Excellent location close to 2 metro stations (Olympiades). Market and food within walking distance… helpfull staff provided external heater when central heat was not working.

A decent and quiet place with friendly staff.

Good morning, I booked a trip in eDrems in which I said that, in the reservation of this hotel was included breakfast, when I get there, the receptionist asks me if we will want to have breakfast in the hotel, I answer that breakfast is included in the reservation and tells me that No, I show you the offer of that page and you tell me that it does not work, to show you my confirmation email (in which you put only my room reservation) and you tell me that we do not have it included. So, I feel ripped off in that respect.

One of the days when we returned to the hotel, we found the door of the room poorly closed, and we were told that it would have been a failure of the cleaning staff, luckily we did not miss anything (but it could have been worse).

On the other hand, the room and facilities are in very good condition, they are modern, clean and nice. Public transport is also nearby. If it wasn't for those two incidents, I'd have a good assessment on my part.

Nice in the middle of Paris 13. Garage possible.

The air conditioning is not working. There are no towels in the room. I totally advise against this establishment!

It is simply kept but really nice, good if you want to find a place in Paris.

Correct room. A man nice and polite on the evening of our arrival. A young woman, a very disagreeable and haughty in the days following, for which it is obviously very difficult to respond to a hello, and who has the annoying habit of taking its customers for fools. It does not seem to help (even when it is a badge of his place, which does not work! ) and prefers the directory aggressive. Vocational retraining is a must! … and may be also a minimum of know how to live… I do not recommend this hotel solely because of this person.

OK hotel that came for a decent price. Good location, nearby metro line 14 (Olympiades). Average neighbourhood. Hotel Wi-Fi is decent but very unstable. Same goes for the shower temperature at times. Hotel room was very decent and clean. Hotel reception is very unprofessional and lacks good communication skills. Hotel breakfast was neat, simple and okay.

Quite pleasant accept the weak and sometimes no Wi-Fi on second floor room 201. The tooth brush boxes contained 2 things: An empty plastic bag with no tooth brush and a used tooth paste. Not a problem I brought my own.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Away from the sightseeing but close to the Metro stop and in a well-stocked area. The only drawback is the surcharge that apply if you request the room before the check in time of the 15.

Very nice location, near to the last stop of Metro 14 line. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons: 1. The bed preference is never coming true: I booked the room 1 month ago, but unfortunately we got double beds instead of one bed as requested. I have never had this issue in anywhere else. And the altitude and reasons they explained did not make sense. 2. Hotel Wi-Fi sucks 3. Shower temperature is not stable. Once in every few minutes, the pressure and temperature will drastically go to fully hot and then fully cold. Be careful to aviod fast, you may get hurt by the hot. Not joyful… 4. No security lock at room door… 4. The reception does not really show careness. Pros: 1. Quiet nice location. 2. High ceiling room 3. New refurbishment, modern facility 4. Good bed matress (but dont forget that you never get your bed preference) Bed preference, security lock and shower are the most essential things for a hotel. As none of them are satisfactory… sorry one star.

Great place. Small but tidy and very well clean rooms with all the essentials. Price more than acceptable.

Very clean hotel providing really good accommodation at reasonable prices. Staff are really friendly. Excellent choice of continental breakfast. Tea / coffee facilities in the room along with safe and TV. Highly recommended.

We were 2 days in the House and felt very comfortable. Very nice staff. Very clean house with nice rooms and good breakfast. Large underground secured extra available. Location is excellent due to the proximity to the Seine and the Metro. We look forward to seeing you again. A. Sadeghi.

A good surprise for a cheap hotel in Paris. Clean, quiet, good service. Breakfast is average.

Super thrilled of this hotel my husband and I felt very well taken care of, the rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is super nice and modern, the breakfast is super full and waiters and receptionists very friendly… And super to be the first time we went to that hotel we have been awarded with a comfort room, because q had picked up a standard… highly recommend this super good thanks for all.

Very friendly staff, nice room, good Breakfast. Metro station is 3min away. The Hotel's Own Parking Lot. However, very close. :) Everything about the compact class is difficult.
