This is definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. It was sweltering hot. Noisy. In the morning with the sun burning the room. There is no elevator and if you are on the sixth floor… It is a rough climb with bags… The bathroom door doesn't lock and leaked shower water. Only one of the lights worked and one the towels had blood in them and insects began flying around at night. They lock the whole hotel at 1am and we had to call to get someone to open it… Who also didn't speak english. Though in retrospect it probably would only have been marginally worse to wander Paris at night since it's impossible to get any sleep here. Checked out early a day and just booked a different hotel nearby than suffer on vacation living in a insect and sweltering hot dump.

Good location for metro and restaurants/bars. Good value and the larger apartmenrs are a nice size and even a dishwasher. It's a lively but safe spot, but not quiet on the road/view side at night. Good facilities nearby such a Carfour City mini supermarket, butcher and baker all within 2 minutes walk. Metro is 4-5 minutes and manageble with wheeled suitcases.

For those still considering where to spent or doing findings where to sleep with your family and friends in Paris, this is the place to be. Clean, with the best location to get to Sacre Couer and the beauty of Paris, organized and quite good for couples and kids. The love, reception and hospitality of the staff is beyond words to describe, you will never get tired being with them and they always serve their guest to the utmost respect, diligence and without being tired. Consider staying a night in this place and you will find out yourself tempted for month.

In Paris, not the best place, but for the price the hotel bedroom was good.

Great location metro station not a far walk. The reception staff are very helpful they give you a map when you arrive and mark on it things to do. The place to eat on the corner that they recommend was lovley the menu was in French but the waiter did his best to translate for us and the food was delicious. Only negative is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working and the night staff weren't helpful or polite but as soon as the air conditioning was mentioned to reception the following morning we were moved rooms. Can't fault this place in the slightest and will deffinetly be visiting again.

Very good hotel. Everything we wanted, balcony, seperate kitchen, good size bathroom. This is best for the price.

It is a hotel residence, to be taken for what it is. Small things to correct anyway, from the recesses on the doors, the shower gel dispenser that no longer works. Otherwise it's good.

Many rooms overlook the Sacred Heart, beautiful view. Friendly service, good prices. I would also recommend it for family weekends with children. Glad I chose it, though… Bathrooms and lift are to be renovated.

L'alberghetto to the extent of large families with minimalist apartments without too much glitz or luxuries but functional with a microwave oven and decent cleanliness. Only downside… if you have the room on the 5th floor The elevator is small one/two people… reception kindness and sympathy (polylingual)

Clean but small apartment compared to the pictures on the website, the area is not recommended much dirt in the streets and people dedicated to the hustle gives the feeling of insecurity.

3 days stay in this magical place where love is everywhere… romantic to wish neighborhood Sacred Heart very pretty…

The hotel apartment should be renovated.

Very good value for money, a few steps from the Sacred Heart which was also visible the room on the 5th floor. My only regret is the lack of lift.

Tiny bedroom, nice studio, though. Right beside Le Sacre Coeur. Nice price-quality ratio.

I would give 0 stars if you could! The hotel is a great cheekiness.
The rooms are dirty, I don't want to start from the toilet at all. Even 3 hours heating to 30 degrees does not make the room warmer in the approach or warm first! (Although the room has a felt size of 0, 5 square meters) It's really super disappointing especially when you have a comparison to another hotel from the previous night. I would most like to leave immediately. Absolutely no recommendation. More of a total abrasive if you don't want to borrow your mood.

The Hotel is not too expensive and the feet of the Sacred Heart… I would definitely recommend.

We just spent two nights. Nice and friendly staff.
On the other hand, we had room 402, we are not picky and demanding, but there it was very limited! The apartment was not clean! Not worthy of a hotel… Shower room, WC, under the bed, curtains, towels… The total.
Not to mention the second bed that was not made, knowing that we were 4 and the aging state of the apartment (tiled large room fully departed) we reported 2 times that the housekeeping was limited but no one moved.
We are disappointed and do not recommend this place.

Nice welcoming space perfect for a two! Light problems in the apartment (more switches than ceiling lights) location close to the Sacred Heart and the subway.

Nice hotel, nice home and great lunch. It is well positioned compared to Montmartre. But the soundproof view of the rooms and room size, can do better.

Great room with lots of space in a great area.

We went there during our moon one of honey. Since in the quiet season we were upgraded and special attention had been paid to us because of the honeymoon (rose petals, balloons etc. ). The staff is very courteous.

Mostly liked. But TV didnt work. No toiletries provided. Wifi was poor. Room small. However, staff were good. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean (some maintenance such as wobbly tap would have improved further) and staff were friendly and helpful. Had alovely break, in a lovely location staying in an ok to good room.

Great staff. Although is not that centrally located and it's a cosmopolitan neighborhood it was perfectly safe and very well communicated. It has no air conditioning though. We had a view of Sacre Coeur from our window.

The rooms are very small. The one we got had a broken air-condition and we couldn't sleep with the window open because there was a very loud fan just outside. Decent size bed though and quite comfortable.

At the edge of the bad… the hotel (if so you can call it) is nice in itself, Nice also the idea of the apartments where everyone if you manage it as you want, we also have the characteristic neighborhood… but the room where I found myself… the floor disconnected, the Couch with huge stains (of which I don't want to know the provenance) and on which of I had to sleep, the stoves that go and do not go, the tiny bathroom and that flooded as soon as you got a slight shower. All things that if you add up would be 1 star, I'm giving it one more right for the girls at the front desk very helpful and friendly.

Hotel very well located but several flats on the services offered (dust in the room, bath sheets not changed, Wi-Fi not accessible, safe secure on the first day) nevertheless welcoming and helpful staff.

Very nice Hotel Rooms certainly small but very pretty. Very comfortable bedding and very well soundproofed room.

The location and love theme of the hotel was exactly what we wanted for a romantic get away in the heart of Montmartre. Though the service was quite good overall, the room was tiny and the carpet was stained. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. But the walls were thin and we could hear everything in the hallway outside our room. Overall, it was worth it to be nestled in a curve of road with three cafés, next to a park, and just a staircase away from Sacre Coeur.

Dishes are old crashed Teflon. Elevator is very small place Room was dark by little bulbs Sofa was old and noisy.

We spent three days including 2 nights at your very nice. We were in Paris looking for accommodation for our son and after an exhausting day we felt like we were going home quietly, as a family.
Moreover the hotel is very well located, the bed of the parents room of excellent quality.
Only complaint, the fact of not being able to lunch at 4 around the bar or table (2 bar stools — 2 low chairs in front of a desk) but that's a detail.
I think we will return.

Quite unwelcoming, although once we got to know them (including sending in a French friend) they were nice. Basic, but cheap.

Very close to Monmartre, cozy. Good vale for the money.

Affordable self catering apartments in a great location. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Clean and well appointed studio apartments, quite small, but perfectly good given the price and location. Basic facilities for self catering and supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Sacre Couer and Montmartre are a few minutes walk away and Gare Du Nord about 15 minutes away.

They don't have breakfast.

This apartment/hotel, sincerely I liked nice c is quiet, spacious, value for money, good location Nice staff.
Missing the carpet, as it is cold on the ground, waw.
Also a technical problem of the lift, easy to repair.

Ideal for a weekend in Paris!

Very nice studio home kitchen spacious rooms equipped with all quality of sheets and duvets very good rental price resonable.

Stayed here with my fam for three days, May 19-22. Had a great stay. Loved the rooms. But what made our stay exceptional was Sergio. He was always kind to my family and I, always willing to help with a smile, it was not fake either, could see that he was genuine what more can you ask for. The rooms were just great, perfect for families I think. My kids are picky eaters so was happy to have a little kitchenette. Was surprised that the kitchenette was well stocked with all the things you need to prepare most if not all meals you would want to look about on a vacay:) ). Room was stocked with a few food items and fruits as well. Fruits, water and juice is also always in the lobby area. Overall had a great stay. A few draw backs. 1. The elevator is super tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage it's going to take you a min… the stairwell is not the best way especially if you are going beyond the 1st floor. Very narrow and steep. 2. There was not a specific place to store your luggage (except in plain view in the lobby) but it was ok, but not too safe I think. 3. You might wonder why I did not score excellent. Here is why. If it were just Sergio and the young lady (don't recall her name but I think she is the same person on the brochure standing on the outside, perhaps she is a manager?
