We stayed for two nights in June 2019. We overall loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. The rooms are small, but functional and can accommodate a family of four. The staff are all outstanding and incredibly hospitable. We felt welcome and comfortable right away. The location is also good and close to a major metro station. I would book this hotel again when visiting Paris.

I ❤️ Paris in the Springtime… and for three years in a row we have enjoyed this hotel! The staff is superb. Breakfast is always fresh and well supplied. Beds are very comfy. Location is perfect! We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Very nice hotel in which I spend 2 or 3 nights a month for professional reasons for several years now. Ideally placed for me, that is to say close to Montparnasse, on the Gaieté side, with a lot of nice restaurants for dinner.
The rooms are not very large, but it's Paris! And they are pretty, the hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. It feels like family. Breakfast is a very hearty buffet with quality products.
Every time I change hotels in Paris because this one is complete the comparison does not hold.

Nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Even on roads closed by the police, which made it impossible to reach the hotel in the first place, help is provided on the spot. Breakfast was clear and delicious. Highly recommended for a small trip.

Excellent location and nice hotel. Convenient and located near few metro stations. Within less than 10 minutes walk you could be in multiple areas with many restaurants and bars. The staff of this hotel are beyond great! They are all great people and extremely helpful from the great lady preparing the breakfast and serving it in the morning to all receptionist (Romain, Nina, Kasia, and Patrick)

I love this little gem in the Rue De Gare section of the 14th arrondissement of Paris. They are not right in the middle of all the action but the Metro is just a five minute walk and is very easy to use. The service by the staff — including the server in the breakfast room, the housekeeping and especially the front desk are the best I've ever experienced. They are at the ready whenever you need directions, dinner recommendations and reservations or a shuttle to the airport. Nina was especially amazing! I will return again and again.

I loved my stay at Hotel Mistral. I had a top floor room with a wonderful view. The room was perfect with air conditioning, a modern bathroom and a small fridge. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel again. It was great value for money. Merci beaucoup Hotel Mistral!

All of the employees were super nice to deal with and the location was great for us — in between Orly Airport and downtown, with great Metro access. However, our room and bathroom were so small that it was difficult for two of us, with luggage to move in the room. My husband is 6ft. 2in and he could only sit on the toilet sideways. The rooms are also not very soundproof as we heard everyone about us. Also, we had requested a quiet room, yet our room was directly across from the elevator and we heard all the comings and goings of everyone. I don't know the prices in Paris, but the price paid (~150 euro per night), seemed rather high for that type of room.

We all enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely well kept hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. The only thing we found fault with is the TV, nothing to watch but news programs! Apart from that it was excellent and we will be back. Thank you. Philomena Loughman.

A nice hotel at 2 steps from the cemetery of Montparnasse, the tower of the same name and public transport.
Nice and bright room (we were on the top floor). Silencer on the garden side. The street is little busy breakfast plentiful in a nice room but a little small if the terrace can not be used. On vacation we have time.

The Hotel Mistral is an excellent place to stay! The reception staff (Nina, Kasia, and Romain) were friendly, helpful and informative. Even after these two crazy Americans set off the alarm on the first day, (Remember to open the windows when taking a hot shower! ), they joked and laughed with us!
The night clerk, Abellah, was even kind enough to get orange juice for us at 4 am!
The breakfast and the two young women serving were wonderful!
You hear many people say "you must stay here" and it is easy to disregard. But you MUST stay here.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Montparnasse, which was also a loving haven of Jean Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir in dark times. Excellent service and breakfast to highlight. Highly recommended.

The staff especially Roman were above and beyond in exceptional service and personal attention! The hotel is in an excellent location, is quaint and completely clean and comfortable with many special touches such as chocolate croissants being served in the entry sitting area. Three metro stations are within walking distance as well as the Gare Montparnasse. A lovely neighborhood surrounds Hotel Mistral.

We loved it. As our reviewers said, it is a gem in a fun local neighborhood with easy metro access. Lovely hotel from the back terrace, lobby and rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff regardless of who’s behind the desk. Even though our room was small, great use of space in room and bathroom with the decor and design. We would advise getting a larger room for optimal enjoyment, but for just 2 nights and the little amount of time spent in the room (we left early and got back late) it was fine. Nice bakeries, grocery stores, and eateries right there. Several creperies on one block! Choose Creperie Bretonne. My husband was visiting our older daughter a few years ago and she took him there and he couldn’t wait to go back. How lucky for us when we told her our hotel that she told us it was a few minutes from there. A bonus! Wish we could have stayed longer since Paris was our last stop in our 10 day Visit to mainly southern France.

In an interesting and served area, a recently refurbished, informal but complete hotel. Prices OK.

Wonderful little hotel, with good connection to the Metro. There are plenty of local and night life in the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very pretty and relatively modern. It is also all very clean! Breakfast buffet is optional, very extensive!

A small Parisian hotel at 500 from the pleasant comfortable Montparnasse station (Patio Garden) with a benevolent staff.

A very lovingly made hotel, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with good ingredients from fresh fruit salad to good goat cheese. Very quiet, a little secluded location. For Paris very good value for money if you like me right on the side of the Hotel Bay. Insider's tip for an excellent fish restaurant nearby: Bistrot du Dome, 1 rue de Lambe, Dirkt on the Metro-Staion Vavin. Reservierrung recommended as very popular. I can recommend this hotel to Wirklcih Sher and will be happy to come back next time in Paris.

Excellent hotel in a interesting neighbourhood. Metro access to all of Paris close by. Personnel is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms ar small but nice contemporary interior design. Lounge downstairs very agreable, if you need to get some work done. Would choose this hotel again.

Very nice room, and I slept very well. Fantastic welcome and incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, patient reception staff. The history of the hotel — not just Beauvoir/Sartre but also 18th and 19th century — is beautifully presented. Fantastic, gleaming, super-hot shower. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly to others. However, the room could have been cleaner. Housecleaning staff seemed to have relied heavily on air freshener. Other than that — really great, memorable, a pleasure!

Very friendly room small but ideal for single people or couples. Clean in spite of the white tiles. The joints are a bit yellowed by the weather but are not black (rare in hotels). I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast but the corner looked nice. Good hotel to advise. I will come back to the occasion.

We had a great time at Mistral! We were welcome by Nina that was very kind! All the staff were very polite and nice with us! The breakfast was perfect, the garden is charming. The only negative point was the size of the room, quite small for three. Although the cleanness and beds were very good. We had an excellent stay and we got surprised with Roman, that speaks Portuguese and left another good impression of the Hotel Mistral. We certainly will recommend! Thanks!

Great location, near a number of restaurants and cafes. Also near the catacombs (buy tickets in advance! ) and it's next to two metro station within walking distance. Rooms are amazing and so are the staff. The rooms include a mini fridge, water, a TV with many shows that have multiple languages, and much more. The staff have many power converters, so you can charge your devices on one of their European to American plug converters. Great experience, I definitely recommend the hotel. It.

My favorite hotel in not only Paris, but France and Europe. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. Hotel Mistral is the perfect location. I almost don't want to give such rave reviews so other people won't learn about your fantastic hotel.

Great 3 day stay with the family. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Love the strong showers, and the breakfast had everything you would expect. My 9 year old loved the nutella spread. Staff very friendly and helpful for tips where to eat out, and will give you discount vouchers if you decide to take the hop on hop off. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you Mistral staff for a very pleasant stay.

Hotel has great access to see all the sights of Paris. The front of house team are all very attentive and will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay in Paris. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well priced for a weekend city break where all you want is a central spot to lay your head — it a also has a nice boutique vibe which I particularly enjoy.

Mistral Hotel is great no matter what aspect. The hotel is very clean, very quiet, very convenient and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Hotel room is a bit small, live for a day or two is not bad. In addition, the Hotel feels very intimate, operation is also very good, the reception staff are excellent. Very good location, on the left bank, close to the Metro and very close to the train station.
