We had a fantastic honeymoon in Paris, staying at Hotel Hor! Our deluxe room was perfect, with a great balcony looking onto the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome! Will be back!

Everything about this hotel is great except the area of town. We stayed here because it was convenient to catch an early morning train to London. The air conditioning was seriously the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. If you've stayed in Europe in the summer, you know what I am talking about. The staff was kind. Rooms were clean but small. The breakfast was yummy (ours was included in the price of the room but that isn't the norm). But I was pretty nervous as we walked around the area. It was a little scary, even during the day time. If you're just walking to and from the train station, you'll be just fine though.

It was a great choice for a one night stay. Came in from London on Eurostar late in the evening with kids so wanted something close to the train station. Moved to better location the next morning. Hotel itself was fine. Clean, modern, pleasant staff, just location a bit too busy and too far from where we would want to be for the week.

Our stay was in a beautiful room in a very central location. Not only were the rooms great, the service was INCREDIBLE. Jan is one of the kindest people I've ever met and could not have been more helpful during our stay. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. I've never had a more enjoyable stay in a hotel. Great coffee, close to everything. Amazing experience.

I'm a huge plan of this place! I stayed for two nights during a visit to Europe from the US. The location made things easy because it's right by a very connected metro station. The room was clean and quiet (I was on the 5th floor), the breakfast was very good, and there's a nice patio. The best part was the staff. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and personable.

Outstanding service. Well done up rooms. Location near railway station. Good coffee. Even better tea.

Top rooms are nice. Bed is foam like and the sheets are not great. But for a small City hotel it's good. Views off the balcony are amazing!

Nice hotel! Conveniently located near metro for easy travel throughout Paris. Rooms are very small reminded me of being on cruise but without ocean view balcony.

מלון נחמד ממוקם במרחק מהמרכז של כ15 דקות. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית: סלט לחמים, חביתה קשה או מקושקשת, שתייה קרה חמה קוראסונים, יוגורט. חוזר על עצמו בכל יום. בדלפק הקבלה שרות אדיב ובאנגלית רהוטה. הזמנו חדר משפחה שבעצם הוא חדר עם דלת מקשרת. חדרים גדולים יחסית למלונות בפריז. המלון ממוקם במרכז תחבורתי: רכבות ורכבת מטרו בסמוך. חשוב לבקש חדר הפונה לחצר הפנימית, יותר שקט מהרחוב. קצת לא נעים להסתובב בערב ליד המלון אבל זה כנראה תופעה רחבה בפריז.

Perfect location right opposite Gare du Nord and right next door to Gare d'lest. Lovely friendly staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast selection is good. Unlimited snacks during the day.

Awesome location, great staff. Very clean. Shower is open with no lip or curtain, whole bathroom gets wet, but this is personal preference stuff.

5 star hotel. Highly recommend. Exceptionally clean. Full and tasty breakfast with endless coffee. Very Comfortable bed. Cool walk in shower. Easy access to hop on and off open top bus all day tour. Right next to Gard du Nord train and metro. Excellent restaurants on the surrounding streets. Best of all the staff are lovely, attentive, helpful and friendly. Love this hotel. The staff are so kind, helpful and welcoming. The full breakfast is awesome. Great coffee 24/7. The rooms are clean and modern. Cool walk in shower. My husband and I came to Paris to visit my sister who was staying in a different hotel on another street close by. She was welcomed to visit us by the friendly staff. She joined us for breakfast and we hung out in the dining area for drinks in the evening. Less than a minute from Gard de Nord train station but we chose to buy a 6 day pass for the "Open Tour" hop on hop off bus. We got to see all the main places of interest and museums while listening to the history through plug in ear buds. Got the last bus back every evening and enjoyed the local restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Highly recommend Terminus Nord accross from train station and Best of India accross the street and round the corner. I think we made friends with every waiter and waitress on our street and took lots of fun selfies. The staff and location and amenities make this a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended staying here. I am sad to leave.

Hotel near Gare du Nord. I was only at a meeting there so I know little about the hotel as such. Meeting facilities were fine.

Good Location Situation, friendly but not so friendly, Great business experience but there was a bit of a mix up at reception witch didn't feel welcoming at all and leaving was asked again if I needed to pay, A face like this is never to be forgotten, any guest… I find… but over all flexible and the room was amazing!

Absolutely amazing. The hotel is right between Paris North and Paris East train stations, both are just a 1 minute walk away. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Rooms are small but with a great and modern layout. Beds are comfortable and the shower is brilliant: large, dual shower heads (rainforest and big hand shower). Everything is clean and new. Futuristic air conditioning controls. The best: all day and all night there is fresh fruit and coffee / hot chocolate / espresso free of charge. Even go-to cups are available.

Very good breakfast, but Teeabgebot very poor, just black — and green tea. No chamomile tea available on request.

Spacious rooms with Wi-Fi. Free coffee. Close to Gard du Nord Paris, so accessible. Eat so can't assess as at now the food.

Very well organized Very clean Good Breakfast Unfortunately very difficult parking situation to — and unload the luggage parking garage in Gare du Nord station.

Nice compact rooms, great house keeping, loved the little outdoor area though we didn't spend much time there as it was raining. The location is extremely convenient. The freshly brewed coffee on the house was a big bonus on cold winter days. Loads of restaurants around. Name the cuisine and you will find it. Will certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris especially by train. We checked out of the hotel at 11.35 and at 11.50 we were on our train to Cologne. It is that close!

Hotel rooms were reasonably sized and renovated. Staff were friendly. The location is very near to the train station but in a slightly shady neighbourhood.

The best hotel I've found close to Gare du Nord. Helpful staff, a lobby with a lounge bar service, thoughtfully decorated room with a great shower. Will be using this one again.

Room (105) on the small side for a couple. Luggage shelf snapped off wall leaving holes. Confusion on breakfast charging when one breakfast extended to being taken upstairs & agreed as one breakfast until checking out. Staff friendly but so much so that almost making it impossible to take seriously when presenting above issues. Front room (s) very noisy at night with many homeless characters seeming around this area. Will look elsewhere next time.

Very near Gare du Nord — just across the road. The hotel is clean, bright and secure. The staff are friendly and there is a lobby bar. Rooms are very well maintained, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Super shower!

The first impression is that it is not the most-safest area to be in (however this can apply to all the hotels within this area). You could expect a lot worse in Paris, the room was comfortable, very nice shower and breakfast was good. The main negative point was that it was more expensive than other hotels in the area.

Quite nice and comfortable with extremely friendly, helpful staff. Coffee is free and quite good. Nice garden area just to be outside or for smokers. Very close to Gare du Nord so Metro and Eurostar are very convenient. Location is very good overall. Turn one way out of the hotel and it's quite nice. Turn the other and it's a little sketchy but nothing that would make you cringe.

The HOR hotel is ideally located two steps from the gare du Nord. The welcome is friendly and immediately when we go in, we feel it is a quality property.
We had a classic room on the 3rd floor. I say she was 15 or 16 square meters, but she was well appointed.
A large bed, a refined and modern, multiple lighting decoration for good illumination or, on contrary, Dim light. The bathroom is modern, with a really nice shower. Bathroom products brand (L'Occitane for gel shower, there is also a body lotion).
The bedding is excellent, it counts!
In the House, there is a kettle, mugs as well as coffee, tea, cream and sugar… Ideal for a quick breakfast in the morning.
Finally, noise, nothing to report… we overlooked the street, but the windows are thick enough. I regret one thing, there is an LED lighting around the window to give a side 'modern' to the hotel from the outside… which illuminates the room at night a bit, we could do without in order to be in complete darkness.

Great hotel in good location. Food is more than good. Service and stuff friendly and profesional. A bit small but really clean rooms.

Great hotel close to gare du nord. Very nice rooms newly renoed wood floors, large by Paris stds, great shower.

Day and night receptionists are very nice as well as the person who takes care of breakfast, always smiling, they meet all our expectations.
We were two people in manual wheelchair, it would change the shower Chair (who is a bench so a person above has no balance and thus cannot not stayed sitting on it without falling) we were so spent a chair this us embarrassed, over the door of the room is very heavy has push should be reduced the resistance of the door.
the mirror in the bathroom is fortunately too high that there is a long mirror on the wall in the room.
very nice room, I really like the card system that turn the light off when it is removed…
a varied breakfast (great) great place that I recommend.
