I recommend Hotel Noir to everyone! We had a two-level suite, so I can't judge about the other rooms. The room was clean, cleaned every day and changed towels. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking girl Anna, who has always been kind to us and prompted everything. Not far from the hotel there are excellent restaurants, shop, subway and bus stop.
Of the cons I note the lack of a refrigerator in the room and a monotonous breakfast. For breakfast every morning served orange juice, coffee, croissant, baguette and sweet bun in addition to butter and jam. Breakfast costs 9 euros.

But what a home my friends! The employees are very helpful and pleasant, it is an unnamed joy to find themselves served by very competent people. No complaints about cleanliness. Only thing, the room only had an electrical outlet in the direct vicinity of the bed. Very nice decoration.

Very staff staff but when we arrived at 11am we were told that we could not get into the room until 2 pm when we returned at 2pm, our room was still not cleaned.
The hotel would have to be newly furnished the furniture, the bathroom in the room and the lobby are quite old.

Hotel very well located in the center, 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and 15 from the Eiffel tower.
It is an old apartment block remodeled with a lot of charm, the decor is unquestionably unique.
The reception was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff including the owner. Stylish monochrome fashion photographs adorn the walls. A suite was a perfect option with a child as she could sleep in adjoining room. A lift helped with luggage. The small bar at reception was refreshing and the breakfast was terrific with fab coffee and delicious fresh pastries. They also have free Wi-Fi for guests. Since we have had family stay there which was fine for them. Don't expect huge rooms, this is Paris. The restaurant across the road is good too.

Good surprise when arriving at the hotel, we were upgraded to suite and what suite: The 41 duplex with private terrace! Wow effect by discovering the places and the size of our room. We loved the décor and especially the mirrors covering the cupboards to the left of the bed that give a naughty side, while staying chic. Seen the cold outside, we stayed warm under the duvet but we imagine well in the same place this summer, in the sun with a glass of rosé in hand:) thanks to the whole team, friendly and helpful for this Sunday of Kiff.

Very good hotel. Very nice staff. Home really perfect. The breakfast is very good. The upgraded suite at our disposal in the place of a room really enchanted us. The decoration comes out of the ordinary. It's really great. We will return on a next trip to Paris.

We absolutely loved it here. The neighbourhood was so quiet and safe, I never thought twice about walking around at 1am with my teenagers (14 & 18). Being from Canada, it was exactly what we were looking for, a taste of old Paris.

Great little boutique hotel with quirky interior decoration and really neat rooms with old-building character.

The decoration can be astonishing at first but the reception is nice, the clean rooms and the breakfast very good.

Amazing Hotel. Everything is painted black (yes, that's the name), which gives a pretty dark atmosphere, with a very special decoration (black and white photos, American style year 60). Apart from that, minimalist rooms, but clean. It's the job, to spend a night.
