Location great, 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and felt safe even late at night. Room clean, just really small for a double. Cleaner was not coordinating the cleaning. When we checked in she was cleaning the room! It should be ready by that time. And on the check out day she knocked the door at 9am! Nice lady to be fair.

Strange configuration of shower without cabin, not very practical nor pleasant.
Breakfast very decent but too expensive for what it is.

The classic room is much smaller than the pictures. The hotel has come a little in the years. In the pictures everything looks very new and freshly renovated, but when you look closer you can see that it doesn't look so great in some places. On our bed sheets as well as duvet and pillows were many black "little" hairs. They did it for the first time. That's a no go. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, the shower filthy. Images do not correspond to reality. When we asked for a new sheet as well as a new coating, since everything was full of hair, it was said that it is recorded and that it gives the housekeeping notice. In the late afternoon it was still not done. Are then again at the reception and asked, the unfriendly employee has only meant she looks at what she can do. Of course, nothing was done again.
The only positive thing was that the Eiffel Tower was 15 to 20 minutes walk away and the hotel room was a good deal.
I would not book it anymore!

I would give 5 to it if the hotel had more control over employees. Considering there are many employees the process of management of rooms is kind of not well organized. Besides that I would say: -Breakfast: simple but delicious. I woke up many days with the smell of good "croassant " (not sure if it comes from their kitchen but their croassant is awesome) -Room: great for hotel, not big not small. Very clean with an awesome bathroom. -Location: very close to Javel station, close to many restaurants. Not so far from Eiffel Tower (15~20min walking). There is a parking in front. -Overall: Definitely I do recommend this hotel.

All prima, except breakfast … Is just way too little selection of the overpriced breakfast …

Low-end hotel, which does the job for a night of galley but no more. Constant sewer odors in the room, bathroom not very clean, ceiling that lets glimpse of the day in the shower…

Hotel Mirabeau has a good location and price for a clean, simple hotel. We stayed for a week and it met all of our needs. There are a couple of great bakeries nearby and you can get supplies at franprix and store in the mini fridge.

The location is good and it is close to the metro. Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice.

Recently renovated the Roma are cozy. Good cost-benefit.

Good Room, small hotel but It has breakfast and in a good location, near metrô stations.

Worst staff I have ever seen guy was thief and tried to trick us by thinking that we don't know anything. We had 3 spoon of jam and he was trying to charge us for 2 people breakfast when I asked him for bill he tried to threaten us by saing I am calling police. Exactly when our taxi arrived us to pick us for our flight. He thought he can extort money from us if he can sacred us by saying I am calling police. When I said plz call he got more upset and when I took my fone out and tried to click his picture he got scared. Posting his picture where he us hiding his face. Never go to this hotel.

Nice room and very good reception.

Nice hotel in a good location of Paris. The rooms are small but clean with nice bathrooms. The staff was friendly. There is a backyard where you can sit in good weather and plan your stay and eat something.

Stayed at The Hotel Mirabeau Eiffel during the Euro 2016 tournament. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, The Eiffel tower and shopping centre are within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Great little hotel, with fantastic staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the small side but very modern and clean. Very close (1 min walk) to underground and train (Javel) stations that can take you anywhere. Loved the few days spent there in October 2015 and would definitely return to this hotel.

Small room but very clean and very quiet, decent Wi-Fi. The front desk is very nice.

The place is safe and in an centric place. Also near a metro which makes it easier to move around Paris. Definitely will return and definitely would recommend it.
