 1970's when it was the cheapest place in town. I had been at the Youth Hostile for 25 Franks a night. The Hotel PAX was 5 franks 50 centimes a night or about $8 US a night in 1975 money. That said it's about the same price as a very cheep motel in the US. In todays money I'd put its value at $40 US a night or 60 euros. They now want 99 euros a night which is still cheep by Paris standards but overpriced by MY standards. This is a 2 star hotel, don't kid yourself. Still I enjoyed it then and I'd enjoy it now except then I could deal with a 5 flight walk up — today I can't.
